A "Protect Our Children" Prayer (10.31.17)

Heavenly Father,

Our hearts should be grieving for the generations of young believers whose spiritual condition has been disregarded or ignored by parents, pastors, brothers and sisters in Christ.
 

Ignite our hearts to embrace the young people in our lives. May we be encouragement to them, through fervent prayer, for their spiritual growth and ministry!

Oh GOD, our children need Your protection from the evil one and his schemes. Protect and keep them as they go about their day. Send Your Angels to stand guard over them and protect them, this day, as they go into their schools, workplaces and wherever they have to go.

We need You, Lord, during these times when everything appears to be playing right into the hands of satan.

Again, Father I pray that You will protect our children and keep them safe as You order their steps.

I pray this prayer in the name of Your Son,
     Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

When We Make Jesus Lord of our Lives; Those Around Us Will See the Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness and Self-Control that Flows from His Spirit (10.30.17)

Our King holds the highest authority in his Kingdom.
He reigns and He rules.

As Faith Believers, we see the result of sin and evil all around us through selfishness, betrayal and crime everyday. We long for GOD’s presence, GOD’s ways, and GOD’s Kingdom to be present on earth.

When we ask for GOD’s Kingdom to come in the Lord’s Prayer, we invite Him to rule. Righteousness, truth and justice form the foundation of GOD’s Kingdom. He applies these principles with mercy, compassion and grace.

John tells us of a day when the kingdom of this world will become the Kingdom of the Messiah (Revelations 11:15).

We may not realize that GOD’s Kingdom has come on earth,
     right now, through us.

When Christ reigns in our hearts, His Light
     shines, through us, in this dark world.

When we make Jesus Lord of our lives; those around us will see the love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control that flow from His Spirit.

So, we bow before our King, surrendering our wills and embracing His will. Although we often pray the Lord’s Prayer it’s a deeply personal prayer. “Your Kingdom come” is a prayer of submission.

GOD,
You are Holy and I surrender myself to You, today.

I ask You to reign in my heart.
May I have the desire to do your Will.

Reign in my life Lord,
     so that others will see Your Goodness

A Sunday Prayer (10.29.17)

Heavenly Father,

Help me today to do the right thing by people.
I want to always remember Your Ways, and walk in them.

I am desperate for Your Help in my life, Lord God.
Forgive me when I have forgotten Your Ways
     and gone my own way instead.

I do not want to experience Your anger; but instead,
     Your Help, Your Love and Your Peace.

The enemy often places thoughts in my mind, that I know are not from You. Please give me the strength to rebuke those thoughts.

Your Word also says, 'what a person sows, this,
     they shall also reap.'
There is no deed good or bad, spoken or unspoken, that
     You do not hear or see.

I know Father that life and death are in the tongue, so help me to speak life over every situation in my life; knowing that You oversee everything.

I praise and worship You, this day, Lord.
Always and forever.

It's Time We Rise Up & Become GOD CENTERED Instead of PROBLEM CENTERED (10.27.17)

Faith Believers,
Regardless of how bad the problem or situation is
     that you may be facing today....
Regardless of how far under the enemy has pushed you down.....
You must believe that the Lord has the power to turn things
     around in your life and cause you to rise to the top.

There are always people who won’t receive the Word, so the Lord will "show up and show out" to let us know that His Word will not return to Him void. And He Will use anyone and anything to bring His Word to pass.

I know that there are times when we become burdened by our circumstances and blinded by all the distractions of the world; times when we can no longer see the visions that the Lord has given us.  The trials we’ve endured have been so intense that our dreams have been pushed out of mind, and out of sight.  When we allow this to happen, our faith and power begin to subside; and then it appears that everything we touch, and everything around us just falls apart.

Is this how you're feeling today? 
If this has happened and if this is how you are feeling,
     it is time for you to RISE UP and dry your eyes. 

Stop the pity party.
Stop looking at your problems. 
Stop glorifying the enemy by talking about him all the time
     and stop feeling sorry for yourself.

Those feelings won’t change anything.

It is time we RISE UP and become GOD CENTERED instead
     of PROBLEM CENTERED. 

It is time we believe again and see where the true power lies…
     in JESUS!

If the Lord has given you 'A Word,' BELIEVE IT, STAND ON IT,
     for VICTORY IS ASSURED!

Stop expecting defeat, and start expecting
     a miracle to happen in your life. 

RISE UP in faith and trust the Lord.

     what I have prepared for you.

We Must Pray, Believe and Wait; as We Wait on the Lord (10.25.17)

Faith Believers,
It is important for us to know that GOD intervenes
     on behalf of those who wait for Him.

Throughout the Bible we are commanded to wait for the Lord. It is precisely this waiting that allows Him to freely move in our lives.

Those who wait have, in faith, given their desires over to the One for whom they are awaiting. They have chosen not to act until GOD acts.

Rather than allowing this waiting period to be a time of inactivity; instead pray, believe and wait.

