Renew Your Focus, God is Proud of You. (8.30.17)

My Child,
Do not focus on your disappointments, instead focus on how each one of your disappointments had seeds of destiny within, and something had to die so that new life could come forth. 

The tears you shed were not wasted,
     for they cleansed your heart of anything that
     was not pleasing in My Sight. 

It was never My Intention to cause you pain,
     but to prepare you for a greater work.  

Through all the disappointments you encountered, you were being shaped and molded into My Image, and through it all, you continued to stay with Me. 

You continued to walk in My footsteps, even when the path was dark you could not see your way. 

You made Me proud.  

Now, let’s renew your focus. 
I want you to focus on what you’ve gained,
     not on what you’ve lost. 
Focus on the people who remain in your life,
     not on those who walked away. 
Forget about the missed chances, and focus on
     the great opportunities which lie ahead.  

So, start now. 
Start nurturing the seeds of destiny I have placed in you,
     and allow Me to breathe life into them.
     For they shall come forth at their appointed time. 

 

 

Read and Meditate on God's Word:

Psalm 126:5 - They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. 

Job 23:10 - But he knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold.

John 12:24 - Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it dies, it bringeth forth much fruit. 

Philippians 4:8 - Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. 

Trust is Faith that God will Come Through (8.29.17)

“You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.” ISAIAH 26:3

What happens when things go wrong unexpectedly? We believed GOD and did everything possible but things didn’t go our way. Life happens, and no one enjoys setbacks. We can become sad or mad. So, how do we hold onto our peace? In dealing with disappointment, it’s important to keep trusting GOD. It helps to fix our eyes on Jesus and embrace His faithfulness. We need to take Him at His Word and believe that He is still at work in our lives. Trust says, “I don’t understand how He will assist me in this mess, but I know that He will stand by me. I feel like I’ve been waiting for a long time, but he will still respond on time.” Trust is faith that He will come through. Faith is positive and it expects something good to happen. After all, as Isaiah 55:8 states, “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord." Yielding to the Holy Spirit and trusting in GOD’s promises nurtures peace. A spirit of thanksgiving can make a difference. Praising GOD enables us to rejoice in Him. It can lift the spirit of heaviness that has settled over us. Remembering past victories will help us to get over disappointment. Since He has proven that He is faithful even in trials, we have no better option than to lean on our reliable GOD even when things make no sense. He is creative, powerful, and He cares. Unwavering trust and faith despite the circumstances enhances peace. Thinking about how awesome GOD is can help us to stay calm and collected. Dear Heavenly Father, I ask you to help me to remain in the Word so I can cultivate greater trust in you. Help me to keep my mind set on You. Please give me peace that’s beyond understanding and strength to keep my heart and mind fixed on you Lord. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Meditating on Matthew 6:34 (8.28.17)

Therefore do not be anxious for tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. - Matthew 6:34

           

Faith Believers,
Many of us have spent restless hours being anxious about tomorrow (I know I am guilty of this). Maybe you are worried about a loved one, a reply from a doctor, or waiting to hear if you have gotten a job you applied for. It really does not matter what the situation is, many of us have been anxious about things we could do nothing about.

        

Jesus tells us not to be anxious about the things that could happen, because chances are there might not be anything we can do about it. He tells us that we can't change anything about our life without Him. Jesus said our Heavenly Father knows what we need.

We spend a lot of time being anxious about tomorrow,
     while forgetting about enjoying today.
We are on this earth to have fellowship with Jesus, but if our minds
     are occupied with worrying about things, we lose the opportunity
     to enjoy our life as GOD intended. 

        

Beloved, dwell on the things of GOD and trust Him to work all things out for you. He is concerned about everything that affects your life. He knows our strengths and our weakness. He will continue to make you strong where you are weak, and He will continue to make you stronger where you are strong.

       

Look at each day as a gift from Him to be blessed and to be a blessing to someone. Sometimes one of the best things we can do when we are filled with anxiousness is to ask the Lord to allow someone to cross our path that we may be a blessing to.

When we bless others, we often forget about ourselves
     and concentrate on helping others.
GOD is good and He wants us to experience His goodness every day. 
Be determined not to allow anxiousness to steal the day
     the Lord has made for you to enjoy.

