A Time to Embrace (2.29.20)

My Child,
Embrace what you are going through.
Embrace My Wisdom that you are
     gaining from this experience.
I Am here for you.
And I Am carrying you through
     your circumstances.

Remember, it is just a test; and from each test, comes greater strength and an increase in your anointing.

The circumstances you are facing are nothing for Me to handle. Can I Not do miracles? Can I Not put money in your bank account today? Can I Not heal you of that ailment? You that know I Can.

Therefore, embrace this change, and give thanks in all things; for all things are working together for your good.

As you go through this change, do not stress over this situation. I Am the Author and Finisher of everything. I Want you to look to Me, and only Me. Trust in the plans I Have ordained for your life. Praise Me and know that I Am taking care of all that concerns you.

Every hour, every minute, every second of the day, I Am at work on your behalf.

My Child, embrace what I Am doing,
     and have faith.
Know My Love.
Know My Heart.
Know Me.

And know, that there is nothing
     impossible for Me.

Read and Meditate on God's Word
Mark 11:22 - And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in GOD.

Luke 1:37 - For with GOD nothing shall be impossible.

Romans 8:28 - And we know that all things work together for good to them that love GOD, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

1 Thessalonians 5:18 - In everything give thanks: for this is the will of GOD in Christ Jesus concerning you

Hebrews 12:2 - Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of GOD.

God Hears Your Prayers (2.28.20)

My Children,
I Know that right now, some of you are feeling lonely and abandoned.  Some of you believe that I Have forgotten you. Some of you are feeling this way because you’ve been waiting for Me to move upon your situation. Have I not said, “All things are working together for the good of those that love Me?”

Everything that has happened in your life has been an opportunity for you to know Me intimately, and to remind you of who I Am. I Am a GOD of restoration; and I Have not forgotten you. I Am always interceding for you. I’ve Even moved things out of your way, that would have devastated you.

I Hear your prayers.
Have faith in Me.

In this season, I Will pour out My Grace and My Mercy upon you; and I Will restore it all.

I Will restore to you that which you have lost, and the glory of your latter house will be greater than the former. Begin to thank Me for My Grace which I Have granted you. Begin to thank Me for working things out for your good.

Take your mind off things in which you should be releasing to Me. Lift your voice to Me and pray with a heart filled with thanksgiving, knowing that I Will not leave you. As you come to Me, I Will breathe 'New Life' into your wounded spirit.

I Will carry you in My Arms and
     the brokenness you feel,
     will fade away.
I Will protect you, so that no harm
     shall come near you.
I Hear your prayers.
Trust in Me.

I Want you to know that I Also hear your cries for your family. I See the tears you shed late at night. Rest assured that I See all, and know all, that they are going through; and it is My Desire to bless and protect them. Leave them in My Loving, Capable Hands; for they are My Children too.

However, I Want you to focus on the things
I Have Called you to do.
Believe that I Hear your prayers, and very soon
you shall see your sorrows become My Glory.

~ Faith Believers, let us pray ~

Father,
We cannot thank You enough for turning
     our prayers into praises,
     and our burdens into blessings.
Thank You for teaching us to bask in Your Joy
and for teaching us to release all fear
     and doubt into Your Hands.

In Your Son, Jesus' Name,
we pray

Amen

READ AND MEDITATE ON GOD'S WORD
Psalm 102:17 - He will turn his attention to the prayers of those who have been abandoned. He will not despise their prayers. (GW)

Haggai 2:9 - The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former, saith the LORD of hosts: and in this place will I give peace, saith the LORD of hosts.

Mark 11:23-24 - For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. Therefore, I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

Romans 8:27- 28 - And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of GOD. And we know that all things work together for good to them that love GOD, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

#ScriptureReflection - 2 Corinthians 5:20-6:2 (2.27.20)

Brothers and sisters:
We are ambassadors for Christ,
as if God were appealing through us.

We implore you on behalf of Christ,
be reconciled to God.

For our sake he made him to be sin who did not know sin,
so that we might become the righteousness of God in him.
Working together, then,
we appeal to you not to receive the grace of God in vain.

For he says:
In an acceptable time I heard you,
and on the day of salvation I helped you.

Behold, now is a very acceptable time;
behold, now is the day of salvation.

Things are Falling Into Place (2.26.20)

My Dearest Child, My Weary Warrior,
I Know that this journey has not been easy for you.
I Know it has often left you drained and sometimes
     feeling overwhelmed.
I Know you do not just "think" it has been hard,
     “it has been hard.”

I Know that some of you feel as though the trials you are going through will last forever. Trust  Me, it will not. Hold on, it is going to end. Your beliefs and faith were tested, tried and found true, in the fire.

