#ScriptureReflection - Esther D:7-11 (8.31.22)

As he looked up in extreme anger, his features fiery and majestic, the queen staggered, turned pale and fainted, collapsing against the maid in front of her. But God changed the king’s anger to gentleness. In great anxiety he sprang from his throne, held her in his arms until she recovered, and comforted her with reassuring words.

“What is it, Esther?” he said to her. “I am your brother. Take courage! 10  You shall not die; this order of ours applies only to our subjects. 11  Come near!”

#ScriptureReflection - Esther D:1-6 (8.30.22)

Esther Goes to Ahasuerus.

On the third day, ending her prayers, she took off her prayer garments and arrayed herself in her splendid attire. In making her appearance, after invoking the all-seeing God and savior, she took with her two maids; on the one she leaned gently for support, while the other followed her, bearing her train. She glowed with perfect beauty and her face was as joyous as it was lovely, though her heart was pounding with fear. She passed through all the portals till she stood before the king, who was seated on his royal throne, clothed in full robes of state, and covered with gold and precious stones, so that he inspired great awe.

Praise and Thank Him for the Things He is Doing (and has Done) in Your Life! (8.29.22)

Faith Believers,
One of our greatest weapons in warfare is praise and worship.

Maintain an attitude of praise and worship; and seek a deeper personal intimate relationship with the Lord.

Praise and thank Him for the things He Is doing, has done and is doing right now.  Spend more time with the Lord and "delight" yourself in the things of the Lord.

During these sacred times with the Lord, let Him reveal His Secrets unto you, empower you,  strengthen you, heal you, bring increase unto you and release you into greater fulfillment of destiny and purpose.   (Reflect on Isaiah 61 ;  Psalm 92 ; Psalm 30)

****************

Jeremiah 33:11 - "the voice of joy and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, the voice of those who will say: 'Praise the LORD of hosts, for the LORD is good, for His mercy endures forever'-- and of those who will bring the sacrifice of praise into the house of the LORD. For I will cause the captives of the land to return as at the first," says the LORD.

Psalm 9:1-3 - (1) I will praise You, O LORD, with my whole heart; I will tell of all Your marvelous works.  (2)  I will be glad and rejoice in You; I will sing praise to Your name, O Most High.  (3) When my enemies turn back, they shall fall and perish at Your presence.

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 - (16) Rejoice always, (17) pray without ceasing, (18) in everything give thanks; for this is the will of GOD in Christ Jesus for you.

Matthew 6:33 - But seek first the kingdom of GOD and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Psalm 37:4 - Delight yourself also in the LORD, and He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Nehemiah 8:10 -  ... ...Do not sorrow, for the joy of the LORD is your strength.

Be still, Believe and Praise Him
for the many wonderful things that
He is doing, and has done, in your life!

Thank God for what you have,
Trust God for what you need.

#ScriptureReflection - Esther 4:15-17 (8.28.22)

15  Esther sent back to Mordecai the response: 16  “Go and assemble all the Jews who are in Susa; fast on my behalf, all of you, not eating or drinking night or day for three days. I and my maids will also fast in the same way. Thus prepared, I will go to the king, contrary to the law. If I perish, I perish!” 17  Mordecai went away and did exactly as Esther had commanded.

Open vs. Closed Doors. God's Plan & Our Path to Perfect Peace - Version 2.0 (8.27.22)

Family,
This was sent out before (Open Doors. Closed Doors. God's Plan. Our Path. Perfect Peace. (6.30.21)) in a somewhat longer version; but here it is again, because all of us (including me & my team) need to be reminded and reassured that GOD is a loving Master Planner of our life.

Our ways are not His Ways and our thoughts are not His Thoughts; so when He opens (or closes) a door, we must trust His Actions.

We need to learn to thank the Lord for closed doors; in the same way that we thank Him for an open door. The reason GOD closes doors is because He has not prepared anything over there for us. If He didn't close the wrong door we would never find our way to the right door. Even when we don't realize it, GOD directs our paths through the closing and opening of doors.

When one door closes, it forces us to change course.  Then another door closes, and it forces many of us to change course, yet again. Then finally, we find the open door and walk right into our blessings.  But instead of praising GOD for the closed doors (which kept us out of trouble), too often, many of us get upset because we "judged by appearances." And for too many of us, especially lukewarm believers, in our own arrogance - or ignorance - we insist that we know what is right; or we fail to recognize God "at work," understanding that all things work together for those who love the Lord - Romans 8:28.

We MUST always remember that we have 'a Very Present Help' in our times of need, Who Is always standing guard. Because He Walks ahead of us, He Can See trouble 'down the road ,' and He sets up protection, provision, roadblocks and detours accordingly.