Even through Extreme Adversity, God's Purposes are for Our Good (8.27.17)

My Child,
Do not be dismayed when I allow adversity into your life. 
Do not assume that I Am angry with you or punishing you.
When I allow difficulties to come into your life, it’s to
     strengthen you and to give Me the opportunity to
     bring you a greater measure of My Glory.

Adversity is part of My Process to refine you. I won’t let it dwell in your life forever, nor will I allow it to overcome you. In due time, I will deliver you from all you’re going through, just as I delivered the children of Israel from their affliction of slavery.

From extreme adversity, I will bring a mighty deliverance.
Trust in Me during your adversity, and look expectantly to Me
     to bring glory into your situation.

How can you learn to walk and grow in faith, unless I allow you to experience situations that increase your faith?

My purpose in allowing these things in your life is to raise you to a higher level in Me, to prepare you for the destiny ordained for you.

My purposes for you are good.

Therefore, do not be dismayed when I allow adversity into your life.
Just seek Me to find My Perfect Will, in the midst of it all,
     then ask for My Glory to come into your situation.

Read and Meditate on God's Word:

Psalm 34:4 - I sought the LORD, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears. 
 
Isaiah 43:2 - When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee. 
 
Romans 5:3-5 - And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; And patience, experience; and experience, hope: And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of GOD is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us. 
 
1 Peter 1:7 - That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:

This is Your Season of Divine Favor (8.25.17)

Take a deep breath, My People, and get ready for some incredible things. 

I Am beginning a season of resurrection and new beginnings. 

That which many have waited and longed for, will begin to manifest in this time.  I Will resurrect those things that My people thought were dead. 

Prophecies that laid on the shelves for years will now begin to come to pass.

The dreams and visions that I poured into the hearts of My People, which have not yet come to pass, will be birthed during this time.  And do not worry if your dreams and visions begin to manifest in small ways.  Do not despise the day of small beginnings, for I Will cause them to flourish and come to maturity.

The previous season was a season of preparation, testing, and positioning. 
Many of you were moved out of your comfort zones so that I could reveal
     the innermost parts of your hearts.
All the preparing, testing, and positioning took place so that you would be able
     to flow unhindered into all prepared for you.

Awake My People, awake to this new day. 
Awake into a spiritual realm that no other generation has experienced.
Awake to the season where the promises I whispered in your ears years ago,
     will now come forth, touched by My Glory.
Everything I Am doing will be cloaked in My Glory.

A new sound and a new song will come forth in this resurrection season.
There will be unspeakable joy among My People. 
Oh yes, there will be joy, gladness, and jubilation in My Camp.
There will be singing, shouting, and rejoicing; as I begin to do
     these marvelous things for My People, through My People, and in My People.  
I Will release those things I promised that I would do. 
No longer will it be withheld. 

Ah, I have not forsaken, nor forgotten My Own. 
I will breathe new life into sick bodies. 
I will breathe new life into finances, and
I will breathe new life into the dead things of your life.

This new season will bring forth the miraculous, the knowledge of who I Am,
     and it will cover the earth. 
I Am going to do things in unprecedented ways and there will be
     no question that it is I who did these marvelous things.

Therefore, awake and take heart, for I have opened doors that no man can shut. 
Each door that I open will lead toward the fulfillment of
     your purpose, calling, and destiny. 
Each door will lead to a higher level and promotion.
These doors I open, these doors of new beginnings, this resurrection season
     will cause My Own to soar into realms of My Glory.

Read and Meditate on God's Word:

Deuteronomy 28:12 - The LORD shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow.

Psalm 40:3 - He has given me a new song to sing, a hymn of praise to our GOD. Many will see what he has done and be amazed. They will put their trust in the LORD.

Psalm 84:11 - For the LORD GOD is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.

Isaiah 43:19 - Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert. 

Ezekiel 34:26 - And I will make them and the places round about my hill a blessing; and I will cause the shower to come down in his season; there shall be showers of blessing. 

1 Peter 1:7-9 - That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ: Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory: Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.

 

 

God Has Given You Authority (8.24.17)

My Child,
I want you to rise, and break off the shackles that bind you.