It may seem as though as soon as you get up on your feet, you are knocked down again. You believed; then you doubted, and then worked at believing some more. You said, “Lord, if I could have just one word or sign from You.” The Word came; you grabbed hold of it and believed. Then, a storm came and shook you so hard you took your eyes off My Word and focused on the storm. “Oh, Lord, I believe, please help my unbelief."

My Weary Warrior, in spite of all that has happened to you; you continued to labor in My Name. Even though sometimes, the only thing that motivated you to keep going was fear and frustration. When more problems occurred than you anticipated, you learned to encourage yourself. I Know you did not believe it would take this long. However, through it all, you learned patience.

I Am smiling on You for this.

There were moments when some of you thought I Had forgotten about you. Oh yes, you thought I Had abandoned you. I Never left your side. I Never left you. You are almost at the end of your journey, and things are falling into place.

Each step you took was ordained by Me.
Each step has changed you from the
     inside out.
I Know it has not been easy,
but being made over never is.

Soon, the victory shall be yours.
Move forward in confidence and peace.

Remember warrior, there will be more mountains, but now you know how to climb them. The secret is to trust Me, to hold on, and to keep climbing.

You will make it, but just remember - never give up.

Read and Meditate on God's Word:
Galatians 6:9 - And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

Ephesians 6:10-11 - Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

2 Corinthians 4:8-9 - In every way we're troubled, but we aren't crushed by our troubles. We're frustrated, but we don't give up. We're persecuted, but we're not abandoned. We're captured, but we're not killed.

Isaiah 50:4 - The Lord GOD hath given me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak a word in season to him that is weary: he wakeneth morning by morning, he wakeneth mine ear to hear as the learned.

1 Peter 1:7 - That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:

1 Peter 4:12 - Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:

Faith Believers,
I pray the peace of Jesus will flood your soul
and destroy any fears holding you back;
so that the vision He has given you
will come to pass.
Amen

#ScriptureReflection - James 3:13-18 (2.25.20)

Beloved:
Who among you is wise and understanding?
Let him show his works by a good life
in the humility that comes from wisdom.

But if you have bitter jealousy and selfish ambition in your hearts,
do not boast and be false to the truth.
Wisdom of this kind does not come down from above
but is earthly, unspiritual, demonic.

For where jealousy and selfish ambition exist,
there is disorder and every foul practice.
But the wisdom from above is first of all pure,
then peaceable, gentle, compliant,
full of mercy and good fruits,
without inconstancy or insincerity.

And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace
for those who cultivate peace.

A #WordPrayLoveHonor Prayer (2.24.20)

Heavenly Father,
I thank You for waking me up this morning to see a new day.

Lord, from this day forward, I want every word that proceeds from my mouth, to bring honor and glory to Your Name.

I want to be positive and uplift everyone I speak with today.
I will not participate in gossip and back biting.

If I am tempted to do this, I pray that You will send the Holy Spirit to convict me and bring me to repentance.

You told us to love one another and always forgive those who have wronged us. I want people to see Your Loving and Your Caring Spirit, in me. Your Word tell us to love our enemy and pray for those who spitefully use us.

Father, I Want to be the example where people will want to know and love You the way I do.

So this day, Lord, place a guard over the mouths and hearts of Your Children who love you dearly.  Allow our paths to cross with those who have never given their life to You, so that we can share the good news of Christ with them.

Father, I Want to honor Your Holy Name - in everything I do and everything I say.

I am not looking for acceptance from man; but I seek to glorify You, Lord. I will always worship and praise Your Holy Name, because I love You, Father.

This prayer I pray in the Mighty Name
of Your Son, Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

Amen

Resist the enemy (2.23.20)

My Children,
Many of you are on the verge of a breakthrough, but this will not come without a fight.

the enemy will do everything possible to keep you in bondage.  he is going to try discouragement, depression, rejection, fear, and health issues to be manifested in your lives; but you must be ready to resist these attacks.

Be strong and of good courage!!  Stand on My Word, The Word of GOD, through every situation and every circumstance.

It is written that you can do all things through My Son, Jesus Christ, Who strengthens you.  Believe this and pursue victory over the enemy. As you overtake and overcome the work(s) of the enemy, I Will be standing there - I Am always standing there - right by your side.

No weapon formed against you shall prosper.
And every tongue that rises against you in judgment,
     will be condemned.

Refuse to become a victim in any way, Children.

Resist the enemy, and he will flee from you. I Have made a way for each of you to escape any attacks the enemy will try and bring into your lives. I Have a plan for your life, and nothing is going to stop it.

Do not be afraid.
For I Am with you, always.

READ AND MEDITATE ON GOD'S WORD:
Deuteronomy 31:6 - Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy GOD, HE it is that doth go with thee; HE will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.

Matthew 26:41 - Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.

Isaiah 54:17 - No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper, and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.