But for some of us, through our lack of wisdom (vision and trust);, we try to tear down the roadblocks or push aside the detour signs. Then the minute we get into trouble, we start crying out, "Lord, how could this happen to me?"  We must realize and recognize that the closed door was a blessing. Didn't He Say, No good thing will He withhold from them that love him? - Romans 8:28

If you get terminated from your job - don't be down.  Instead thank GOD for the new opportunities that will manifest themselves - it might be a better job, or an opportunity that will bless the next 20 years of your life.

If that man or woman won't return your call - it might not be them.  It might be the Lord setting up a roadblock (just let it go).  I am so grateful, for the many times GOD has closed doors to me, just to open new doors in the most unexpected places.  The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, and He delights in his way." - Psalm 37:23.

The Mountain top is glorious, but it is in the Valley that I will grow!

Thank GOD for what you have,
Trust GOD for what you need.

Dwell with God, Let Him Break Every Chain, Pray, Stand, Ask & Knock - for He has Opened #RightNOW Doors for You (8.26.22)

My Child,
Don’t you dare allow yourself to give in to discouragement, heaviness, or to be overcome by evil.

Come dwell with Me, let Me Break every chain that has bound you; in order to overcome evil with My Good. Stand and pray - with confidence in My Ability to answer your every prayer.

Put away all complaints.  Pray.   Speak to Me.  Let My Wisdom guide you.  Pray.  Expecting that I Will answer your prayers.  For I Am not man, that I should lie; nor a son of man, that I Would change My Mind.

For some of you, the enemy is seeking ways to distract you by clouding your mind with doubt and confusion. Rest assured, I Know his tricks, and so do you.  his tricks have not changed.

Therefore, you have nothing to fear.
Therefore, you have nothing to fear.
Therefore, you have nothing to fear.

You.  Have.  Nothing.  To.  Fear.....

Come boldly before the throne of grace and mercy; seek My Face and stand on My Word.

Start claiming "God's Will - Abba, My Father - be done on earth, as it is in Heaven;" and watch Me Move.  According to My Word.

It is time My Child.
It is time My Child.
It is time My Child.

It is time to break away from all that has held you captive for so long.

Come now.  Take your rightful place beside Me. Stand on My Word; and Be Blessed, according to My Riches in Glory. Stand now.  And ask.  So that you can receive, all that you need.

No longer shall you be on the outside, looking in.

Knock and I Will open the doors for you.

And not just any doors.
But the doors which lead
     to your blessings.

Read and Meditate on God's Word

Giving Up Accomplishes Nothing - Do Not Stop Standing on God's Word (8.25.22)

My Child,
There comes a time in all of My Children's lives, when they have done all that they can do and fought as hard as they could, and now stand "helpless" in the sight of a situation that it may feel like you cannot change. It is at this point in your walk that you must not allow the enemy to make you believe that your prayers have fallen on deaf ears. Do not stop standing on My Word; do not say, “What’s the use of praying?” and give up.

Giving up won’t accomplish anything.
Except push you further into despair.
And increase the challenges, issues and mess.

The first thing I Want you to remember is this - when the opposition comes on strong, it is because the enemy is trying your faith. Point blank.  Period.  he is attempting to 'permanently plant and root' thoughts of despair into your mind; so that you will give up because he knows that you are so close to your blessing.   You must - My Child, you must - close your mind to his tricks of intimidation and hold on to your profession of faith.  You must persevere in prayer, and not allow the enemy to steal the word I Have planted in your heart.

The second thing I Want you to remember, is to say My Name, claim the victory, simply say - BUT GOD… Say My Name.  For I, GOD and GOD alone, will bring you out of this trial. Beloved, you must continue to stand on and believe in My Word, regardless of what's happening around you.

I Want you to come boldly to the throne of grace, to seek mercy and find grace to help you, during your time of need.  And having done all that you can, stand and do not stop praying for the effectual fervent prayer of the righteous availeth much.  Be strong and of good courage, knowing that I, Your Father, always hear you when you pray. Never forget that I Can do great things in your life, when you have complete trust and faith in Me.

Do not allow the enemy of your soul to tempt you to give up.

You must live by faith, for it does not bring pleasure to Me, when you lack faith in My Word. Have faith in Me, to bring to pass all that I Have promised.

You’ve battled storms before and 'loss' - or, at first it may have felt like a 'loss.'  But you know that it worked out for your good.  You came through it.  You turned it into a testimony.  There was only a 'true loss' when you lost trust in Me.  When you turned away from Me.

However, more often than not....
You’ve battled storms before and won.
Why is this one so different?
Is it because it’s lasting longer than expected?

Well, let Me tell you this - when you see your blessing, you will understand why everything lasted so long.

So, pray on My Child.
Trust Me.
Live by Faith.
And pray on.

Pray on.
Pray on.
Pray on.

NEVER stop.
Praying.

