Be Still, Listen, Meditate on God's Word & He Will Show You the Way (2.28.19)

My Child,
There are times, during a storm, when after you have prayed, I need you to be quiet and listen to Me.

I know that seems hard to do when you’ve had a setback. However, being still and listening is part of trusting Me. Being still and listening to My Voice will give you a perfect peace that will bring you safely through the storm.

Do not allow the situation to cause you to lose hope and faith.  Just be still, listen, meditate on My Word, and I Will show you the way. When you meditate on My Word, I Will bring you through these harsh circumstances. I Will direct your path, which will lead you to victory. All you need to do is keep your faith and do not give up hope.

I did not promise that it would be easy.
I did promise that I would be with you,
     and I Am.

Therefore, be patient, have faith
     and stand strong.
Be still and trust Me to show you

the way in which you should go.
Then move according to My Will,
and you will have the victory.

READ AND MEDITATE ON GOD'S WORD
Psalm 25:5 - Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the GOD of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day.

Isaiah 26:3-4 - Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength:

Isaiah 30:21 - And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.

Hebrews 10:36 - For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of GOD, ye might receive the promise.

Hebrews 13:5 - Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

#ScriptureReflection - 2 Corinthians 3 (NIV) (2.27.19)

Are we beginning to commend ourselves again? Or do we need, like some people, letters of recommendation to you or from you? You yourselves are our letter, written on our hearts, known and read by everyone. You show that you are a letter from Christ, the result of our ministry, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts.

Such confidence we have through Christ before God. Not that we are competent in ourselves to claim anything for ourselves, but our competence comes from God. He has made us competent as ministers of a new covenant—not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.

The Greater Glory of the New Covenant

Now if the ministry that brought death, which was engraved in letters on stone, came with glory, so that the Israelites could not look steadily at the face of Moses because of its glory, transitory though it was, will not the ministry of the Spirit be even more glorious? If the ministry that brought condemnation was glorious, how much more glorious is the ministry that brings righteousness! 10 For what was glorious has no glory now in comparison with the surpassing glory. 11 And if what was transitory came with glory, how much greater is the glory of that which lasts!

12 Therefore, since we have such a hope, we are very bold. 13 We are not like Moses, who would put a veil over his face to prevent the Israelites from seeing the end of what was passing away. 14 But their minds were made dull, for to this day the same veil remains when the old covenant is read. It has not been removed, because only in Christ is it taken away. 15 Even to this day when Moses is read, a veil covers their hearts. 16 But whenever anyone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. 17 Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. 18 And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.

Despair No More. Let Your Faith Rise & Go Forth in Victory... (2.26.19)

Beloved,
I see your dilemma - that you seem to be between a rock and a hard place.

However, I say to you, do not despair.

Do not crumble under the pressure of your responsibilities.  Do not allow the circumstances which surround you, to separate you from the love that burns in your heart for Me. Take a moment to stop and exhale, and then breathe in My Presence. Come into My rest and allow Me to comfort you and give you Divine Guidance on what your next step should be, then rise in faith.  Rise up, renewed to meet the challenges of every circumstance with the assurance of complete victory.

Trust Me to enable you to go beyond your physical and emotional limitations, to complete the tasks at hand.

I have equipped you to overcome every
problem by My Power and Authority.
Believe that you are above the situation,
and not beneath it, and you will be
     victorious in all things.

Every time you adopt the attitude of a victim your problems will overtake you, and I did not create you to be defeated. You are more than a conqueror through Me, and this is the attitude you must have at all times.

I Am your strength for any battle that comes your way; therefore, stay close to Me. And when you have done all you know to do, then release the situation to Me and rely on Me for help.

Do not despair and do not be afraid. Have confidence that I will make a way where there seems to be no way.

Trust Me to bring you through to complete victory and do so in confidence that I have heard and answered your prayers. And if you have this confidence; know that what you ask shall be done.

Now, despair no more.
Let your faith rise
     and go forth in victory.

Read and Meditate on God's Word
Romans 8:37-39 - Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of GOD, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

2 Corinthians 4:8-10 - We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body.

2 Corinthians 12:9 - And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly, therefore, will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

1 John 5:14-15 - And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he heareth us: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.

The Path God has Chosen (2.25.19)

My Child,
Ask of Me, and you shall see the way that I have opened before you.

You don’t have to worry about creating or forcing a door to open; one has been prepared just for you.  All I want you to do is be obedient and follow My Directions, so that I can lead you in the way you should go.