James 4:7 - Submit yourselves therefore to GOD. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

2 Corinthians 2:14 - Now thanks be unto GOD, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.

#SciptureReflection - Micah 3 (2.22.20)

Wicked Rulers and Prophets

And I said:
“Hear now, O heads of Jacob,
And you rulers of the house of Israel:
Is it not for you to know justice?
You who hate good and love evil;
Who strip the skin from My people,
And the flesh from their bones;
Who also eat the flesh of My people,
Flay their skin from them,
Break their bones,
And chop them in pieces
Like meat for the pot,
Like flesh in the caldron.”

Then they will cry to the Lord,
But He will not hear them;
He will even hide His face from them at that time,
Because they have been evil in their deeds.

Thus says the Lord concerning the prophets
Who make my people stray;
Who chant “Peace”
While they chew with their teeth,

But who prepare war against him
Who puts nothing into their mouths:
“Therefore you shall have night without vision,
And you shall have darkness without divination;
The sun shall go down on the prophets,
And the day shall be dark for them.
So the seers shall be ashamed,
And the diviners abashed;
Indeed they shall all cover their lips;
For there is no answer from God.”

But truly I am full of power by the Spirit of the Lord,
And of justice and might,
To declare to Jacob his transgression
And to Israel his sin.
Now hear this,
You heads of the house of Jacob
And rulers of the house of Israel,
Who abhor justice
And pervert all equity,
10 Who build up Zion with bloodshed
And Jerusalem with iniquity:
11 Her heads judge for a bribe,
Her priests teach for pay,
And her prophets divine for money.
Yet they lean on the Lord, and say,
“Is not the Lord among us?
No harm can come upon us.”
12 Therefore because of you
Zion shall be plowed like a field,
Jerusalem shall become heaps of ruins,
And the mountain of the temple
Like the bare hills of the forest.

#ScriptureReflection - Ezra 3 (2.21.20)

Altar and Sacrifices Restored

When the seventh month came and the sons of Israel were in the cities, the people gathered together as one man to Jerusalem. Then Jeshua the son of Jozadak and his brothers the priests, and Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel and his brothers arose, and they built the altar of the God of Israel, to offer burnt offerings on it, as it is written in the Law of Moses, the man of God. So they set up the altar on its [old] foundation, for they were terrified because of the peoples of the lands; and they offered burnt offerings on it to the Lord, morning and evening. They celebrated the Feast of Booths, as it is written, and offered the fixed number of daily burnt offerings, in accordance with the ordinances, as each day required; and afterward, there was the continual burnt offering, the offering at the New Moons, and at all the appointed festivals of the Lord that were consecrated, and the offerings of everyone who made a voluntary offering to the Lord. From the first day of the seventh month they began to offer burnt offerings to the Lord, but the foundation of the temple of the Lord had not been laid. They gave money to the masons and to the carpenters, and gave food, drink, and [olive] oil to the people from Sidon and Tyre, to bring cedar wood from Lebanon to the seaport of Joppa, in accordance with the authorization they had from Cyrus king of Persia.

Temple Restoration Begun

In the second year of their coming to God’s house at Jerusalem, in the second month, Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel and Jeshua the son of Jozadak began [the work], with the rest of their brothers—the priests and Levites and all who came to Jerusalem from the captivity. They appointed the Levites, from twenty years old and upward, to oversee the work of the house of the Lord. Then Jeshua with his sons and brothers stood united with Kadmiel and his sons, the sons of Judah and the sons of Henadad with their sons and brothers the Levites, to oversee the workmen in the house of God.

10 Now when the builders had laid the foundation of the temple of the Lord, the priests stood in their apparel with trumpets, and the Levites, the sons of Asaph, with their cymbals, to praise the Lord in accordance with the directions of David king of Israel. 11 They sang [responsively], praising and giving thanks to the Lord, saying, “For He is good, for His lovingkindness (mercy) toward Israel endures forever.” And all the people shouted with a great shout when they praised the Lord because the foundation of the house of the Lord was laid. 12 But many of the priests and Levites and heads of fathers’ households, the old men who had seen the first house (temple), wept with a loud voice when the foundation of this house was laid before their eyes, while many shouted aloud for joy, 13 so that the people could not distinguish the sound of the shout of joy from the sound of the weeping of the people, for the people shouted with a loud shout, and the sound was heard far away.

Never Stop Praying...... (2.20.20)

My Child,
Continue to pray and press your way through.
Do not turn away from the trials placed before you.
Rejoice in them..  Yes, I Said Rejoice!!!

My Child, I See everything that is happening in your life.  And I Am aware of the many times you have squared your shoulders, and stood in the face of adversity. I Am ALWAYS standing right beside you, through it all. I Will never leave you nor forsake you. Yes, I Am there in the midst of your fiery furnace...  Holding you, strengthening you, and leading you safely through.

Do not give up now, for soon you will hear My Voice and see My Glory.