Keep Your Spiritual Eyes Open, Worry Not, Stand Strong, Trust God & Watch Our Father's Plans Unfold (8.24.22)

Beloved,
I Implore you to look 'beyond the discouragement' that some of you are facing and do not worry, because there is nothing the enemy can do to you.   he may try to threaten you.  he may try to disturb your peace, but all his efforts will be (and are) in vain.

For YOU, are a Child of the King; and no weapon formed against you shall prosper. Spiritually, keep your eyes open; and you will be able to 'see' beyond what is happening. What you are going through is only a temporary condition; and it will serve to make you stronger, wiser, and better.

It is only with the 'eyes of faith' that you will be able to move past your 'challenging' circumstances and temporary conditions; to obtain victory. the enemy will attempt do all he can, to put stumbling blocks in your way, thinking you will give up.  But remember, My Child, that My Son died on the Cross in order to defeat the enemy for you.  For you.  FOR YOU....   My Son did not go to the Cross in vain.

Refuse to allow anything to stop your forward momentum.
You must believe that I Am with you; and that there is nothing the enemy can do to you, and succeed. I Have all Power and Authority over everything, including the enemy, but not man.  Man, you Child, I created to have free will.  And so you must choose to believe in Me; in what I Say I can and will do; and in My Almighty Power.  That is a choice that every human being must make.  Just know that I Will strike the enemy down, and destroy him, in due time.

Stand strong.
Stand strong.
Stand strong, My Child.

Stand strong
and you will experience many great and wondrous things.

Soon and very soon, My plans will unfold, right before your eyes. For some of you, you have seen My Plans unfold before your very eyes before.  So it will not be new to you.  For some of you, this would be your first time bearing witness to seeing My Plans unfold.  Either way, whether it would be your first time, or not; it is a glorious witness for the Children, My Children, of God to see Me at work in the world.

Therefore, continue to look beyond your circumstances and trust Me to bring to completion every blessing that I Have planned for you.

Read and Meditate on God's Word
Psalm 71:16 - I will go in the strength of the Lord Jehovah; I will speak of Your righteousness, of Yours alone.

Isaiah 54:17 - No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper, and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.

Romans 8:18 - For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.

2 Corinthians 4:18 - While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

2 Corinthians 5:7 - (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)

Hebrews 10:23 - Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)

#ScriptureReflection - Acts of the Apostles 1:18-26 (8.23.22)

18
(With the payment he received for his wickedness, Judas bought a field; there he fell headlong, his body burst open and all his intestines spilled out. 19  Everyone in Jerusalem heard about this, so they called that field in their language Akeldama, that is, Field of Blood.)

20  “For,” said Peter, “it is written in the Book of Psalms:

“‘May his place be deserted;
let there be no one to dwell in it,’

and,

“‘May another take his place of leadership.’

21  Therefore it is necessary to choose one of the men who have been with us the whole time the Lord Jesus was living among us, 22  beginning from John’s baptism to the time when Jesus was taken up from us. For one of these must become a witness with us of his resurrection.”

23  So they nominated two men: Joseph called Barsabbas (also known as Justus) and Matthias. 24  Then they prayed, “Lord, you know everyone’s heart. Show us which of these two you have chosen 25  to take over this apostolic ministry, which Judas left to go where he belongs.” 26  Then they cast lots, and the lot fell to Matthias; so he was added to the eleven apostles.

#ScriptureReflection - Esther 4:1-11 (8.22.22)

IV. ESTHER AND MORDECAI PLEAD FOR HELP

Mordecai Exhorts Esther.

When Mordecai learned all that was happening, he tore his garments, put on sackcloth and ashes, and went through the city crying out loudly and bitterly, till he came before the royal gate, which no one clothed in sackcloth might enter. Likewise in each of the provinces, wherever the king’s decree and law reached, the Jews went into deep mourning, with fasting, weeping, and lament; most of them lay on sackcloth and ashes.

Esther’s maids and eunuchs came and told her. Overwhelmed with anguish, the queen sent garments for Mordecai to put on, so that he might take off his sackcloth; but he refused. Esther then summoned Hathach, one of the king’s eunuchs whom he had placed at her service, and commanded him to find out what this action of Mordecai meant and the reason for it. So Hathach went out to Mordecai in the public square in front of the royal gate, and Mordecai recounted all that had happened to him, as well as the exact amount of silver Haman had promised to pay to the royal treasury for the slaughter of the Jews. He also gave him a copy of the written decree for their destruction that had been promulgated in Susa, to show and explain to Esther. Hathach was to instruct her to go to the king and to plead and intercede with him on behalf of her people.

Hathach returned to Esther and told her what Mordecai had said. 10  Then Esther replied to Hathach and gave him this message for Mordecai: 11  “All the servants of the king and the people of his provinces know that any man or woman who goes to the king in the inner court without being summoned is subject to the same law—death. Only if the king extends the golden scepter will such a person live. Now as for me, I have not been summoned to the king for thirty days.”

