Peace, Be Still. May His Peace & Strength Fill Your Life (1.31.16)

Faith Believers,
Ask GOD to reveal to your heart the ways the enemy has robbed you of the peace that is yours because of Christ. Confess these things to Him and ask Him to release to you His Peace, that passes all understanding.  

Ask Him to quiet the storms in your life; so that you can refocus on living your life for Christ.

~  Prayer  ~

 I thank You Father, that Jesus Himself is my peace and that He has completely destroyed the barriers that separated me from You!  How grateful I am that I have been reconciled to Him through His Blood, shed on the cross, and now I have peace with You.

Forgive me I pray, for the times that I did not cast my cares and anxieties upon You, but instead carried them myself; and allowed my heart to be weighed down and needlessly burdened.

I ask that Your peace (which is beyond my ability to understand) guard my heart and my mind; as I seek to be obedient to you in all areas of my life. I belong to You Father. Thank You Lord Jesus, for the Peace that You give to me, which is so very different from what the world attempts to give. 

Guard my heart with the Holy Spirit, that I will never be afraid of anything that the enemy might try to do.  

Help me to be still, and know that You are GOD; and to hear Your Voice in the midst of the storms that I face, saying “Peace, be still.” Keep me from fear and increase my faith, Lord. 

May my life be characterized by Your peace, regardless of what situation I might face, that You may be glorified in me and through me, and receive the praise that is due Your Name.  

Your Word is a light to my feet - that I may have great peace and not stumble.
I pray that my mind is always controlled  by Your Holy Spirit and
that I will always have peace, in spite of any situation I might face. 

May Your strength and peace fill my life, because I belong to You.
Lord Jesus, my Wonderful Counselor, Prince of Peace and
Mighty GOD, the Everlasting Father, Abba!

With You all things are possible.

I see all your concerns, even before you ask Me.
I see them even before they are formed as a thought.
I see your heart’s desire. There is nothing hidden from Me.

I also know you’ve listened to the ranting of others, and now you’re confused. Beloved, do not listen to them. I Am your Father, and I Will always be present to guide you.  I know there are others in your life, but I should always be the first One you reach out to when you need help.

Yes, you can give that heavy burden to Me.
It is too difficult for you to carry.

Faith Believers,

The book of Genesis teaches us that in the beginning GOD created the Heavens and the earth. We should pray to The One who created all things, who knows all things, who sees all things, The One who can be in Africa and Alabama at the same time. We should pray to GOD the Father - He who has the power of life and death in His Hands. We should pray to The One who is gracious, kind, beautiful, merciful, and loving. We should pray to The One who knows what we need, even before we ask Him.

When we pray to GOD the Father,
we acknowledge that we are dependent on the Lord. 

We say to GOD (and to those who may hear our prayer) that GOD is the source of our supply. We humbly submit ourselves to the sovereignty, rule, and reign of the GOD who created us in His image and likeness. When we pray to GOD the Father, we say, “Abba” or “Daddy.” We prostrate ourselves before the throne of grace, as a child does when he or she sheepishly comes into the presence of their earthy father, and sits at the feet of his easy chair, making their request known unto him. 

 

When we pray to GOD the Father, 

we come into the presence of The One Who
loves us, knows us, and has our best interests at heart.

Face Every "Opportunity" with Prayer & Supplication, Stay Calm, Be Patient, Do Not Run Away nor Back Down (1.27.16)

Beloved,
Refuse to allow "the little things" to get you down.  
When you hit a temporary dead end, look up and wait for My direction. 

I Will make a way where there seems to be no way.
I Will do a new thing in your life.

All you need to do is face the opportunity, with prayer and supplication, unto Me; and I will help you to overcome each one you encounter. Yes, this is how I want you to see them, as opportunities.  Stay calm and face each new opportunity prayerfully, with patience and an open mind and heart, for each opportunity has a purpose.