I have called you and given you something
     special.
Therefore, I need you to walk on the path
I’ve chosen for you so that you can
     use your gifts.

Don’t hold back or try to go a different way because somehow this doesn’t make sense to you. For as the Heavens are higher than the earth, so are My Ways and Thoughts higher than yours. You cannot comprehend the things I have planned for you, or why I have chosen this way to bless you.

Just have faith in Me and My Way.
Stand in faith and be confident in
the work that I am doing.

I know where I Am taking you.
I know where you need to be, and
I know how I will get you there.

Stagger not at the way which I’ve chosen for you. Be not faithless anymore.  Step boldly, and onto the path, and faint not. Be thou faithful to Me until the end.  Believe that I Am more than able to carry you through.

Now, trust Me and walk on the path
      I have chosen for you.

Read and Meditate on God's Word:
Psalm 16:11 - Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fullness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.

Psalm 119:35 - Make me to go in the path of thy commandments; for therein do I delight.

Isaiah 55:8-59 - For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord for as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

Matthew 7:14 - Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

Philippians 1:6 - Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:

1 Corinthians 2:9 - But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which GOD hath prepared for them that love him.

Stir Up Your Faith. Press Through in Faith. Fight with Faith. (2.24.19)

My Child,
Fight with faith, and break through the hindering forces that are keeping you from being what I've called you to be.

Turn a deaf ear to the enemy and saturate your life with My Word.

Arise in the Holy Spirit, shake off fear and all that binds you. Remember, I gave you a spirit of power, love, and soundness of mind.
This is a season of alignment, when I will align you with My Kingdom, Purpose and Destiny.  However, you must want it with all your heart; therefore, I Say to you, "stir up your faith."

Press through in faith; for you are on the verge of breaking through to a new level of clarity.  Is it any wonder that the enemy has brought all manner of circumstances to distract you?  To try to remove you from receiving My Blessings?

Refuse to allow anything to interfere with this opportunity to be established in spiritual precision.

Be alert and attentive; because I Am elevating you to a level of spiritual discernment and authority that you have yet to realize.

Therefore, never forget who you are in Me, as you rise up in faith.

Fight in faith and press through the confusion and hindrances that are trying to block you from receiving what I’ve promised you.

Stop worrying about what is coming against you. My Holy Spirit is within you, and will lift up a standard against the enemy that he will not be able to penetrate.

Look neither to the right nor to the left.
Stay focused on Me and what I’ve set
     before you.

Trust and have faith in Me to infuse you with the wisdom, strength, and courage to accomplish all that I've given you to do.

My Child, look to Me only - for I Am the Lord your God; who will cause you to prosper in all that you do.

Keep your faith strong by meditating on My Word daily.

READ AND MEDITATE ON GOD'S WORD:
Isaiah 52:1-2 - Awake, awake! Put on your strength, O Zion; put on your beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city! For the uncircumcised and the unclean shall no longer come to you.  Shake yourself from the dust, arise; sit down, O Jerusalem! Loose yourself from the bonds of your neck, O captive daughter of Zion.

Isaiah 59:19 - So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and His glory from the rising of the sun; when the enemy comes in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD will lift up a standard against him.

Isaiah 48:17 - Thus says the LORD, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: "I am the LORD your GOD, Who teaches you to profit, Who leads you by the way you should go."

Deuteronomy 28:7 - The LORD shall cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy face: they shall come out against thee one way, and flee before thee seven ways.

Deuteronomy 29:9 - Keep therefore the words of this covenant, and do them, that ye may prosper in all that ye do.

1 Timothy 6:12 - Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.

2 Timothy 1:6 - Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift of GOD, which is in thee by the putting on of my hands.

#ScriptureReflection - Hebrews 11:1-7 (2.23.19)

Brothers and sisters:
Faith is the realization of what is hoped for
and evidence of things not seen.

Because of it the ancients were well attested.

By faith we understand that the universe was ordered by the word of God,
so that what is visible came into being through the invisible.
By faith Abel offered to God a sacrifice greater than Cain’s.
Through this, he was attested to be righteous,
God bearing witness to his gifts,
and through this, though dead, he still speaks.

By faith Enoch was taken up so that he should not see death,
and he was found no more because God had taken him.
Before he was taken up, he was attested to have pleased God.
But without faith it is impossible to please him,
for anyone who approaches God must believe that he exists
and that he rewards those who seek him.

By faith Noah, warned about what was not yet seen,
with reverence built an ark for the salvation of his household.
Through this, he condemned the world
and inherited the righteousness that comes through faith.