#ScriptureReflection - Acts of the Apostles 1:12-17 (8.21.22)

 Matthias Chosen to Replace Judas

12  Then the apostles returned to Jerusalem from the hill called the Mount of Olives, a Sabbath day’s walk from the city. 13  When they arrived, they went upstairs to the room where they were staying. Those present were Peter, John, James and Andrew; Philip and Thomas, Bartholomew and Matthew; James son of Alphaeus and Simon the Zealot, and Judas son of James. 14  They all joined together constantly in prayer, along with the women and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brothers.

15  In those days Peter stood up among the believers (a group numbering about a hundred and twenty) 16  and said, “Brothers and sisters, the Scripture had to be fulfilled in which the Holy Spirit spoke long ago through David concerning Judas, who served as guide for those who arrested Jesus. 17  He was one of our number and shared in our ministry.”

#ScriptureReflection - Esther (3):14-15 (8.20.22)

14  A copy of the decree to be promulgated as law in every province was published to all the peoples, that they might be prepared for that day. 15  The couriers set out in haste at the king’s command; meanwhile, the decree was promulgated in the royal precinct of Susa. The king and Haman then sat down to drink, but the city of Susa was thrown into confusion.

Do Not Be Overwhelmed (8.19.22)

My Children,
The world is living in a time when the enemy will try to do whatever he can to destroy my creations; or to cause you to become overwhelmed by your circumstances, responsibilities, or even your finances.

Release your concerns to Me; refuse to overreact emotionally; and trust Me to give you the necessary resources and wisdom that you need. My Child, I cannot help you, if you won’t turn everything over to Me - trusting that I Will do exactly what I Said.

Trust Me for strength where you have been weak.
Trust Me for peace where there has been turmoil.

All of this is temporary.
This too shall pass.

This too shall pass. This too shall pass. Do not let this overwhelm you. I Am with you, to deliver you, through every dilemma, and I Will cause you to be strong.

I Will bring you through to Victory.

Now, rise up.
Rise up.
Rise UP.
RISE UP.

NOW.  Right now.  Rise up, with renewed hope, faith and strength; remembering there is nothing impossible for Me.

Read and Meditate on God's Word
Psalm 61:2-3 - From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I. For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy.

Psalm 142:1-3 - I cried unto the LORD with my voice; with my voice unto the LORD did I make my supplication. I poured out my complaint before him; I shewed before him my trouble. When my spirit was overwhelmed within me, then thou knewest my path. In the way wherein I walked have they privily laid a snare for me.

Isaiah 40:29 - He giveth power to the faint, and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.

Reflecting on Hebrews 3:13; Praying Each Day & Being "God's Agents of Answered Prayers" (8.18.22)

 But encourage one another daily,
as long as it is called Today,
so that none of you may be hardened
 by sin's deceitfulness
 - Hebrews 3:13

Sisters & Brothers,
May I suggest a short prayer that you and/or your family can pray each and every day?
"Lord, show us the people You want us to help or encourage today. Lead us to those who are hurting or in need, and we will trust You for the means to do something about it."
I can promise you that our Loving Father will answer, if you will listen and obey. He Will trust you with small things first, and then He will expand your territory.

Being the answer to the prayers of others is one way to be used by GOD.

There may be situations in the lives of people that you know; or perhaps He Will choose to use your prayer to work in the lives of those you don't know, may be a complete stranger, may only meet once or may never meet.

Prayer is a great mystery, but GOD has chosen us to be used as "His Agents of Answered Prayers." Knowing this makes prayer such an honor. It encourages us to pray more and to listen better!

We should always be ready to "stand in the gap" when the Lord places a burden or need on our hearts. He may not always use you in certain situations, but because of your prayers, He may touch the heart of others to respond.

A good prayer, when those you are praying for are far away is, "Lord, would You put one of Your Willing Servants into the path of this person today; who can be a blessing to them?"

The Family of GOD is extensive and worldwide. He will use every heart that is willing to listen to His Voice.

~ Marilyn

~ Prayer ~
Lord GOD,
Show me the people that You want me to help, or encourage, today.  Lead me to those who are hurting, or in need, and I Will trust You for the means to bless them.

Help me with being obedient to Your Word.

I Want to be Your "Agent of Change" in this hurting world. Lord, I rejoice in each and every person's life that You place me in!

Use me Lord, for Your Purpose and Will.

I pray this prayer in the Mighty Name of Jesus!!

Amen

#ScriptureReflection - Acts of the Apostles 5:33-42 (8.17.22)

33  When they heard this, they were furious and wanted to put them to death. 34  But a Pharisee named Gamaliel, a teacher of the law, who was honored by all the people, stood up in the Sanhedrin and ordered that the men be put outside for a little while.