You could have turned back, like so many others who once walked with Me. However, you prayed and stood on My Word. I Am proud of you.  For those prayers carried you through. So, do not cease  praying and do not cease reading My Word.

Pray as My Son taught you to pray. Let praying become your way of life, for soon it will reveal revelations according to My Will for your life.

For if My Children knew all the things that happen in the spirit realm when they pray, they would never cease praying.

Read and Meditate on God's Word

A New Season is Underway.... (2.19.20)

Beloved,
I Already know what you need before you ask;
but you must exercise faith in your request.

You must believe that I Will meet your needs, and not just hope that I Have heard you.  Do not doubt My Word and do not be afraid. Come boldly into My Presence, without resistance.  Approach My Throne with confidence, and make your requests known to Me.

A new season is underway, Beloved.
Expect Me to bless you today.

In the past, you have experienced "perceived, repeated and consistent defeat;"  but I Tell you, this day, nothing can defeat you because you are My Child.

I Will fight for you, I Will protect you and I Will bless you. I Have given you everything you need to fight this battle; I have given you My Word, the Word of GOD.  My Word is all and everything you need to fight this and all battles.

I Will lead you in this spiritual battle, and you will surely be victorious.

A new season is underway, therefore be bold and be strong; for I Am with you. Pray according to My Will and My Purposes.  And I Will hear and I Will answer your prayers....

Read and Meditate on God's Word
Matthew 6:8 - Therefore do not be like them, for your Father knows what things you have need of, before you ask Him.

Hebrews 11:6 - But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to GOD must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

1 John 5:14-15 - And this is the confidence that we have toward Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of Him.

#ScriptureReflection - John 6:22-59 (2.18.20)

22 The next day the crowd that had stayed on the opposite shore of the lake realized that only one boat had been there, and that Jesus had not entered it with his disciples, but that they had gone away alone. 23 Then some boats from Tiberias landed near the place where the people had eaten the bread after the Lord had given thanks. 24 Once the crowd realized that neither Jesus nor his disciples were there, they got into the boats and went to Capernaum in search of Jesus.

Jesus the Bread of Life

25 When they found him on the other side of the lake, they asked him, “Rabbi, when did you get here?”

26 Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, you are looking for me, not because you saw the signs I performed but because you ate the loaves and had your fill. 27 Do not work for food that spoils, but for food that endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you. For on him God the Father has placed his seal of approval.”
28 Then they asked him, “What must we do to do the works God requires?”
29 Jesus answered, “The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent.”

30 So they asked him, “What sign then will you give that we may see it and believe you? What will you do? 31 Our ancestors ate the manna in the wilderness; as it is written: ‘He gave them bread from heaven to eat.’”

32 Jesus said to them, “Very truly I tell you, it is not Moses who has given you the bread from heaven, but it is my Father who gives you the true bread from heaven. 33 For the bread of God is the bread that comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.”

34 “Sir,” they said, “always give us this bread.”

35 Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty. 36 But as I told you, you have seen me and still you do not believe. 37 All those the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never drive away. 38 For I have come down from heaven not to do my will but to do the will of him who sent me. 39 And this is the will of him who sent me, that I shall lose none of all those he has given me, but raise them up at the last day. 40 For my Father’s will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day.”

41 At this the Jews there began to grumble about him because he said, “I am the bread that came down from heaven.” 42 They said, “Is this not Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? How can he now say, ‘I came down from heaven’?”

43 “Stop grumbling among yourselves,” Jesus answered. 44 “No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws them, and I will raise them up at the last day. 45 It is written in the Prophets: ‘They will all be taught by God.’ Everyone who has heard the Father and learned from him comes to me. 46 No one has seen the Father except the one who is from God; only he has seen the Father. 47 Very truly I tell you, the one who believes has eternal life. 48 I am the bread of life. 49 Your ancestors ate the manna in the wilderness, yet they died. 50 But here is the bread that comes down from heaven, which anyone may eat and not die. 51 I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Whoever eats this bread will live forever. This bread is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.”

52 Then the Jews began to argue sharply among themselves, “How can this man give us his flesh to eat?”

53 Jesus said to them, “Very truly I tell you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. 54 Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day. 55 For my flesh is real food and my blood is real drink. 56 Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in them. 57 Just as the living Father sent me and I live because of the Father, so the one who feeds on me will live because of me. 58 This is the bread that came down from heaven. Your ancestors ate manna and died, but whoever feeds on this bread will live forever.” 59 He said this while teaching in the synagogue in Capernaum.

#ScriptureReflection - Sirach 15:15-20 (2.17.20)

If you choose you can keep the commandments, they will save you;
if you trust in God, you too shall live;
he has set before you fire and water
to whichever you choose, stretch forth your hand.

Before man are life and death, good and evil,
whichever he chooses shall be given him.
Immense is the wisdom of the Lord;
he is mighty in power, and all-seeing.
The eyes of God are on those who fear him;
he understands man’s every deed.