My Child, I say this to you because there will be times when you think you have it all figured out - and then another opportunity will present itself. Do not allow the situation to bring you down; for these opportunities will be allowed, by Me, to strengthen your faith.  Use these opportunities to abide in My strength and to allow Me to do what you cannot do.  I created you to be a conqueror, therefore do not run away nor back down when faced with adversities.  Instead, view this as an opportunity to allow Me to work My Glory into your life.

Oh yes, My glory.  That is what I am working out in your life, My glory. 
Therefore, please do not try to find an easy way out of what you are going through.

Allow this new opportunity to draw you into My presence.  Stand on My Name, by demonstrating faith and by being strong in the Lord. So that the next time you are faced with what appears to be a dead end, you will know how to overcome it. When all is said and done you will be able to look back and see that My grace was sufficient for this opportunity and anything else the enemy may send your way.

Faith Believers,
By offering to let us pray in His Name, Jesus is offering an amazingly great privilege. It is as if He is giving us blank checks, to be drawn on his account, knowing we will use them for His honor and His advantage.

Jesus has demonstrated great trust in us.
He is trusting that His honor and His interests
are safe in our hands.

Consider what it would mean to place your estate in the hands of another person - your credit cards, your home, your investments, your car, your responsibilities, everything. You’d pick that person very carefully, wouldn’t you? You’d really be giving that person control over your life and your future.....

That is essentially what Jesus did when He authorized us to use His Name in prayer. 
He gave us authority over His accounts.
He asked us to exercise control over His Estate – the Kingdom of GOD.
We exercise our authority by prayer. By prayer, we ask the Father for all we need, in order to do the job. By prayer, we ask GOD to deal with demonic forces contrary to His Will. By prayer, we direct GOD’s grace and power to strategic locations where it is needed.

The Father so loves the Son that when we
introduce the Son’s name in prayer, we
have his ear and we have touched his heart.

It is such a mystery that You have given us authority
to seek the heart of the Father in Your Name.

It awes me that this divine partnership touches
people and situations all over the earth;

Praise GOD as the One whose arm is

daily times of prayer and fellowship with GOD.

Move as The Holy Spirit Leads. Do Not Spend Unnecessary Time & Energy. (1.25.16)

My Child,
You are in a time of transitioning into a new season,
and the enemy is bringing a storm of confusion to get you
to believe that you are going in the wrong direction.  

he has you spending too much time fussing and fuming over issues that you have no control over.  You have spent unnecessary time and energy yielding little, if any results. My Child, the storm will end when you surrender all that concerns you to Me, the Lord your God and Father, and learn how to rest in My presence.

If you want peace, then come into My Presence and let Me bring comfort to your tired and weary soul.  Only I can bring resolution to the things that concern you.  Be still and listen for that still small voice. For that voice is Me, and I will be leading you. Take the time necessary to be still in My presence so that you can recover from the stress and pressure you’ve been experiencing.

Come to Me and so you can be refreshed; for I Am pouring out My Anointing, and I want you to be ready to receive it.  Resting in My Presence will prepare you to receive the refreshing that you need, and will enable to you move as the Holy Spirit leads.

Come to Me and be refreshed Beloved.

Isaiah 26:3 - Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. 

Matthew 11:28-30 - Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.

Hebrews 4:9-10 - There remains therefore a rest for the people of GOD.  For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as GOD did from His.

 

Take God at His Word - Stand on It, Walk by Faith & Watch Him Move on Your Behalf (1.24.16)

My Child,
Take Me at My Word and step out in faith.
What is holding you back?

It is My desire to lead you through many different experiences, but you must take the first step.  

Do not be afraid to walk the path I have set before you.  
I Am your rock and fortress. 
I Will lead and guide you. 
I Will not allow your foot to slip. 
But you will not achieve that which you desire, if you’re afraid to take a step of faith.

So often you try to look ahead and figure out what I Am doing, before you take the next step, but that is not walking by faith, is it?  No, I’ve opened the door, and now you must decide whether you will have faith in Me, and walk through it.  It would be so easy for Me to pick you up and set you in the place where you want to be.  However, if I did that, you would miss so many valuable lessons of faith that would bring you closer to Me.