35  Then he addressed the Sanhedrin: “Men of Israel, consider carefully what you intend to do to these men. 36  Some time ago Theudas appeared, claiming to be somebody, and about four hundred men rallied to him. He was killed, all his followers were dispersed, and it all came to nothing. 37  After him, Judas the Galilean appeared in the days of the census and led a band of people in revolt. He too was killed, and all his followers were scattered. 38  Therefore, in the present case I advise you: Leave these men alone! Let them go! For if their purpose or activity is of human origin, it will fail. 39  But if it is from God, you will not be able to stop these men; you will only find yourselves fighting against God.”

40  His speech persuaded them. They called the apostles in and had them flogged. Then they ordered them not to speak in the name of Jesus, and let them go.

41  The apostles left the Sanhedrin, rejoicing because they had been counted worthy of suffering disgrace for the Name. 42  Day after day, in the temple courts and from house to house, they never stopped teaching and proclaiming the good news that Jesus is the Messiah.

#ScriptureReflection - Acts of the Apostles 5:25-27 (8.16.22)

25  Then someone came and said, “Look! The men you put in jail are standing in the temple courts teaching the people.” 26  At that, the captain went with his officers and brought the apostles. They did not use force, because they feared that the people would stone them.

27  The apostles were brought in and made to appear before the Sanhedrin to be questioned by the high priest.

Choose. Declare. Prepare. (for) Fulfillment. Abundance. Blessings. (8.15.22)

My Child,
I Am Moving in situations where it may seem as though 'nothing is changing,' according to your natural eyes. However, nothing could be farther from the truth.  For I Am Doing marvelous things, behind the scenes, in your life, My Child.

Even now, I Am Doing something wonderful for you that you did not expect.  Many of you are going to be amazed at how I Work on your behalf; and turn circumstances around suddenly. My Child, expect a season of fulfillment.

Expect a season of fulfillment.

Declare that this is your season of abundance and blessings.

Declare a season of abundance and blessings.

Fulfillment.
Abundance.
Blessings.

Speak these words, ‘No more disappointments, for the Lord is doing marvelous things in my life.’   Say it again - ‘No more disappointments, for the Lord is doing marvelous things in my life.’  One more time.  Believe it.  ‘No more disappointments, for the Lord is doing marvelous things in my life.’   And then expect, that the things that once disappointed you, will be turned around for your good.

Therefore, whatever situations you are dealing with today, do not assume that I Have forgotten you, just because it appears as though nothing is happening. Beloved, I Am working a mighty miracle that you cannot see; and did not expect. Now is the very time that you need to have (and must have) courage.  Now is the time that you must keep your words and thoughts in line with Mine.

Be confident that a miracle
      is in the making.
I Will do what I Promised.

Prepare yourself for Me to intervene,
     in ways you never imagined.
Prepare yourself for Me to intervene.
Prepare yourself for Me.

Child, do you see??  THIS is your season of 'no more disappointments.'

Have courage, this day, and do not be fearful.

Do not worry about how things will turn out, for I Am With you.

Your job is to Choose to expect blessings, over disappointments.
Your job is to Declare that your season of fulfillment is upon you.
Because it surely is.

#ScriptureReflection - Hebrews 12:1-4 (8.14.22)

Brothers and sisters:
Since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses,
let us rid ourselves of every burden and sin that clings to us
and persevere in running the race that lies before us
while keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus,
the leader and perfecter of faith.
For the sake of the joy that lay before him
he endured the cross, despising its shame,
and has taken his seat at the right of the throne of God.
Consider how he endured such opposition from sinners,
in order that you may not grow weary and lose heart.
In your struggle against sin
you have not yet resisted to the point of shedding blood.

#ScriptureReflection - Esther (1):16-22 (8.13.22)

16  In the presence of the king and of the officials, Memucan answered: “Queen Vashti has not wronged the king alone, but all the officials and the populace throughout the provinces of King Ahasuerus. 17  For the queen’s conduct will become known to all the women, and they will look with disdain upon their husbands when it is reported, ‘King Ahasuerus commanded that Queen Vashti be ushered into his presence, but she would not come.’ 18  This very day the Persian and Median noblewomen who hear of the queen’s conduct will recount it to all the royal officials, and disdain and rancor will abound. 19  If it please the king, let an irrevocable royal decree be issued by him and inscribed among the laws of the Persians and Medes, forbidding Vashti to come into the presence of King Ahasuerus and authorizing the king to give her royal dignity to one more worthy than she. 20  Thus, when the decree that the king will issue is published throughout his realm, vast as it is, all wives will honor their husbands, from the greatest to the least.”

21  This proposal pleased the king and the officials, and the king acted on the advice of Memucan. 22  He sent letters to all the royal provinces, to each province in its own script and to each people in its own language, to the effect that every man should be lord in his own home.

Take a Second Look - for that 'Perceived Delay' is Actually Patience, Doing a 'Perfect Work.' #TrustGod (8.12.22)

My Child,
I Understand what some of you are going through,
and how hard it is for many of you to wait.