No one does he command to act unjustly,
to none does he give license to sin.

God Is Still in Control..... (2.16.20)

My Children,
For some of you, the circumstances you are facing, at this time, seem to be totally out of your control; but take comfort in knowing that even though these things seem out of control to you, I Am still in control.

Nothing that is happening is a surprise to Me,
nor do I Fear the outcome.
Stand on My Word and do not let go of your faith.

You have been in the fire before.  You have been tested before.  You have been tried before.  And I Have found you to be faithful, through it all.  I Have found you to be strong, and you have come through the fire many times.

Trust Me, once again, in the midst of your trials and this too shall pass.

This too shall pass, and when you look back at this time, you will recognize that these challenges were necessary to bring maturity and strength; especially in those places, spaces and situations where insecurity had been your accepted norm.

Stand strong and allow Me To Encourage you
     in the days ahead.
My Child, hold on to that which is good.
You will be victorious in all that you set your
     hand to do.
For I Am with you and I Am still in control.

Read and Meditate on God's Word
1 Thessalonians 5:21 - Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.

Hebrews 4:14 - Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of GOD, let us hold fast our profession.

Hebrews 10:23 - Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.

2 Thessalonians 2:14-15 - Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle.

Revelations 3:8 - I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.

Revelations 3:11 - Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.

Let God's "Rain" Fall Upon You. Be Still & Wait for The Father's Blessings.... (2.15.20)

My Child,
Let Me Ask you this, when rain falls, does the thirsty ground rise up and try to catch it all?

No, the thirsty ground simply waits, and soaks the rain in. In the same way, I Want you to 'be still and wait' for My Blessings. All you need to do is surrender everything to Me and sit still before Me.

Simply rest and let My Rain fall upon you.

When you allow My Rain to fall on your spirit, it refreshes you. I Want you to be renewed with strength for this journey.  I Want you to be still so you can hear My Small Still Voice. If you have a need, simply ask Me. When you don’t ask, you exhaust yourself mentally and physically trying to find the answers. And then, when you do finally find the answers, in your own strength, you’re too exhausted mentally to appreciate the blessings around you.

I Do not want you to miss anything My Child.
I Want you to be ready to receive the very best.

Rest, and allow My Rain to fall upon you; knowing that all is well, and knowing that everything that concerns you is in My Hands. Prepare yourself, stand tall with your arms outreached to the Heavens, as I Pour My Blessings upon you.

Claim this in the mighty Name of My Son, Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

READ AND MEDITATE ON HIS WORD:
Deuteronomy 32:2 - My doctrine shall drop as the rain; my speech shall distil as the dew, as the small rain on the tender herb, and as the showers upon the grass;
Leveticus 26:3-4 - If you walk in My statutes and keep My commandments and do them, then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.

Psalm 37:7 - Rest in Jehovah, and wait patiently for Him; do not fret yourself because of him who prospers in his way, because of him who practices wickedness.

Psalm 72:6 - He shall come down like rain on the mown grass, like showers that water the earth.

Psalm 116:7 - Return to your rest, O my soul; for Jehovah has dealt bountifully with you.

Job 29:23 - And they waited for me like the rain, and they opened their mouth wide as for the latter rain.

Hebrews 6:7 - For the earth which drinks in the rain that comes often upon it, and brings forth plants fit for those by whom it is cultivated, receives blessing from GOD.

#ScriptureReflection - Romans 3 (2.14.20)

Chapter 3

Answers to Objections. 1 What advantage is there then in being a Jew? Or what is the value of circumcision? Much, in every respect. [For] in the first place, they were entrusted with the utterances of God. What if some were unfaithful? Will their infidelity nullify the fidelity of God?

Of course not! God must be true, though every human being is a liar, as it is written:
“That you may be justified in your words,
and conquer when you are judged.”

But if our wickedness provides proof of God’s righteousness, what can we say? Is God unjust, humanly speaking, to inflict his wrath? Of course not! For how else is God to judge the world?

But if God’s truth redounds to his glory through my falsehood, why am I still being condemned as a sinner? And why not say—as we are accused and as some claim we say—that we should do evil that good may come of it? Their penalty is what they deserve.

Universal Bondage to Sin. Well, then, are we better off? Not entirely, for we have already brought the charge against Jews and Greeks alike that they are all under the domination of sin, 10 as it is written:
“There is no one just, not one,
11     there is no one who understands,
there is no one who seeks God.
12 All have gone astray; all alike are worthless;
there is not one who does good,
        [there is not] even one.
13 Their throats are open graves;
    they deceive with their tongues;
the venom of asps is on their lips;
14     their mouths are full of bitter cursing.
15 Their feet are quick to shed blood;
16     ruin and misery are in their ways,
17 and the way of peace they know not.
18     There is no fear of God before their eyes.”

