Set Your Mind & Heart on Jesus (4.9.18)

Beloved,
Never give up, for I Am with you and I Am for you.
So if you know that I Am for you, why are you worried? 

I sit at the right hand of My Father, the place of all power
     and I Am forever interceding for you.
I See you conquering the things that have come against you.
I See the things you will accomplish for My Glory.

The battle is already won.

What you’re worried about is not My Father's Will for you. 

His servant Job said, The thing which I greatly feared is come upon
     me, and that which I was afraid of is come unto me.

Therefore stay focused on Me and how We have blessed you.  When you think about things of My Father's Kingdom, thoughts of despair will fade away.  When you keep your mind on Me, you will begin to see things in a positive, new light. 

  

READ AND MEDITATE ON GOD'S WORD

Job 3:25 - For the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that which I was afraid of is come unto me.

Psalm 27:1 - The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear?  The LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? 

Matthew 6:25 - Can anyone of you by worrying add a single hour to your life? (NLT)

Romans 8:31 - What shall we then say to these things? If GOD be for us, who can be against us? 

2 Corinthians 4:8-9 - We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; 

Galatians 6:9 - And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. 

Philippians 4:8 - Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. 

Keep Your Thoughts on Your Blessings, not Your Worries (4.8.18)

My Child,
Do not allow anxious thoughts to steal your joy. 
Spend your day being thankful, and those
     worrisome thoughts will drift away. 

I made this day just for you, so do not let worrisome or anxious thoughts steal your day.  I understand the problems which surround you, but the amount of time you spend worrying about them, won’t resolve them.  Instead, spend the time you’re tempted to worry - praising Me, in advance, for the blessings which are to come. 

And if you must let your mind drift, let it drift to the blessings of the past, and how I came through for you.  Oh, so many wonderful, blessed thoughts to dwell upon.

Remember to enjoy this day, embrace it with thanksgiving and love. 

the enemy came to steal, kill, and destroy, but My Son gave His Life that you may live in abundance.  So, do not allow anxious thoughts about what may happen tomorrow, steal any more of your days. 

the enemy doesn’t know your future, he only knows your past.  Your past is behind you, and that is where he should be also.  Tell him what My Son told him, “Get thee behind Me satan.” 

Speak the Word Of GOD, My Words, to the devil and he and his helpers will flee.

Oh, this is the day that I, the Lord, has made; rejoice and be glad, because I hold your future in My Loving Hands.

Matthew 6:24 - So don't worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today's trouble is enough for today. (NLT)

Luke 4:8 - And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy GOD, and him only shalt thou serve. 

Philippians 4:6 - Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell GOD what you need, and thank him for all he has done. (NLT)

¹ You have searched me, Lord,
    and you know me.
² You know when I sit and when I rise;
    you perceive my thoughts from afar.
³ You discern my going out and my lying down;
    you are familiar with all my ways.
⁴ Before a word is on my tongue
    you, Lord, know it completely.
⁵ You hem me in behind and before,
    and you lay your hand upon me.
⁶ Such knowledge is too wonderful for me,
    too lofty for me to attain.

⁷ Where can I go from your Spirit?
    Where can I flee from your presence?

Your Prayers are Before the Father. Rest Peacefully, Don't Faint or Grow Weary - the Father Will Respond. (4.6.18)

My Child,

Your prayers are before Me. 

I have not forgotten them, nor have I been deaf to
     your petitions. 
I Am the ONE who cares, hears and listens to everything
     concerning you. 
I Am the ONE who works in the unseen places to make
     what is not, into what is. 
I take what you cannot see and bring forth life, power,
     love, and joy. 

I do not look at what is; for I See and Know what will be. 
Therefore, trust Me when I say your prayers are before Me.

I See the deep waters you’re facing, and the isolation you’re enduring.  I even feel the emptiness and the pain in your heart, as you’re walking through the valley.  Yes, I See all that you’re going through, your prayers are before Me.

Weep no more, for when you ask for help, for I Will
     be gracious unto you.
I Will respond to the sound of your cries.
Rest peacefully knowing that I Am working on your behalf.  

My Child, I wish that you could see the battle that’s being fought
     in the Spirit realm so that you can receive your blessing.

When the time is right, My Time, your soul will overflow
     and your sorrow will be turned into joy.
This victory will replace your sadness, your loneliness,
     and all that hinders your walk with Me. 

I assure you there is victory coming.
So, do not faint and do not grow weary.
Your prayers are before Me.

1 Kings 9:3 - And the LORD said unto him, I have heard thy prayer and thy supplication, that thou hast made before me:

Daniel 10:12 - Then said he unto me, Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy GOD, thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words.

Psalm 34:4 - I sought the LORD, and he heard me and delivered me from all my fears.

Galatians 6:9 - And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

Hebrews 4:14-16 - Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of GOD, let us hold fast our profession. For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Let us, therefore, come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

#ScriptureReflection - 1 John 3:15-18 (4.5.18)

¹⁵ Anyone who hates a brother or sister is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life residing in him.

¹⁶ This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters. ¹⁷ If anyone has material possessions and sees a brother or sister in need but has no pity on them, how can the love of God be in that person? ¹⁸ Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.