Some of you want Me to move 'right now' upon your situation. Just because you may not 'see' any results, which may lead you to believe that nothing has changed and that may lead you to think that I have not heard your prayer. From the moment you prayed and set your face like a flint to receive from Me, your prayers were answered.

What you think is a delay, is patience doing 'a Perfect Work' in your life.  While patience is working, do not take matters into your own hands, and try to force things to happen. Just begin to Praise Me, be patience, and you will see that which you have asked for, will come to pass in your life.

You may not understand what you are going through or why it is happening to you.  My Precious Child, it is not for you to understand.  However, it is for you to trust Me and take your eyes off the situation.

See Me - in the midst of your fiery furnace.
See Me - doing the impossible, right where you are.
See Me - and the Love that I Have for you.  I got you, Child.

Focus on Me - and believe that I Will not allow this trial to overtake you.

I Will make a way of escape, and it will be right on time.

Praise Me - and do not allow the delays to cause you to think that I have not answered your prayers.
Praise Me - and know that Patience is at work in your life, until the work is complete.

Decree VICTORY, in the face of what is happening; and turn a deaf ear to anything but My Word. Be of good courage.  And choose to believe My word regardless of the circumstances.

I Will be on time, in your situation.
I Am never late.
I Ask you to praise Me now, for My Goodness.

While you are waiting, sing songs in the midnight hour.
Sing until you receive a breakthrough.
Celebrate My Loving‐kindness.
Rejoice in the face of the adversary.
Receive healing in your body.
Receive deliverance in your family.
And see doors open, to greater opportunities.

My Child, I Do not want you, to want for anything.
So will you, 'get out of the way,' and let My Patience do her work?

Read and Meditate on God's Word
Psalm 27:13 -14 - I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.

Isaiah 43:2 - When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

1 Thessalonians 5:18 - In everything give thanks: for this is the will of GOD in Christ Jesus concerning you.

1 Corinthians 10:13 - There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but GOD is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

1 Peter 1:7 - That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:

James 1:2-4 - My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.

#ScriptureReflection - Esther (1):10-15 (8.11.22)

Refusal of Vashti.

10  On the seventh day, when the king was merry with wine, he instructed Mehuman, Biztha, Harbona, Bigtha, Abagtha, Zethar, and Carkas, the seven eunuchs who attended King Ahasuerus, 11  to bring Queen Vashti into his presence wearing the royal crown, that he might display her beauty to the populace and the officials, for she was lovely to behold. 12  But Queen Vashti refused to come at the royal order issued through the eunuchs. At this the king’s wrath flared up, and he burned with fury.

13  He conferred with the sages who understood the times, because the king’s business was conducted in general consultation with lawyers and jurists. 14  He summoned Carshena, Shethar, Admatha, Tarshish, Meres, Marsena, and Memucan, the seven Persian and Median officials who were in the king’s personal service and held first rank in the realm, 15  and asked them, “What is to be done by law with Queen Vashti for disobeying the order of King Ahasuerus issued through the eunuchs?”

#ScriptureReflection - Esther (1):1-9 (8.10.22)

II. ESTHER BECOMES QUEEN

The Banquet of Ahasuerus.

During the reign of Ahasuerus—the same Ahasuerus who ruled over a hundred and twenty-seven provinces from India to Ethiopia— while he was occupying the royal throne in the royal precinct of Susa, in the third year of his reign, he gave a feast for all his officials and ministers: the Persian and Median army officers, the nobles, and the governors of the provinces. For as many as a hundred and eighty days, he displayed the glorious riches of his kingdom and the resplendent wealth of his royal estate.

At the end of this time the king gave a feast of seven days in the garden court of the royal palace for all the people, great and small, who were in the royal precinct of Susa. There were white cotton draperies and violet hangings, held by cords of fine crimson linen from silver rings on marble pillars. Gold and silver couches were on a mosaic pavement, which was of porphyry, marble, mother-of-pearl, and colored stones. Drinks were served in a variety of golden cups, and the royal wine flowed freely, as befitted the king’s liberality. By ordinance of the king the drinking was unstinted, for he had instructed all the stewards of his household to comply with the good pleasure of everyone. Queen Vashti also gave a feast for the women in the royal palace of King Ahasuerus.

#ScriptureReflection - Isaiah 54:11-17 (8.9.22)

11  O afflicted one, storm-battered and unconsoled,
I lay your pavements in carnelians,
    your foundations in sapphires;
12  I will make your battlements of rubies,
    your gates of jewels,
and all your walls of precious stones.
13  All your children shall be taught by the Lord;
great shall be the peace of your children.
14  In justice shall you be established,
far from oppression, you shall not fear,
from destruction, it cannot come near.
15  If there be an attack, it is not my doing;
whoever attacks shall fall before you.