19 Now we know that what the law says is addressed to those under the law, so that every mouth may be silenced and the whole world stand accountable to God, 20 since no human being will be justified in his sight by observing the law; for through the law comes consciousness of sin.

III. Justification Through Faith in Christ

Justification Apart from the Law. 21 But now the righteousness of God has been manifested apart from the law, though testified to by the law and the prophets, 22 the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all who believe. For there is no distinction; 23 all have sinned and are deprived of the glory of God. 24 They are justified freely by his grace through the redemption in Christ Jesus, 25 whom God set forth as an expiation, through faith, by his blood, to prove his righteousness because of the forgiveness of sins previously committed, 26 through the forbearance of God—to prove his righteousness in the present time, that he might be righteous and justify the one who has faith in Jesus.

27 What occasion is there then for boasting? It is ruled out. On what principle, that of works? No, rather on the principle of faith. 28 For we consider that a person is justified by faith apart from works of the law. 29 Does God belong to Jews alone? Does he not belong to Gentiles, too? Yes, also to Gentiles, 30 for God is one and will justify the circumcised on the basis of faith and the uncircumcised through faith. 31 Are we then annulling the law by this faith? Of course not! On the contrary, we are supporting the law.

God Wants to Remind You..... (2.13.20)

My Child,
You have cried out for My Divine Direction and My Wisdom and I Will answer you.

You need to hear from Me like never before, and I Am telling you today - it is My Desire to speak the very Words you need to hear.  Therefore, come into My Presence now, and fellowship with Me for a while.

Let Us commune together, for I Have many revelations I Want to share with you; and there are some things I Need to bring to your remembrance.

I Want to remind you not to fear any battle.
This battle is already won.

I Have it secured, for it is time for My People to stand up and take their rightful place in My Kingdom.  Because of My Son's Victory, your Victory is assured.

You cannot lose, unless you choose not to

     press your way through.
Unless you choose not to stand and fight.
Unless you choose not to follow Me, because
you think the way is too tough.

I Have given you weapons for this battle.
I Have covered you with My Armor.
You are under the protection of My Son's Blood.
And My Sword will cut through anything not of Me.

These weapons are mighty and will pull down every stronghold coming against you.  So use what I Have given you.

I Also want to remind you that I Am covering you with My Mercy and My Grace.  I Have literally covered you with My Mercy.  Therefore, I Want you to approach My Throne with boldness and joy in your heart; because everything affecting you begins and ends with My Mercy. Before My Throne is where you will receive My Help during your time of need.  You were saved by My Mercy.  And you shall remain My Child, in whom I delight.

I Want you to spend time with Me, so that you will be refreshed for this journey. Spend time with Me so I can remind you that you are an overcomer; and that the battle is already won.

READ AND MEDITATE ON GOD'S WORD
Psalm 20:6 - Now this I know: The LORD gives victory to his anointed.  He answers him from his heavenly sanctuary with the victorious power of his right hand.

2 Corinthians 4:16-18 - For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day. For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

2 Timothy 2:1 - Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.

Hebrews 4:16 - So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious GOD. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most.

A Selection from "Be Jesus in Your Neighborhood" by A VanderGriend (2.12.20)

This selection was taken from "Be Jesus in Your Neighborhood:
Developing a Prayer, Care, Share Lifestyle in 30 Days"
by Alvin VanderGriend & more.

Simon, Simon, satan has asked to sift you as wheat. But I have prayed for you, Simon, that your faith may not fail. And when you have turned back, strengthen your brothers —Luke 22:31-32

There are two powerful forces at work in the world today, the power of GOD and the power of satan. The power of GOD is infinitely greater, but we are affected by both. satan, bent on our destruction walk around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour (1 Peter 5:8). GOD, intent on our salvation, supplies everything we need for life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3). He provides everything we need to defeat the enemy. This tool is called prayer.

Since satan’s power is greater than ours, we are constantly at risk. Paul reminds us that we struggle “against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil” (Ephesians 6:12). But since GOD’s power is greater than satan’s, we are safe in GOD’s hands. GOD is our constant source of protection.

Prayer is the GOD given means by which GOD’s power is brought to our defense so that we can stand up against the devil’s schemes. When Peter was being severely tested by satan, Jesus came to his defense with prayer. He said, “I have prayed for you Simon that your faith may not fail.”

We are engaged in a war that we must fight on our knees. Prayer is the power by which we are equipped to overcome the devil. To face him in our own strength is not a good idea and a sure pathway to defeat. The devil dreads our prayers more than anything else. A mighty prayer warrior once said, “Do you realize that there is nothing the devil dreads more than  prayer? His greatest concern is to keep us from praying. He know once we start praying he must flee. He loves to see us up to our eyes in distractions because this usually will keep us from praying. he distracts us where ever he can so we do not pray. He does not fear us being eager Christians as long as we do not pray.  It has been said, satan laughs at how stressed out we become because of his works but when we start praying he trembles and flee.