My Children,
Some of you are in a valley of despair, the valley of weeping - and it seems as though this place of heart ache and depression will never end.

You have nearly lost hope of ever coming through and of things changing.

You expected
breakthrough by now and your expectations have not been met....

My Word
is true, you must remain faithful and refuse the temptation by the enemy to fall into a state of oppression or depression. the enemy desires to steal your strength and your ability to move ahead.  he is trying to silence you and bring you down to depths of hopelessness and defeat.

Look up, My Children, LOOK UP!!  Seek Me with all of your heart and do not become weary in well-doing, for you will reap in due season if you do not faint.

Refuse to give in to discouragement and despair.
Don’t allow discouragement to take root in your life,
for it will paralyze you and keep you from moving
ahead with the things I have planned for your life.

Rebuke this deception that has crept into your thinkin
g.

Rise up say, and stand on the truth of My Word.  I have given you the power to trample over all the works of the enemy.

Stand and use My Word to break every curse and assignment the devil has sent against you.

You will not become a victim of his schemes and plans.
You are victorious over every weapon he has formed
     against you.

Rebuke worries and fears.

Come
to Me believing that I Will do the things I Have Promised you....   and you will find peace

Come boldly before My Throne, and you will be victorious over anything satan sends your way.

Remember Beloved Children, the enemy is powerless over you. I promise to undo everything he tries to do against you.

Write. Write "Thus said the Lord." Write the Vision and Make it Plain. Write.... (2.21.19)

My Child,
When I reveal something to you in the spirit realm, it is important for you to record what I have shown you.  You must discipline yourself to stop and listen when you hear from Me; then
write what you have seen or heard.

I told My servants "to write the vision and make it
plain so that others may go forth that read it." I want My people to know that I Am speaking to those who are seeking Me with their whole heart.

My child, what if My servants before you neglected to write the things I spoke to them? If they had, you would never know that I have a hope and a plan for you.

You would never know to those who overcome shall inherit all things, and I Will grant those to sit with Me on My Throne.

Therefore, write.
Write, “Thus said the Lord.”

It doesn’t matter that you might feel it’s not significant.  What isn’t important to you can mean a great deal to others in need.  Remember, It’s not about your feelings - it’s about being obedient, so write.

Dear One, My Words are always important and there are people waiting to hear them.  So, be obedient and write down the things I have revealed to you. I want them to know that the vision I have given them is set for an appointed time, and it shall come to pass

Write and they will know that nothing
can stop the hand of the almighty GOD.

Write it down.

READ AND MEDITATE ON GOD'S WORD
Habakkuk 2:2-3 - And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

Psalm 45:1 - My heart is inditing a good matter: I speak of the things which I have made touching the king: my tongue is the pen of a ready writer.

Jeremiah 29:11-13 - For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you. And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.

Jeremiah 30:1-2 - The word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD, saying, Thus speaketh the LORD GOD of Israel, saying, Write thee all the words that I have spoken unto thee in a book.

Revelations 3:21 - To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.

Revelations 21:7 - He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his GOD, and he shall be my son.

#ScriptureReflection - Matthew 5 (ESV) (2.20.19)

The Sermon on the Mount

Seeing the crowds, he went up on the mountain, and when he sat down, his disciples came to him.

The Beatitudes

And he opened his mouth and taught them, saying:
“Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
“Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.
“Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.
“Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied.
“Blessed are the merciful, for they shall receive mercy.
“Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.
“Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.
10 “Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
11 “Blessed are you when others revile you and persecute you and utter all kinds of evil against you falsely on my account. 12 Rejoice and be glad, for your reward is great in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.

Salt and Light

13 “You are the salt of the earth, but if salt has lost its taste, how shall its saltiness be restored? It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trampled under people's feet.

14 “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. 16 In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.

Christ Came to Fulfill the Law

17 “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. 18 For truly, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the Law until all is accomplished. 19 Therefore whoever relaxes one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever does them and teaches them will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. 20 For I tell you, unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.

Anger

21 “You have heard that it was said to those of old, ‘You shall not murder; and whoever murders will be liable to judgment.’ 22 But I say to you that everyone who is angry with his brother will be liable to judgment; whoever insults his brother will be liable to the council; and whoever says, ‘You fool!’ will be liable to the hell of fire. 23 So if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother has something against you, 24 leave your gift there before the altar and go. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift. 25 Come to terms quickly with your accuser while you are going with him to court, lest your accuser hand you over to the judge, and the judge to the guard, and you be put in prison. 26 Truly, I say to you, you will never get out until you have paid the last penny.