It is only when you walk by faith, that you will be able to see My Hand move in your life.  I know you are hoping to see the miracles first before you move; but it’s faith that causes miracles to happen, not the other way around.  

Step out in faith, and if it’s in the wrong direction,
I Will honor that faith by causing things to
change and fall in line with My Will. 

I just want you to take Me at My Word, and step out in faith.

Step out in faith, and you will see My Hand knock down "the Jericho walls" in your life. 
Step out in faith, and watch Me close the mouth of the lions in your life.  
Step out in faith, and watch Me meet every need in your life with two fish and five loaves of bread. 
Step out in faith, and you will find yourself at the destination I have ordained for you. 

So, take Me at My Word - stand on it, walk by faith, and watch Me move on your behalf.

Dear Lord,

and my own mental and spiritual well being.

Father God, keep me and my family safe today from all harm.
I Am thankful for my family, Lord, so please bring us all
through this day safely, so that we can be together again this evening.

I put my trust in You today Father, knowing that You Are
all powerful.  Knowing that You said You will never
leave me nor forsake me!

Keep us and be with us always!

My Child,
Do not fear the report of man.  
It doesn’t matter what “they" say. 

I want you to know that I am with you always. 
I promised I will never abandon you. 

I Am your loving Father, and I will have the last word.  
It is not over until I say it is over.  

 Believe that I will have the last word, and that it is worked out. It doesn’t matter if you don't feel My presence in your situation.  Don’t be moved by what you feel - be moved by what My Word says. My Word says I have overcome this world; therefore, you are more than an overcomer, so who will you believe?

 It does not matter what your feelings are trying to dictate to you, you are My Child. I Am a loving Father, and I Am good. It is my pleasure to give you good things. Do not allow your feelings to control this situation. 

Begin to pray and praise Me. 
Praise Me and it shall elevate you above the furnace of affliction. 
Seek Me daily beloved. 

Oh, stand before Me with your hands lifted and
I will send the Holy Spirit to dwell within you. 

Praise Me, praise Me, praise Me in all things,
and watch Me have the last word in your situation.

Trust in Me, and do not bow down to the enemy. 
Confess no weapon formed against you shall prosper, 
and you will find peace as you stand on My Word.  

My Child, I Am bigger than any obstacle that you may face. I have given you authority and boldness to speak to the mountains and defeat the giants in your life. It doesn’t matter what the situation looks like, just speak My Word and watch how things will turn around.  

I will have the last word in your situation,
and I say, you will have victory in Me. 
So who will you believe?

Stand and walk in faith, knowing that I am bringing deliverance right now.

The plots and plans of the enemy are null and void! Lift up your heart unto Me and worship Me. Be strong in the Lord and go forth in My strength. You shall come forth as an overcomer of the Lord. 

Worship Me and you will see the plans of the enemy work out for your good. 
I say, I Will have the last word in your situation,
for the mouth of the Lord your God has spoken it.

Now, who will you believe?

Come and I will remove the burdens you carry.
Come and I will heal your brokenness.
Come and I will give you peace and understanding, revelation and inspiration for the days ahead.
Come Beloveds, and let Me breathe a refreshing wind upon your weary soul.

Indeed, I am with you and I am for you. I will increase your faith. I will bestow upon you a revelation of the Father's heart towards you. I will demonstrate My love, My mercy, and My grace to those who believe. You have struggled, but I have watched over you. I have kept you safe. You have come through many trials and tribulations, and now your soul needs rest. You have fought many battles in My Name, and in the Father's Name.

Oh, how We Are pleased with the work that you have done.
You need to rest awhile, there will be more battles ahead.

I am aware of your struggles and hardships. You have endured many trials but know that I will never leave you nor forsake you. I will strengthen your heart and soul but you must rest so you can be prepared for the stumbling blocks the enemy will try to place in your path.

Through My dying on the Cross,
I have given you the power over the enemy Beloved.
So use it.