Waiting on GOD requires an intense focus,
     that demands everything we are.
As we cry out to GOD for strength during these times,
     this will mean devoting ourselves to waiting upon Him,
     regardless of what our situation may appear to be.

Let Not Your Heart be Troubled, Feel God's Peace (10.24.17)

Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful. - John 14:27

My Child,
Something you are going through is troubling your heart. I see how this situation has disturbed even your quiet time with Me.  Now, you don’t know how to return to the peacefulness you had before it all started.
 
My Child, why have you allowed trouble to invade your spirit in this way? 
Didn’t I promise I would keep you in perfect peace,
     if you kept your mind on Me? 

Stop now… Selah. 

I need you to go to where the peaceful waters are within your spirit. Once you are there, Angels of Peace are waiting to minister healing to your troubled heart. 

However, you must be still to receive it. 
Can you be still? 
Can you come beside the still waters and allow the Angels
      to minister healing to your heart?
 
Receive the Peace I Am imparting to you.
This Peace, My Peace is forevermore.
Selah. Relax now, take a deep breath, and take in My Peace.

I freely give it to you, because your soul needs rest.
Forgive yourself and all that you have gone through. 

Forget about the pain of the past, every trial, every tribulation and just allow the healing Grace of My Love to come in, and minister to you. 

As you forgive yourself, forgive those who have hurt you.
You can do it, and you will feel better when it’s done.
 
Oh, feel My Peace.…  Allow My Love to strip away layer after layer of hurt, all the pain, and all the unhappiness.

That’s it…. Let the angels continue to minister My Love, My Healing. 

No more troubled heart, only peace.
Feel it, a peace that surpasses all understanding.

Come now, let us enjoy peace together.

My Child,
Do not fear the disappointments of the past,
     for today you will start anew. 

Nothing that once was, will matter from here on.

It is My desire to wash and cleanse you of all that has
     hindered you in the past. 

I want you to get your house in order, and live with your
     "house order" under My Lordship and under My Authority. 

It is a new day, and it is time to cast aside anything that would
     hold you back, and keep you from walking with Me.

It is a time to set your heart and emotions in agreement with
     My Priorities, so that you are not hindered by things
     that could cause you harm. 

It is time to lay aside offense, strife, and anger and to embrace forgiveness as freely as I have forgiven you.  It is a time to embrace the love of your brethren -- and love them as I have loved you. 

It is time to lay aside your own agenda's and embrace mine.  My Child, the time is soon coming when I Am going to pour out My Power and My Anointing on those who have, under the guidance of My Holy Spirit, set their spiritual houses in order. 

I Am looking for a people set apart and dedicated to Me
     that I might show My Glory through them.

Therefore, I say to you, do not resist what I Am doing in your life. 

It’s time to get things in order; for all things are being made new. 
Lift up your hearts, a new time now begins for you. 
It is a time of completion, a time of completeness, and a time
     of total victory over what has hindered you in the past.  

Your new time begins today.

Trust in Me (10.22.17)

My Child,
There are things going on in your life which
     has caused your faith in Me to waver.
At times, you even wonder yourself if I still love you.

Why is this?

How can you ever think that I don’t love you?
I Am the One who supplies all your needs.
It was for you that My Son hung, bled, and died.
 
What has caused your heart to feel this way?
Why won’t you tell Me?
I want you to know, I Am concerned about you
      and everything you go through.

I Am watching all you do, and nothing has gone unnoticed.
Please place your trust in Me.
You are an important part of My Body.
Do not be discouraged, and do not be dismayed.
Do not stop calling out to Me.
I Am with you. I will not leave you alone.

When the enemy comes against you, do not stop rejoicing and sending praises up in My Name. This shows Me how much you trust Me even in the midst of what you are going through.

Allow Me to abide in you, in the areas where you are weak.
It is My Desire to make you strong.
I Will make you a fortress that the enemy will never
     break through; then I will pour blessings into you that you
     will not be able to contain.

Trust in Me and serve Me in the way I have called you to serve Me.

I want you to hunger and thirst for more of Me,
     because I have so much more I want to pour into you.

The testimony I seek is more than your words, it is your lifestyle.

Now, step aside and allow My Glory to pour into your life.

Trust in Me.
Yes, My Child, complete trust is
     what I need from you, My Child.

Regardless of How it Looks, God is Working it Out for Your Good (10.19.17)

Faith Believers,
Remember, there is only one place where the enemy cannot find you. 
There is only one place where the opposition cannot steal from you. 
There is only one true place of safety and rest for your soul,
     and that is in the arms of Jesus.

When you are down to nothing,
     GOD is up to something. 
When it looks as if your crops have been eaten up, GOD is not
     on the throne saying, “Oh man.  What are they going to do?” 

No, GOD is in complete control. 
What you’re going through did not catch Him by surprise. 
GOD Will make a way, even when we don’t see a way.

Just because you write off your dreams, doesn’t mean that GOD writes them off.  GOD remembers you, and He remembers the dreams He put within you.  He remembers the goal, the promises, your deepest desires.