It’s no wonder that satan trembles because the power of our omnipotent GOD of heaven and earth is brought against him. He doesn’t stand a chance. he cannot stand up to the power of GOD in any form or fashion. he is a paper tiger with no power when it comes to our Lord. By prayer the kingdom of GOD was built, and by prayer the kingdom of satan is destroyed.

Where there is no prayer the enemy will move in and have his way. Pray much so that GOD may be glorified and his kingdom may come in all its fullness.

- END -

~ Prayer ~
Father,
I long to do great things for You, but I must confess,
my prayerlessness has stood in the way of the
fullness of what it means to be Your Child.

Set my feet firmly upon the Rock that is Your Son,
Christ Jesus; and be my sure defense against
     the enemy of my soul.

I want the devil to tremble when I lift my voice in
prayer, and to flee from me as I call upon
Your Name, the Name above all names.

You are my strength and my shield, my
     ever-present help!

May my life be continually useful in building
Your Kingdom and bringing You glory to
     Your Mighty Name.

In the name of Jesus Christ Of Nazareth I pray.

Amen

God Will Give You His Wisdom. Just Ask. Just Ask.... (2.11.20)

My Child,
I Hear your prayers for revelation of your purpose; and your desire to know and understand what your next step will be. Commit all your ways into My Hands.  Allow Me to assess your situations and give you wisdom on how to handle these issues. I Will give you My Wisdom, as you ask.  I Will lead you on the path of your destiny and direct your steps.  But, you must not focus your attention on the future nor allow fear to invade your soul.

This is a walk of faith, and it is My Desire that you learn to trust Me now, in your daily challenges.

Ask Me for My Wisdom.  Ask Me how I Want you to accomplish each task on your list,  And I Will Bless you with a Divine Plan on how to get the jobs done. Ask, and I Will give you My Wisdom, and Divine Inspiration, for your next step(s).

Never again will you feel like you are walking alone.

I Am always by your side - leading and guiding you. My Promises are true. This walk is one that I Ordained, so We Will do it together. It was you who thought it had to be in your own strength. I Want you to not only "seek Me;" but to "see Me" in every facet of your life and your being.

Know that I Am with you, and that I Am woven into the very fiber of your existence.

Come to Me when you need encouragement for this journey. Wisdom is there for the asking. I Promise to give My Wisdom to all who ask.

Now, take a breath, stop and ask Me for My Wisdom.

Everything is going to be okay.
Just ask My Child,
Just ask.

Read and Meditate on God's Word
Psalm 37:5 - Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.

Psalm 119:169 - Let my cry come near to You, O Jehovah; give me wisdom according to Your Word.

2 Corinthians 5:7 - For we walk by faith, not by sight.

2 Timothy 1:7 - For GOD has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

James 1:5-6 - But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of GOD, who gives to all liberally and with no reproach, and it shall be given to him. But let him ask in faith, doubting nothing. For he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, driven by the wind and tossed.

Come to the Father, Rest and Be Still (2.10.20)

A WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT TO
COMFORT AND STRENGTHEN YOU,
AS YOU WALK WITH THE LORD
-  Marilyn

My Child,
Be still and wait patiently for My Voice.

There are times I Need you to be quiet, still, and just listen. Yes, there are times I Will ask you to do nothing, but sit quietly and wait for me.  Be still My Child. Quiet your soul, sit silently before Me, and patiently await My Instruction. Then, you will hear My Still Small Voice, instructing you. You will hear Me Teaching you in the way you should go.

I Will never fail you. Others may walk away from you, when all seems to go wrong in your life; but I never will.

I Will not forsake you.

I Will never leave you.
Resting is part of your preparation.
Studying will equip you for the journey
      that lies ahead.

You need to be well prepared and equipped.
Everything you need for this journey is found
     in Me.

Come to Me; and seek Me with all your heart. I Want you to experience a time of refreshing, restoration, and healing; so that you may prosper wherever I send you.

I need you to stay close to Me, to wait upon Me, to delight yourself in Me; so that I May give you the desires of your heart. No, I Have not forgotten your desires. You will receive these things when you come to Me, spend time with Me, and patiently wait in My Presence.

Distance yourself from the worries of this life,
for they cannot give you what you need.
Only I Can supply your needs.

Remember, you are in this world, not of this world.

Now come to Me, rest, and be still.

Read and Meditate on God's Word
Psalm 37:7 - Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him:

Psalm 40:1 - I waited patiently for the LORD, and he inclined unto me and heard my cry.

Matthew 11:28 - Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

Hebrews 6:15 - And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise.

James 1:4 - But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.

#ScriptureReflection - 1 Corinthians 2:1-5 (2.9.20)

When I came to you, brothers and sisters,
proclaiming the mystery of God,
I did not come with sublimity of words or of wisdom.