My Child,
Trials come at times when it looks like all is lost, and that I have failed you.
But I would say to you this day, "I have not failed you." 

Stop being fearful, have faith and trust that I Am the GOD that can bring new life out of apparent death.  And although you may not understand why something bad seems to happen, know that I can bring ultimate good out of what you are going through, which is the growing and development of your faith in Me.

You are standing at the threshold of a glorious time of restoration, joy, and harvest in the kingdom; but right now you are facing what appears to be an impossible situation, where it looks like I have abandoned you.  

Do not allow fear to invade your spirit. 

Do you honestly think that I would abandon one that I love so much as you?  I definitely would not. I call you this day to have faith in this midnight hour and to trust in who I Am.  Remember all that I have done for you, My constant faithfulness and mercy to you over the years.....

Then stand on your faith.

This is your day to stand, My child, not a day to sit
or to turn back in despair, doubt, or discouragement. 

You are My Child and I expect you to act like My Child - by having faith in Me when things look their darkest.  Why would I leave you now, in your day of greatest need?  Never would I leave you. 

Put on your armor and get ready for battle,
for this is a day of victory, and not of defeat. 
Again, I say to you, I have not failed you. 

Have faith and you will surely see
My salvation, blessing, and glory in this situation.

Everyday is a Blessing, for God is the Great "I AM" (1.17.16)

Faith Believers, 
GOD's goal is to have a relationship with you! He will Never leave you, Never forsake you, Never mislead you, Never forget you, Never overlook you, and Never cancel your appointment in His appointment book! 

• When you fall, He will lift you up! When you fail, He forgives!

You Shall See Healing, Restitution & Restoration; but First, You Must Move Beyond Your Crossroads (1.16.16)

My Child,
I see your heart, and I see your pain. 
I see you sitting at the crossroads, forcing yourself just to exist;
feeling nothing but spiritual and emotional burnout.

I also see those of you who are sitting at the crossroads, weary from
the years of waiting to see the fulfillment of My promises for your life. 

Let Me remind you, that you shall see your heart, spirit, and body healed;
and then you shall see the restitution and restoration of all things lost. 

However, in order for this to happen,
you must move beyond your crossroad.

You’re shut down and sitting at the crossroad because of betrayal, hurt and abandonment.  You’ve separated yourself from everyone you once trusted, even Me.  You’ve allowed a spirit of self-pity to hold you hostage and now you’re stuck and feeling sorry for yourself. 

It’s time for you to stand up and fight.
It’s time to stop saying, I have nothing left to give;
for each time you say this, that is exactly what you are left with, nothing.

Deep within your heart, you know all I have promised you, shall come to pass.  Do not allow the hurt and pain to continue to speak for you.  You may not know how or when what I have promised shall come to pass, but you should stand, knowing it will happen. 

I say it is time to rise and go forth. 
It is time for you to rebuke that spirit of defeat.
It has held you captive long enough.

Faith Believers,
When was the last time you were told you could not do something?
When was the last time a friend or an enemy told you that
the assignment was to difficult for someone like you to accomplish?
When was the last time man tried to break your spirit
by taking away the very thing(s) you worked so hard for?
When was the last time the cares of this world left you beaten, battered and bruised?
When was the last time you cried because
you could not understand what was happening to you?
When was the last time you needed a friend, or a family member,
to encourage you in the Lord?
When was the last time you had to encourage yourself?

Sometimes in life, there are times when we have more questions than answers.
Times when going on seems impossible.
Times when the evil doers seem to prosper,
and the followers of GOD do not prosper (Psalms 37).
Have you been there? Are you there now? 