If You Lack Wisdom, Seek God. Ask Him.... (4.4.18)

My Child,
Every day you are faced with countless decisions.
Oftentimes, you are unsure about what to do.
If you lack wisdom, come to Me and ask.

I Will fill you with wisdom, knowledge, and understanding.
I Am the source of all wisdom, and I know the plans I have
     for you, plans so that you can prosper and thrive.

Even when you don’t understand My Ways, I Am working behind the scenes to accomplish what’s best for you. My Wisdom has no limits and My Judgments are always perfect. 

Therefore, today, worship and praise Me for My Wisdom. Every time you face a perplexing decision, praise Me that I Can show you what to do. As you faithfully praise Me, I Will show you which way to go. I Love to generously share My Wisdom with those who praise Me.

Whenever you are presented with a challenge, find some
     quiet time and talk with Me. 

Turn your problems over to Me and trust Me to give you wisdom in each circumstance. Every time you feel an uncertain angst in your soul, begin to praise Me immediately; and know that I Will give you discernment for that moment.

My child, ask Me and I Will provide the wisdom
     you need for every decision you face.

Exodus 35:31 - And he hath filled him with the spirit of GOD, in wisdom, in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship;

Proverbs 2:6-7 - For the LORD giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding. He layeth up sound wisdom for the righteous: he is a buckler to them that walk uprightly.

Proverbs 4:5-7 - Get wisdom, get understanding: forget it not; neither decline from the words of my mouth. Forsake her not, and she shall preserve thee: love her, and she shall keep thee. Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding. 

James 1:5 - If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of GOD, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. 

Rise Up My Child, Rise Up. A Change in Your Season Has Come. (4.3.18)

Rise up. My Child, rise up.

Rise up, I say.

For even now, the sun is rising in the spiritual realm
     to declare a new day, a new start, in your life.

You cried out to me for new life, you cried out for a fresh start. 
Behold, I Am making all things new in your life.
A new day is dawning in your life.

When the storms were raging in your life, you wondered if I heard you, because all you saw around you were dark clouds. My Child, no matter how hard the storms raged, I heard every prayer you prayed. I will never forget you. I saw your tears, and I've been working behind the scenes to make your desires come to pass.

The storms distracted you, and for a while, you took your eyes off My Promises.  However, your distraction never stopped Me from working on the promises I made to you. While the storm was raging, I was preparing a new beginning for you. Many things have been put into place, and now the sun is breaking through - shining its light on a new season in your life.

All the hard times you endured have turned into blessings, and I will shine My Light on the hidden treasures that were planted and watered with faith in the winter season. 

Now, look up and rejoice now, for the storm has passed
      and a new day is at hand.

I want you to start this new season afresh by surrendering
     your heart to Me and renewing your vows.

Let’s begin again, for a change in the season has come.

Psalm 92:13 - Those that be planted in the house of the LORD shall flourish in the courts of our GOD. 

Psalm 126:5-6 - They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him

Isaiah 42:9 - Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them

Revelations 21:5 - And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new.

Rise Up & Decree an End to Your Dry Season..... (4.2.18)

My Child,
There is a time to be still.
There is a time to be silent.
There is a time to be patient and wait on Me,
     the Lord your God, but now is the time to fight.
Now is the time to go in and possess that which I Have
     promised you.

It’s time to rise up!

Rise up and decree an end to your drought in every area, both naturally and spiritually, and I Will open the windows of Heaven and bless you from My Storehouses. 

Ask Me for rain and I Will cause showers of rain
     to fall on your dryness. 

Rise up in your inner man to know that I Am with you wherever you go and that I Am stronger than any attack the enemy might try to launch against you.  However, you must be humble and not respond with defensive pride.  Yield to My Power and the responses of My Spirit in every situation.  

Do not procrastinate any longer,
     but move with confidence.
A new season is upon you.
Know that I Am with you, and through Me,
     you can do all things. 

I have created you and prepared you for this moment.

I have equipped you for battle and have put the fear
     of you into the heart of your enemies.

As I was with Moses, and as I was with Joshua,
     so will I be with you.

Today is a new day and a new season.
Act now while the favor of the Lord is upon you.
Whatever GOD has promised you, whether it is
     money, jobs, property, or ministry, it's yours,
     but you must go and possess it. 

Seek the Lord. 
Ask for His divine direction and follow His instructions.

Deuteronomy 1:21 - Behold, the LORD thy GOD hath set the land before thee: go up and possess it, as the LORD GOD of thy fathers hath said unto thee; fear not, neither be discouraged.

Judges 18:9 - And they said, Arise, that we may go up against them: for we have seen the land, and, behold, it is very good: and are ye still?  Be not slothful to go, and to enter to possess the land.

An Easter Prayer {written by Beth McLendon} (4.1.18)

Father God,

I come to you today to celebrate Your Son, Jesus Christ
     - the King of Compassion and Lord of my life.

As my thoughts turn to Easter and that day of suffering,

     I realize that day was no ordinary day.

That day stands out from every other day.

That day of suffering and death opens the opportunity
     for us to choose eternal life.

Father, stir my unsaved loved ones to choose Jesus
     as their Lord and Savior in this Easter season.

Speak to them in personalized ways that will give them
     every opportunity to make that choice.

Thank you for your love and mercy.

Thank you for your amazing grace.
