God is Our Strength & Peace in the Midst of Storms. Lean on Our Father, Have Faith, Trust in Him & Believe... (7.12.19)

My Child,
I See those things that are looming before you, that have overwhelmed you.  I Know that you're doing your best to be strong and to overcome; but you sometimes feel weak and unable to cope.  The trials of your faith have caused you to question whether you should continue.  However, I Say to you 'to stop trying to figure things out and lean on Me.' I Am your strength in every situation.  Rest assured that the good work I Have begun in you, that I Will bring it to perfection.

You are not an inferior product, for you were created in My Image.  Therefore, refuse to believe lying accusations from the enemy which bring condemnation.  There is no condemnation to those who are in My Son, Jesus Christ. 

You are redeemed and set apart for My Kingdom. 
Be of good courage, keep your hope in Me, let
     My Joy be your strength, and you will
     overcome all that is attempting to come
     against you.

Dear Child, I Am your strength and peace in the midst of the storm.

Have faith.  Trust in Me.  And believe in your heart that I Will cause you to not only endure any and every trial; but also that I Will cause you to overcome and come out victoriously. 

My Child, with Me nothing is impossible. 

Now, go forth in the strength of the Lord.

James 1:24 - My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.

Romans 8:1 - There is therefore now no condemnation to them who are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

Psalm 136:24 - And hath redeemed us from our enemies: for his mercy endureth forever.

Psalm 31:24 - Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the LORD.

#ScriptureReflection - Matthew 10:7-15 (7.11.19)

Jesus said to his Apostles:
"As you go, make this proclamation:
'The Kingdom of heaven is at hand.'
Cure the sick, raise the dead,
cleanse the lepers, drive out demons.
Without cost you have received; without cost you are to give.
 

Do not take gold or silver or copper for your belts;
no sack for the journey, or a second tunic,
or sandals, or walking stick.
The laborer deserves his keep.
 

Whatever town or village you enter, look for a worthy person in it,
and stay there until you leave.
 

As you enter a house, wish it peace.
If the house is worthy,
let your peace come upon it;
if not, let your peace return to you.
 

Whoever will not receive you or listen to your words—
go outside that house or town and shake the dust from your feet.
Amen, I say to you, it will be more tolerable
for the land of Sodom and Gomorrah on the day of judgment

God is the Potter and We are the Clay (7.10.19)

Yet, O LORD, you are our Father. We are the clay, you are the potter; we are all the work of your hand. - Isaiah 64:8

Faith Believers,
Aware now of the horrendous consequences of their rebellion against GOD, the people of Judah called upon their covenant relationship with GOD as their Father. In prayer, they reminded Him that they still looked to Him as Father as they asked for mercy from His Hand. They affirmed their dependence upon Him. They were so completely willing to be shaped and molded by GOD, that they said, “We are clay in the hands of the master potter.”

Just as the people of Judah did, we should still refer to our Father as the Potter and ourselves as the clay. 

The clay does not tell the potter what to do, but simply submits to the Creative and Powerful Hands that work it.  We should humbly come to our Father, the Potter, and place ourselves in His Loving Hands to shape us into what He desires us to become.

~ Prayer ~
Lord,
We rejoice that through Jesus,
     You have become our Father.

We ask You, Father, as the great Master Potter,
     to shape us as You desire.

We are moldable clay in Your Hands.

Do Your Creative Work in us and through us,
    for the sake of Your Name and Your Glory.

What Will They See?? (7.9.19)

Beloved,
Those who know that you belong to Me are watching you, and they are watching to see what a difference it makes to have Us in your life. They are watching you in the good times, and even more in the bad times.  They are watching to see if your love for Me is strong enough to keep you holding onto My Word.  They are watching to see whether you will praise your way out of this situation, or if you will doubt that My Word is true. 

What will they see?

• Will they see a life of blessed assurance or will they see a life of regret?
• Will they see evidence that My Holy Spirit is sustaining you, and transforming you; or will they see no change at all?  
  
• Will they see you filled with My Glory, by being able to overcome all that comes against you by the power of My Word, or will they see someone who is defeated and does not know how to walk in the authority that I have given them? 

What will they see?

Our Father says, "My child, the question is not whether they will see you as My Witness - the question is what type of witness will you be for Me? Will your words and actions be a blessing to My Name, or will they be a curse? The day you surrendered your life to Me, you became My Witness.  And you are My Witness at all times.  Serving our Lord Jesus Christ is not a part-time job.  It is a life of commitment, and it will last forever."

Please realize that your light shines forth even when you are not aware of it. Your light should shine bright at all times so that men can see Me in you and glorify My Father which is in heaven. Is your light shining bright in the midst of what you’re going through, or have you allowed your situation to cause the Light of your life to flicker? Are they seeing Me in you, or are they seeing the problems you glorify?  

What do they see?

Do not allow what you are going through to control whether your light burns bright. You are the light of the world, and if your light isn’t shining brightly, how will you lead men unto Me, your Lord Jesus Christ?  Allow My Light to shine through you so that others will see My Glory. 

Be the light which causes the world to desire to be more like Me.  

Be the light that shines joy and love into the darkest night.  

Be the light that causes men to hunger and thirst after Me. 

This is the light that I want people to see in you. 

Now, what will they see?

Job 13:15 - Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him.

Matthew 5:14-16 - Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

John 3:21 - But he who practices truth comes to the Light so that his works may be revealed, that they exist, having been worked in God.

John 8:12 - Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

Romans 12:21 - Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

1 Corinthians 11:1 - Be imitators of me, even as I also am of Christ.

1 John 1:7 - But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.

Praise for God’s Deliverance

22 Then David spoke to the Lord the words of this song, on the day when the Lord had delivered him from the hand of all his enemies, and from the hand of Saul. ² And he said:

“The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer;
³ The God of my strength, in whom I will trust;
My shield and the horn of my salvation,
My stronghold and my refuge;
My Savior, You save me from violence.
⁴ I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised;
So shall I be saved from my enemies.

⁵ “When the waves of death surrounded me,
The floods of ungodliness made me afraid.
⁶ The sorrows of Sheol surrounded me;
The snares of death confronted me.