Lust

27 “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall not commit adultery.’ 28 But I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lustful intent has already committed adultery with her in his heart. 29 If your right eye causes you to sin, tear it out and throw it away. For it is better that you lose one of your members than that your whole body be thrown into hell. 30 And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. For it is better that you lose one of your members than that your whole body go into hell.

Divorce

31 “It was also said, ‘Whoever divorces his wife, let him give her a certificate of divorce.’ 32 But I say to you that everyone who divorces his wife, except on the ground of sexual immorality, makes her commit adultery, and whoever marries a divorced woman commits adultery.

Oaths

33 “Again you have heard that it was said to those of old, ‘You shall not swear falsely, but shall perform to the Lord what you have sworn.’ 34 But I say to you, Do not take an oath at all, either by heaven, for it is the throne of God, 35 or by the earth, for it is his footstool, or by Jerusalem, for it is the city of the great King. 36 And do not take an oath by your head, for you cannot make one hair white or black. 37 Let what you say be simply ‘Yes’ or ‘No’; anything more than this comes from evil.

Retaliation

38 “You have heard that it was said, ‘An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.’ 39 But I say to you, Do not resist the one who is evil. But if anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also. 40 And if anyone would sue you and take your tunic, let him have your cloak as well. 41 And if anyone forces you to go one mile, go with him two miles. 42 Give to the one who begs from you, and do not refuse the one who would borrow from you.

Love Your Enemies

43 “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ 44 But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, 45 so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. 46 For if you love those who love you, what reward do you have? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? 47 And if you greet only your brothers, what more are you doing than others? Do not even the Gentiles do the same? 48 You therefore must be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect.

Praying Kingdom Prayers (2.19.19)

This, then, is how you should pray: “Our Father which art in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory, for ever. Amen" - Matthew 6:9–13.

Another angel, who had a golden censer, came and stood at the altar. He was given much incense to offer, with the prayers of all the saints, on the golden altar before the throne. The smoke of the incense, together with the prayers of the saints, went up before GOD from the angel’s hand. Then the angel took the censer, filled it with fire from the altar, and hurled it on the earth; and there came peals of thunder, rumblings, flashes of lightning and an earthquake. - Revelation 8:3–5

Faith Believers,
One of the most exciting discoveries that I ever made about prayer is this: when we are praying, and if our hearts are right with GOD, and we ask in accord with His Will, GOD will give us what we ask.

In an effort to personally claim that promise and receive GOD’s riches, I made a list of spiritual qualities and blessings mentioned in the scriptures, things I could be sure were in accord with GOD’s Will. I understood these to be one of GOD’s purposes in my life. I asked GOD for these things several times each week. What I found was that GOD is true to His Word.  He heard and answered these prayers.

GOD answered because I was praying
for 'what His Will is for my life.'
I was praying Kingdom prayers.

When we believe for things that GOD promises to do, we can pray with absolute assurance that He hears and answers these prayers. They may not always be answered according to our expectations or on our timetables but they will surely be answered.
  -  Marilyn

~ Prayer ~
Lord GOD,
It awes me that You hear and answer my prayers when they are aligned with the purposes of Your Kingdom.

May I faithfully learn how to pray and believe; knowing that you are the great master planner for my life.

Father GOD I know that when I trust and believe in You, all things that I have prayed for will come to pass.

I want my life to become a praise to Your Name!
Amen

Rely Only on God (2.18.19)

My Child,
I am calling you to a place of total trust.
I want you to rely solely on Me.

Do not worry about the future, for you are in My Hands. Remember that I alone hold your life, and I Am forever faithful. As I have always proven Myself faithful to you in days past, so will I always prove Myself faithful to you in the days ahead.

Therefore, keep your eyes on Me and look
to Me alone.

I want you to keep looking to Me and trusting Me in all things. Trust Me when things are good and trust Me in the midst of difficulties and trials. Remember that I know all things, and I Am asking you to simply trust Me as your Heavenly Father.

If I provide for even the sparrow, how much more shall I provide for you?

Yes, you will still go through hard times; but I Am the author and finisher of your faith, and I WILL take care of you. My child, I am not calling you to walk in a place of fear; I Am calling you to a place of victory through total trust in Me. Rely solely and completely on Me.

Draw close to Me, and you will experience My Faithfulness at work in your life, and I will cause your faith to grow. Abide in My presence.  Draw closer to Me as you walk daily with Me.

Get to know Who I really Am, and you
will know that there is no need for fear.