For I resolved to know nothing while I was with you
except Jesus Christ, and him crucified.

I came to you in weakness and fear and much trembling,
and my message and my proclamation
were not with persuasive words of wisdom,
but with a demonstration of Spirit and power,
so that your faith might rest not on human wisdom
but on the power of God.

#ScriptureReflection - Revelations 7 (2.8.20)

God’s People Will Be Preserved

Then I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding back the four winds so they did not blow on the earth or the sea, or even on any tree. And I saw another angel coming up from the east, carrying the seal of the living God. And he shouted to those four angels, who had been given power to harm land and sea, “Wait! Don’t harm the land or the sea or the trees until we have placed the seal of God on the foreheads of his servants.”
And I heard how many were marked with the seal of God—144,000 were sealed from all the tribes of Israel:
from Judah12,000
from Reuben12,000
from Gad12,000
from Asher12,000
from Naphtali12,000
from Manasseh12,000
from Simeon12,000
from Levi12,000
from Issachar12,000
from Zebulun12,000
from Joseph12,000
from Benjamin12,000

Praise from the Great Crowd

After this I saw a vast crowd, too great to count, from every nation and tribe and people and language, standing in front of the throne and before the Lamb. They were clothed in white robes and held palm branches in their hands. 10 And they were shouting with a great roar,
“Salvation comes from our God who sits on the throne
    and from the Lamb!”
11 And all the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living beings. And they fell before the throne with their faces to the ground and worshiped God. 12 They sang,

“Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom
    and thanksgiving and honor
and power and strength belong to our God
    forever and ever! Amen.”

13 Then one of the twenty-four elders asked me, “Who are these who are clothed in white? Where did they come from?”

14 And I said to him, “Sir, you are the one who knows.”
Then he said to me, “These are the ones who died in the great tribulation. They have washed their robes in the blood of the Lamb and made them white.

15 “That is why they stand in front of God’s throne
and serve him day and night in his Temple.
And he who sits on the throne
    will give them shelter.

16 They will never again be hungry or thirsty;
they will never be scorched by the heat of the sun.
17 For the Lamb on the throne
    will be their Shepherd.

He will lead them to springs of life-giving water.
And God will wipe every tear from their eyes.”

At the Appointed Time (2.7.20)

My Child,
There is nothing I Cannot do.
I Am the Great Creator.
I Am the One who created something out of nothing.

When you feel you have gone as far as you can, and you don’t have the will to go on, I Will be there to strengthen and encourage you.  There is nothing too difficult for Me, and you must believe My Word is true.

I Will break through the clouds on stormy days, just to have the sun shine on your situation.

Nothing can stop My Word.
Nothing can stop My Promises
from coming forth in your life.

Therefore, when I Speak a Word into your life, and you don’t see any signs of it happening, you can be assured that I Am working it out.  I Will not stop until all that I’ve promised, comes to pass.

All I Require from you is your faith to believe in what I Have Said.

Trust in My Word.
Trust in My Proven Faithfulness.
Haven’t I Always been faithful to you?

Do not allow the enemy to cause you
to doubt any of My Promises.
Do not allow him to whisper in your ear.
Do not allow him to bring discouragement
      into your life.
Do not let the enemy talk you out of your
     promises.

Remember that satan is a deceiver and a thief; and he will try to steal your Promise. he is out to destroy everything about you, because he knows who you are.

You are destined for greater things, and you must hold fast to your confession of faith - regardless of how the circumstances may appear.

Trust Me to bring everything forth, and trust Me to bring it forth in My Appointed Time.

So remember, it does not matter how
     impossible it may seem.
I Am the GOD of possibilities.
Believe it and stand on My Word.
It will come to pass at My Appointed time.

Yes and Amen.

Read and Meditate on God's Word:
Jeremiah 32:17 - Ah Sovereign Lord! Behold, You have made  the heavens and the earth by Your great power and outstretched arms. Nothing is too difficult for Thee.

Jeremiah 23:29 - Is not my word like as a fire? saith the LORD; and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces?

Isaiah 55:11 - So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

Habakkuk 2:3 - For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end, it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

John 10:10 - The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life and that they might have it more abundantly.

#ScriptureReflection - Mark 6:7-13 (2.6.20)

Jesus summoned the Twelve and began to send them out two by two
and gave them authority over unclean spirits.

He instructed them to take nothing for the journey but a walking stick
–no food, no sack, no money in their belts.
They were, however, to wear sandals but not a second tunic.

He said to them,
“Wherever you enter a house, stay there until you leave from there.
Whatever place does not welcome you or listen to you,
leave there and shake the dust off your feet
in testimony against them.”

So they went off and preached repentance.
The Twelve drove out many demons,
and they anointed with oil many who were sick and cured them.