Today, the Lord wants you to know that there are times when situations arise that you were not prepared for. There are times when you may be caught off guard when circumstances happen. However, just because this situation caught you off guard does not mean GOD was not aware. Every situation in your life is seen by the eyes of GOD. There are no hidden secrets or plans that GOD is not aware of. When man says no, GOD is not defeated. Just because someone set a trap for you does not mean GOD will fall into that trap as well. Just because someone hurt your feelings with harsh words does not mean GOD's feelings are hurt too.  What I am saying to you is this, the attacks that others will try to throw at you, will never change anything the Lord our GOD has planned for your life.  The Bible declares in Genesis 18:14 - is any thing too hard for the LORD?

People's denial of you, does not hinder GOD's approval of you.
GOD does not need man, but man definitely need GOD.
If that blessing is yours, GOD will make ensure you get it and no one can stop it.

My brothers and sisters, always walk in the victory and assurance of GOD.
You are more than a conqueror in Christ Jesus our Lord and GOD our Heavenly Father.

Do not live your life hoping that man applauds or approves of you. It is not necessary. It is not important. Only what you do for Christ will last anyway. When man Says No, GOD has all power and He can say yes according to His Will for your life.

The Bible declares in 1 Corinthians 1:27 - But GOD hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise and GOD hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty. Many things you accomplished in your life was not approved by man. Truthfully speaking, man did not think you could achieve it. But the Lord knows all that He has placed inside of you.

You are divinely selected by the hand of GOD to accomplish great works. When man says "No," remember that GOD is still in control, He has all power and can turn around the works of man's hand whenever He chooses to.

God is Opening Doors, Closing Doors & Manifesting the Desires of Your Heart (1.14.16)

My Child,
The answer which you seek will not be found among man. 
Therefore, stop focusing on what man thinks.   
Keep your eyes on Me. 

Stop fighting to make things happen in your own strength, and look to the Lord for all your needs. Do not look at things through your natural eyes, but know and believe I have all power to do all things.   If you continue to try and work out your solutions by what you see and what worked before, you will not succeed.  This struggle will cause you to doubt that you ever heard My Voice, and you will begin to question your relationship with Me.
 
You should know by now that I AM fully capable of providing for you. 
I Am the great I Am, there is no other GOD that can do the things I will do for you.  

I can be everything you need; but only if you allow Me. Surrender all  your ways unto Me. Remain at My feet, listen closely for My Voice and move as My Small Still Voice lead you. 

Remember, I’m doing a new thing in your life.
I Am closing doors, opening doors and manifesting
the desires of your heart.

Trust and believe I have the power to do
what I have promised to you.

Overcome Your Circumstances with Praise (1.13.16)

My Child,
I Am moving on your behalf.
I Am working, even though you can’t
see it, and I Am doing a lasting work. 

Therefore, do not bow down, and do not surrender to your circumstances. Beloved, don’t be discouraged for I Am with you. Be of good cheer; because what you are going through, I have already overcome.  Hold your head up, and do not be downcast. 

Praise and magnify My Holy Name, for the victory is already won.
Yes, praising Me is your secret weapon. 
Praise and worship will stop the plans of the enemy.
The enemy can’t stand to hear you praise My Name.

Don’t bow down in defeat, and don’t allow your circumstances to overcome you. Overcome your circumstances with praise. Use praise to liberate yourself from the fiery furnace. Oh, worship Me in your fiery furnace. Worship Me and I Will draw closer to you and bring deliverance right where you are.  Yes, I shall deliver you and you shall come out of your troubles like pure gold.

Oh, just begin to praise and pray in your heavenly language and it shall quench the flames of the enemy. Praise Me in the Spirit and I will elevate you above the furnace of affliction.

Praise Me beloved.
Trust in Me always.
Do not bow down and do not give up. 

Press your way through, rise up and walk forth 
in My Name and watch Me turn evil into good.

My Child,
Do not allow anxious thoughts to steal your joy. 
Spend your day being thankful, and
those worrisome thoughts will drift away. 

I Am God your Father and I made this day just for you, so do not let anxious thoughts steal your day.  I understand the problems which surround you, but the amount of time you may spend worrying about them, will not change nor resolve anything.  Instead, spend the time you’re tempted to worry - praising Me in advance for the blessings which are to come.  And if you must let your mind drift, let it drift to the blessings of the past; and how I came through for you.  