16  See, I have created the smith
who blows on the burning coals
    and forges weapons as his work;
It is I also who have created
    the destroyer to work havoc.
17  Every weapon fashioned against you shall fail;
every tongue that brings you to trial
    you shall prove false.

This is the lot of the servants of the Lord,
their vindication from me—oracle of the Lord.

Yield Everything to God (8.8.22)

My Child,
It is time.
Right now.

It is time to press into Me, with full trust and unwavering belief, in My Plan and My Wisdom, in all situations. I Call you to worship, through the "problems," which may be troubling some of your minds. Do not allow your mind to linger upon circumstances.  Do not allow yourself to become overwhelmed by what you "see" with your physical eyes; or what you may believe is happening. When you do this, you are judging things based on what is temporary and not eternal.

When you interpret circumstances with your natural eyes, you are not able to understand the eternal purpose of what you are going through. And there is always a purpose for the things I Allow to happen in your life.

I Assure you, that even in your current situation, I Have a plan to deliver to you. And My Plans for you are always for good, and not for evil.

For some of you (not all of you) your feelings may tell you that I Have stepped away from you; and that I Am too busy or do not care.  For those of you that may be feeling that way, I Say, strengthen your faith, Child.  For you must not allow your feelings to control your faith in Me.  For those who know at the core of your being that I Am with you, always, continue to place your trust in Me, continue to pray and listen for My still small voice.  And to all My Children, no matter where your faith lies, continue to look to Me (not others) for guidance.  I Am with you always and I Know you best.

I Also Want to assure you that I Have never moved away from you; and I Will never leave you. I Am concerned about all that you are going through. Yield everything to Me.  Pray.  Have faith.  Trust and believe that I 've Already answered your prayer.

Yes, I Am asking you to yield everything to Me; and trust in Me.

Walk the course I Have outlined for you, with confidence, knowing that I Am in control; for even in this situation, there is eternal meaning.

There are times that I Will work My Plan, for your life; through adverse circumstances. These circumstances are needed, to take you through the fire, so that I Can work out My Perfect Will and Perfect Plan for your life.  Therefore, trust and yield everything to Me; for I Am working things out for your good.

Now, will you surrender all, and work with Me; so that I can accomplish My Full Purpose for you?

Child, you’ve done all that you can do. Please cast it all upon Me. Please trust Me.  I Won’t fail you.

I Won’t let go of your hand, and don’t you let go of Mine. From the beginning of time, I Made Plans for you, and it is My Desire to bring them to pass.

Let My will be done in your life.
My Child, I Have not forgotten you.
Therefore, do not fear what your eyes see.

Offer a sacrifice of praise to Me.

And yield everything to Me.

READ AND MEDITATE ON GOD'S WORD
2 Corinthians 5:7 - (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)

2 Corinthians 4:17-18 - For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

Jeremiah 29:11-12 - For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you.

Proverbs 3:5 - Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

1 Peter 1:6-7 - Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations: That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:

Romans 8:28 - And we know that all things work together for good to them that love GOD, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

Hebrews 13:15 - By him therefore, let us offer the sacrifice of praise to GOD continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.

#ScriptureReflection - Isaiah 54:6-10 (8.7.22)

The Lord calls you back,
like a wife forsaken and grieved in spirit,
A wife married in youth and then cast off,
    says your God.
For a brief moment I abandoned you,
but with great tenderness I will take you back.
In an outburst of wrath, for a moment
    I hid my face from you;
But with enduring love I take pity on you,
    says the Lord, your redeemer.

This is for me like the days of Noah:
As I swore then that the waters of Noah
should never again flood the earth,
So I have sworn now not to be angry with you,
    or to rebuke you.
10  Though the mountains fall away
    and the hills be shaken,
My love shall never fall away from you
nor my covenant of peace be shaken,
says the Lord, who has mercy on you.

#ScriptureReflection - Isaiah 54:1-5 (8.5.22)

The New Zion

Raise a glad cry, you barren one who never bore a child,
break forth in jubilant song, you who have never been in labor,
For more numerous are the children of the deserted wife
than the children of her who has a husband,
    says the Lord.
Enlarge the space for your tent,
    spread out your tent cloths unsparingly;
lengthen your ropes and make firm your pegs.
For you shall spread abroad to the right and left;
your descendants shall dispossess the nations
and shall people the deserted cities.

Do not fear, you shall not be put to shame;
do not be discouraged, you shall not be disgraced.
For the shame of your youth you shall forget,
the reproach of your widowhood no longer remember.
For your husband is your Maker;
the Lord of hosts is his name,
Your redeemer, the Holy One of Israel,
called God of all the earth.