Do not sit there in torment, crying out to Me to help you, for I have already given you My Authority. Use what I have given to you.  It is more than sufficient to give you the victory. Stop allowing things to happen to you, and use the authority I have given to you to make changes in your life.
 
Have I not said, "No one can enter a strong man's house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man?" You have My Holy Spirit living within you, and I have given you My Authority over the enemy and over infirmities.

Don’t you realize that you are strong in Me? 

So, how is it that you have fallen into the role
     of helpless victim and offer no resistance?
How is it that you have allowed the enemy of your souls
     to plunder your goods?
That is not My Will for you.

Don’t you realize that My Will for you is victory, and not defeat?
Have I not said in My Word that I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions; to overcome all the power of the enemy, and nothing will harm you?

If I have given you My Authority, then don’t you think the Authority that I have placed on you is greater than the authority of your adversary? Of course, it is!!!

Therefore, rise up, stop listening to the enemy's lies,
     and do not surrender to him.
Lift up My Name and cause change to happen in your life!

Choose to believe what I have told you,
     instead of believing the lies of the enemy.
Choose to believe My Truth.
And choose to use the Authority, which I have already given you.

Do not be complacent when the enemy comes to try to
     make you feel small and helpless.
Rebuke him in My Name and with My Authority.

Rise in My Authority and command the enemy to leave.

Stand on My Word until you have complete victory,
     for I have given you My Authority.

Yes, I have given you My Authority, and I want you
     to use it to accomplish My Will.
My Will for you is to defeat the enemy of your soul
     so that you can walk in victory, in peace, in prosperity
     and in the fullness of joy.

I AM able to deliver.
I AM able to give you complete victory.
Rise up, break off the shackles that bind you,
     and be free in Me, for I have given you the Authority.

Read and Meditate on God's Word:

Genesis 1:26 - And GOD said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. 

Exodus 14:15-16 - And the LORD said unto Moses, Wherefore criest thou unto But lift thou up thy rod, and stretch out thine hand over the sea, and divide it: and the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea. 

Psalm 41:11 - By this I know that thou favourest me, because mine enemy doth not triumph over me. 

Psalm 91:13 - Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet. 

Mark 3:27 - No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house. 

1 Corinthians 15:57-58 - But thanks be to GOD, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, for as much as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.

Walk in Love (8.23.17)

My Child,
You are worried about many things, and because of this,
     you’re blocking the flow of My Power.
I have something to offer you that will cause your worry to cease,
     I want to offer you more of My love.
It is My Desire that you love others as I have loved you.

When My Love works within you, it will cast out the spirit of fear.
As My Love dwell within you, this insurmountable wall,
     which seems to be blocking your way,
     will become a bridge to your blessing. 

My child, fear and unbelief block the flow of My Power to work within your life. When you walk in fear, you shut Me out of the very situation where you desperately need My Grace. Reading My Word will give you more faith in My Word, as the spirit of fear is taken away by the Holy Spirit.

Reading My Word will also remind you that the desires of your heart can be fulfilled. I have not forgotten about the things you desire. I Am all powerful and I will fulfill the desires of your heart in My Time, not yours.
Now, stop concentrating on your problems and trust Me.
Everywhere you go, and in everything you do,
     I want you to spread My Love.

You may be the only way some people will ever experience My kind of Love. How will they know of Me, how will they know about My Love, if you are focused on your problems only?

I Am Love, and they must know this.

So come, dwell in My Presence to be refreshed and be filled with My Love.
I Am Love.  And I want My Love to dwell within you, and in others.

 

Read and Meditate on God's Word:

Matthew 13:58 - And he did not many mighty works there because of their unbelief. 

1 Corinthians 13:7 - Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance.

1 Corinthians 13:13 - Three things will last forever - faith, hope, and love - and the greatest of these is love.

Ephesians 3:17-19 - That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, Maybe able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fullness of GOD.

Ephesians 5:2 - And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to GOD for a sweet smelling savour. 

2 Timothy 1:7 - For GOD hath not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. 

1 John 4:18 - There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love. 

Although You are Battle Weary, It Is God's Battle, not Yours (8.20.17)

My Child,
Do not fight this battle.
It is My battle, not yours.