Oh, so many blessed thoughts to dwell upon.

Remember to enjoy this day.
Embrace it with thanksgiving and love.  

The enemy came to steal, kill, and destroy;
but My Son gave His life so that you may live in abundance. 

Therefore, do not allow anxious and negative thoughts about what may happen tomorrow steal any more of your days.  The enemy doesn’t know your future, he only knows your past.  Your past is behind you, and that is where the enemy and negative, worried thougths should be.  So, speak to him as Jesus did, when the enemy tried to tempt My Son.  Jesus told satan to “Get thee behind Me," and he did.  

Now you say it, and say it with authority, in the name of Jesus! 
See how much better you feel?

I’ve planted many seeds in you; however, until you have the courage to believe in them, they will wither and die. Do not be afraid to believe in Me for the impossible. Do not disregard the visions and dreams I’ve written onto your heart. Believe in them and live them for they are indeed inspired by Me. Embrace them with all of your heart. I inspired them, will I not also help you to accomplish them? 

I will be there with you every step of the way, and you will accomplish great things.

You are about to have a significant breakthrough in your circumstances, and in certain areas of your life and circumstances.  However, you must have confidence that I heard your prayer, believe the words that I speak to you and position yourself spiritually for success.

My child, there are still more challenges to face.  Nevertheless, they will not stop you from moving out of the wilderness and into the provision that awaits you.  This is why it’s important for you to leave the trials and tribulations you faced in the past.

Leave behind the tasks you did not complete,
the roads you regret not traveled, and press towards the future. 

Press on because I am your inheritance.
I am your great reward.
I am your future, and in Me, you will
find rest and peace for your soul.

Trust in Me and prepare yourself to move through the doors that I am opening.

Be expectant as you come into My Presence.

This new path will require you to adjust your schedule. Start getting things done that you have been putting off; stop waiting for a better time. Ask Me what needs to be done first, then be obedient to My directions, and follow through to completion. I know it may not be what you want to tackle first, but it is better that you get it done now, so it will not hinder your progress later. 

You must have things in order for this next step.
A new day is dawning. 

Prepare yourself, for the fullness of My plan is unfolding to reveal more of My glory to you. As I bring you into the next level of your walk with Me, revelations will begin to flow in your life - unlike anything you have ever experienced. I will open your spiritual eyes, and stored treasure will no longer be hidden from you. 

Oh, My child, you must be ready, because you have 
not witnessed My moving in the way in which 
I am preparing to move in your life. 

So, prepare yourself.

it will be as you believe.

Yes, I’ve been guiding you along this path, 
and I will continue to do so.  

However, it is up to you to stay focused on Me, so that I can work through you. I will not force anything on you. Freely I give to you, and freely I want you to decide to stay on this path with Me.  All I require of you is obedience, and a willingness to allow Me to order and bless your steps.  And it will be as you believe it to be.

for doubt or unbelief in your life,
so please do not give any place to it.

Do not waste any more unnecessary time and energy
over things in which you have no control.
Let go completely.
I will be happy to resolve your problems if you trust Me.

During this time of transition, it is important that you remember to spend time abiding in My Presence, so that you may be refreshed. If not, you might become weary and view this time in a negative way.

Taking the time to relax will strengthen you,
so that you can quickly recover from any
stress and pressure you encounter.

If you follow My Leading, this transition will go as I Have
planned, and will bring resolution to your concerns.
 

Meditate on God's Word
Isaiah 30:21 - And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.

It’s time to get up off your knees,
and become a believer and a doer of My Word. 
It’s time to start walking in the Spirit,
while releasing those burdens to Me.

You’ve prayed about your problems; however, you still carry them. You’ve carried them so long that it has caused you to feel like all is lost, and you’re at the end of your rope. All is not lost.  Embrace My Word, and I will give you renewed hope. I will show you that everything is not hopeless, as I renew your strength.