#ScriptureReflection - Luke 8:1-3 (8.4.22)

 Many Women Minister to Jesus

Now it came to pass, afterward, that He went through every city and village, preaching and bringing the glad tidings of the kingdom of God. And the twelve were with Him, and certain women who had been healed of evil spirits and infirmities—Mary called Magdalene, out of whom had come seven demons, and Joanna the wife of Chuza, Herod’s steward, and Susanna, and many others who provided for Him from their substance.

#ScriptureReflection - 2 Samuel 5:1-10 (8.3.22)

 David Becomes King Over Israel

All the tribes of Israel came to David at Hebron and said, “We are your own flesh and blood. In the past, while Saul was king over us, you were the one who led Israel on their military campaigns. And the Lord said to you, ‘You will shepherd my people Israel, and you will become their ruler.’”

When all the elders of Israel had come to King David at Hebron, the king made a covenant with them at Hebron before the Lord, and they anointed David king over Israel.

David was thirty years old when he became king, and he reigned forty years. In Hebron he reigned over Judah seven years and six months, and in Jerusalem he reigned over all Israel and Judah thirty-three years.

David Conquers Jerusalem

The king and his men marched to Jerusalem to attack the Jebusites, who lived there. The Jebusites said to David, “You will not get in here; even the blind and the lame can ward you off.” They thought, “David cannot get in here.” Nevertheless, David captured the fortress of Zion—which is the City of David.

On that day David had said, “Anyone who conquers the Jebusites will have to use the water shaft to reach those ‘lame and blind’ who are David’s enemies. ” That is why they say, “The ‘blind and lame’ will not enter the palace.”

David then took up residence in the fortress and called it the City of David. He built up the area around it, from the terraces inward. 10  And he became more and more powerful, because the Lord God Almighty was with him.

Reasons to Hope When You are Hurting (8.2.22)

  1. GOD is truly in control.
If GOD is GOD, then nothing happens apart from His knowledge and permission. While it is difficult to imagine why GOD allows some painful things to happen, His character, revealed in the Bible and through the testing of generations, leads us to the conclusion that He is willing and able to sustain you during the worst of times.

We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body.
    2 Corinthians 4:8-10

  2. There is an eternal life to come.
For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal. - 2 Corinthians 4:17-18

He will keep you strong right up to the end, and He will keep you free from all blame on the great day when our Lord Jesus Christ returns. -
    1 Corinthians 1:8

  3. The story isn't finished yet.
Time after time, the Bible records hopeless situations that ultimately ended in victory. Think of Job's sickness, Joseph's betrayal by his brothers, David's adultery, and the many who were healed in mind, body, and spirit.

But Joseph told them, 'Don't be afraid of me. Am I GOD, to judge and punish you? As far as I am concerned, GOD turned into good what you meant for evil. He brought me to the high position I have today so I could save the lives of many people
    . - Genesis 50:19-20

  4. GOD has not given up on you! Don't give up on him.
Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. - Hebrews 13:5

"For I know the plans I have for you," says the Lord. "They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope
    ." - Jeremiah 29:11

  5. There is a purpose in your pain.
Ask GOD to reveal His purpose in allowing this difficulty in your life. That's a legitimate question to ask. Often, the answer comes in the process of dealing with your circumstance.

My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations, Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing. - James 1:2-4

Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered; Who shall also confirm you unto the end, that ye may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. - Hebrews 5:8

  6. You are loved.
Even the most unlovable person in the world is actually loved so much by GOD, that He let His Son die a terrible death to restore their relationship. GOD does love you. No matter what you’ve done, the Lord loves you.  He sees your pain and weeps with you.

For GOD so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life - John 3:16

The righteous cry and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles. The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit. - Psalm 34:17 -18

  7. Your prayers are heard.
I waited patiently for the LORD, and he inclined unto me and heard my cry.  He brought me up also out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings. - Psalm 40:1-2

And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear. - Isaiah 65:24

He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him. - Psalm 91:15

  8. You are not facing this alone.
I know at times you may feel like you are all alone in the battle; however, our Lord made us a promise that He would always be with us. Hold on to that and don’t allow the enemy to make you feel like the Lord has turned His back on you.

And the LORD, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed. - Deuteronomy 31:8

Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me. -
    Hebrews 13:5-6

  9. Others have made it through - you can too.
Read the Word and inspirational stories of how the Lord delivered others through their storms. Try to connect with others who have gone through similar situations. You will find hope, strength, and encouragement.

A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken. - Ecclesiastics 4:12

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up. And let us run with endurance the race GOD has set before us. - Hebrews 12:1

  10. Reach out to someone else who's struggling.
Take your mind off your problems and place your focus on someone else. There is always someone else whose situation is much worse than yours and they need a word of encouragement.  When you do this, you will discover that your peace of mind is found in being a source of hope for another. And it will teach you how to count your blessings and not your problem.

All praise to the GOD and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. He is the source of every mercy and the GOD who comforts us. He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When others are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort GOD has given us. - 2 Corinthians 1:3-4

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. - Philippians 4:8