I say unto you, do not take this conflict onto yourself as if you are the commander-in-chief. I Will take you by the hand and lead you out of this mire. Deep inside you know that only I can deliver you. 

If you will hear My Voice and obey My Commandments,
     I will give you such a great victory that you will be
     testifying about it the rest of your life.

Even generations to follow will hear of how this battle
     was won by Me, on your behalf.

I know that you are battle weary.
These times have been difficult.
However, you have not suffered to the point of shedding blood. 

Come now and let Me remove the troubles from your heart. 
I Will dry your tears, the tears you want no one to see. 
I will hold you close, and you will see all your troubles fade away. 

Allow your love for Me to dissolve into blind trust.
And when you have done this, you will find My Doors
     swinging open for you into a new realm that
     I have prepared for you.
I Know that you have not walked this way before, but I have,
     and now is the time for you to follow Me. 

Now take a deep breath and surrender to My Leading.
Be satisfied to behold Me as I win this battle for you.

HOLD YOUR PEACE, IT IS MY BATTLE

 

Read and Meditate on God's Word:

Exodus 14:13-14 - And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which he will shew to you today: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen today, ye shall see them again no more for ever. The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.

Deuteronomy 20:4 - For the LORD your GOD is he that goeth with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you. 

2 Chronicles 20:17 - Ye shall not need to fight in this battle: set yourselves, stand ye still, and see the salvation of the LORD with you, O Judah and Jerusalem: fear not, nor be dismayed; tomorrow go out against them: for the LORD will be with you.

Hebrews 10:23 - Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) 

We May not be Able to See it, but Rest Assured, God is Working it Out (8.18.17)

...Do not fear, from the first day that you set your heart to understand, and to humble yourself before your GOD, your words were heard, and I have come because of your words - Daniel 10:12
 

Faith Believers,
We all have goals, dreams, and visions in life.
We pray about them and try to hold fast to them;
     because with faith in Jesus, we know they will come to pass.
And when they do, it is the most wonderful feeling.
It's a dream becoming reality, a prayer answered; and our faith
     in GOD is strengthened even more.

However, there are times the enemy will cloud the vision GOD gives us.

The enemy may not be able to read your mind, but he can hear your words.  he sees your actions (and reactions) and knows your "hot buttons.”  he knows just when to push them to take your mind off the vision, for he would like nothing better than to steal our dreams. However, he cannot steal our dreams, unless we let him.

Therefore, it is so important for us to hold fast to our confession of faith, and to be diligent in our faith.

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour - 1 Peter 5:8 

Disappointment can open a door for the enemy to slip in and "steal, kill and destroy" (John 10:10) our hopes and dreams. There is a song entitled "When GOD is Silent,” that I truly love. It says, “When GOD is silent He is giving us more time to pray.”

If you're praying and praying for something, and it just
     hasn't arrived yet, keep praying!
PUSH!
Pray until something happens.

There are times when we pray to GOD for an answer,
     and it seems that all hope is gone.
There is no need to spend time worrying,
     just fall on your knees again and again.

Matthew 7:7-8 - Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For everyone that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

Jesus prayed the same prayer three times in the Garden the night before He gave His life for us (Matthew. 26:44 ; Luke 22:41-44) and The Father sent His Angels to minister unto Jesus.  To give Him the strength He needed to make it to the cross.

If you believe GOD is working all things out to your benefit, you must believe and trust in His Timing as well. He wouldn't have given us His only Son if He wasn’t going to keep His promise.

I want to encourage you this day. 
Do not be disappointed at what appears to be
     a lack of results in prayer.
We don’t know what the Lord is doing on our behalf
     to answer our prayers.
We cannot see it, but rest assured He is working it out.

What the Lord requires of us is faith to believe that the Word of GOD is true.

Just because you FEEL like the answer is not coming,
    do not let the enemy make you BELIEVE
    that your prayer has been denied. 

Keep your eyes focused on Jesus. 
Keep praying, keep standing in faith, and never forget
     (always remember) to thank Him and praise Him
     for all He has done.  

Remember: GOD IS FAITHFUL!