The only way to overcome all that you’ve gone through,
is to surrender all to Me.  

Yes, surrender everything. This mean releasing your ways, your ideas, and your plans of doing things - into My Hands. Surrender everything and allow Me to lead you.  I will give you peace.  And you will know that what you are going through, it is not a hopeless situation.

Trying to carry dead weight will only slow you down.
There is no life in the past. 

As you step forward with Me, the distance from your past will increase and your old pain will slowly disappear. What I have cleansed, should not be infected again. You asked Me for a fresh start, so do not allow old trials and tribulations to return into your life. 

Realign your thinking right now and trust Me 
with all your heart, mind, body and soul. 

I will not let you down.

Spending Time with God in Prayer will Change Things. Yes! Prayer Makes a Difference. (1.2.16)

Faith Believers,
It is clear from Scripture that prayer makes a difference.

• When Moses stood on a hillside and prayed for Joshua and the armies of Israel, prayer made the difference between victory and defeat (Exodus 17:8-16).

• When Elijah prayed on Mount Carmel, prayer made the difference between drought and rain (1 Kings 18:41-45; James 5:17-18).

• Prayer is the means by which believers are able to accomplish great works for GOD (John 14:12-14).

• Prayer is the means by which GOD’s power is released in this world (James 5:16). 

Yes!  Prayer makes a difference.

The first disciples all joined together constantly in prayer (Acts 1:14) as the foundations of the church were laid. Paul later instructed believers, devote yourselves to prayer (Colossians 4:2). And in the face of the devil’s schemes, Paul pleaded that the people pray, in the Spirit, on all occasions, with all kinds of prayers and requests (Ephesians 6:18). 

Prayer is the foundational factor in bringing blessings to others and bringing people to Christ.

Why isn’t payer making a greater difference in the world in which we live? Perhaps it’s because so few of us really understand the importance of prayer. We do not see prayer as the key factor in changing the world. Sometimes we become so self-confident and self-sufficient in ourselves, that we neglect prayer and attempt to do things for GOD, in our own way and in our own strength.

Of course, we’d like GOD to bless our efforts, so we add a little prayer, seeking his support. But that isn’t GOD's Way. His Way involves earnest, constant and devoted prayer.

Spending time with GOD in prayer, about every situation, will change things.


All-Powerful Father,
How Your Heart must be grieved that
Your people in this world have not given
themselves fully to seeking Your Face!

We look to our own strength, find answers
in other places and allow ourselves to be
satisfied with less than all that You Are!
Forgive us, Lord!

Draw us close and return our hearts to the truth
of Your Word and the power that lies in You alone.

Protect us from the false idols that we have set up,
without even realizing how they lead us into
weakness rather than into Your strength and power.

Open our blinded eyes to see You more fully
so that our lives can be transformed into Christ's likeness!

May we gain a fresh understanding of Your Power,
the Power that brings blessings into our world;
and lead more people to know and love You!

A New Years Prayer for 2016 (1.1.16)

Heavenly Father,
As I pray on my knees before You in 2016, I want
to thank You for allowing me to see another year.

I want to thank You for the blessings You have bestowed
upon me and my loved ones in 2015.

Father, I did not understand everything that happened in 2015,
but Your Word tell us not to lean upon our own understanding;
because Your thoughts are not our thoughts
and our ways are not Your way.

I'm choosing to have a closer relationship with
You Father in 2016, I share Your Word with others.

I thank You again Father for this New Year,
and all the potential that it hold.

Bless me and my loved ones this year Father, like never before,
and expand our territory to reach those who do not know you.

As we see from all the daily events happening in our world,
the enemy has unleashed his workers into the world to harm
whomever they can; but Father protect us from all harm
and send your Angels to stand guard around my family,
home, kids, friends and job as I serve you in 2016.

I pray Father that every soul in my family
will give their life to you this year,
for nothing is impossible for you.

I love You Lord, and I thank You for all that You
are going to do for me and my loved ones in 2016.

I speak blessings and peace over this year.

In the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ,