Nothing happens to a child of GOD by accident. 
The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord,
     and all things work together for your good. 

Now, it doesn’t say that everything will be good.  You may be uncomfortable for a season, and things may be taking longer than you wanted.  However, if you stand strong in faith, GOD will cause your challenges to work out for your good. 

Now, lift your head up and believe that GOD is watching over you and that nothing can keep you from your destiny. 

If you hold on, you will see GOD show up, and show out,
     in amazing ways. 

He will give you favor to accomplish your dreams.
Therefore, wait on the Lord. 
Do not give up on Him. 
Rest in His peace, and know that everything
     is going to work out.  

It’s going to work out, because He said 'no good thing
     will He withhold from them who walk uprightly.' 

GOD said it, and that settles it. 
Is there anything too hard for the Lord?

Regardless of how it looks,
     GOD is working it out for your good.

Romans 8:28 - And we know that all things work together for good to them that love GOD, to them who are the called according to his purpose. 

Psalm 37:23 - The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way.

Psalm 37:34 - Wait on the LORD, and keep his way, and he shall exalt thee to inherit the land: when the wicked are cut off, thou shalt see it.

Psalm 84:11 - For the LORD GOD is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.

Jeremiah 32:27 - Behold, I am the LORD, the GOD of all flesh: is there anything too hard for me?

 

 

A "Guide Me & Be With Me" Prayer (10.18.17)

Father GOD,

I acknowledge Your patient and loving presence in my life today!

Give me the ability to be continually aware of the peace that surpasses all understanding and the full knowledge that with You, I can be victorious in all things.

Help me to stand against the attempts of the enemy to steal my joy, in the midst of the abundant life You have blessed me with.

Keep me focused upon all that You are, and attentive to Your Hand at work in my life.

I need you Lord to guide me and be with me, this day and forever.

Praying "Father, Glorify Your Name" as You Go Through Your Day (10.17.17)

Jesus said, “‘Father, glorify your name!’  Then a voice came from heaven, ‘I have glorified it, and will glorify it again’” - John 12:28

Faith Believers,
As you go through this day, ask GOD to reveal to you what it means to pray, “Father, glorify Your Name.”

Ask Him to reveal ways that you can live out this prayer.
In essence, you will be asking GOD to be so very present in
     and through you; that every action will be impacted
     by His presence.

How would GOD's Name be glorified in your interaction
     with others today?
How would GOD's Name be glorified as you are visiting
     with your neighbor?
How would GOD’s Name be glorified at your workplace
     or your school?

Ask Him to reveal that to you, as you pray the Lord’s Prayer at each place today.

Remember..... God Knows Everything (10.16.17)

Faith Believers,
When you are tired and discouraged from fruitless efforts....
     GOD knows how hard you have tried,
     and He wants you to surrender all to Him.

When you have cried so long, and your heart is in anguish....
     GOD has counted your tears and will turn them into joy.

If you feel that your life is on hold, and time has passed you by....
     GOD has been waiting for you to allow Him to lead you.

When you are lonely, and your friends have turned away.…
     GOD wants you to seek Him first, and fall in love with Him.  

When you have tried everything and don't know where to turn
or what to do....
     GOD has been waiting for you to turn to Him,
     for He has the solution.

When nothing makes sense, and you are confused or frustrated....
     GOD is waiting for you to ask Him for wisdom,
     for He is not the author of confusion.

When things turn around....  When you realize you have a purpose and your heart is filled with joy, it is at that moment that GOD has smiled upon you, opened your eyes, and blessed you, so do not forget to say, Thank You.

Therefore, remember, it doesn’t matter what you’re going through, it doesn’t matter where you are, and it doesn’t matter what negative report you received because GOD knows everything.  

GOD will make a way when you cannot see a way.
Do not lean unto your own understanding.

You do not have to try and figure things out, that is His job. 
All we have to do is trust Him.

GOD knows what you are going through, nothing catches Him by surprise, GOD knows everything and He is the answer to all that concerns you.

Psalm 139:1-18 - O LORD, you have examined my heart and know everything about me. You know when I sit down or stand up. You know my thoughts even when I’m far away. You see me when I travel and when I rest at home. You know everything I do.

You know what I am going to say even before I say it, LORD. You go before me and follow me. You place your hand of blessing on my head. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too great for me to understand! I can never escape from your Spirit

I can never get away from your presence! If I go up to heaven, you are there; if I go down to the grave, you are there. If I ride the wings of the morning, if I dwell by the farthest oceans, even there your hand will guide me, and your strength will support me.

I could ask the darkness to hide me and the light around me to become night - but even in darkness, I cannot hide from you. To you, the night shines as bright as day. Darkness and light are the same to you.You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother’s womb. Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous - how well I know it.

You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion, as I was woven together in the dark of the womb. You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed.

How precious are your thoughts about me, O GOD. They cannot be numbered! I can’t even count them; they outnumber the grains of sand! And when I wake up, you are still with me!
