Learn to Receive (8.10.18)

My Child,

I know sometimes you think that people don't care about you, but there are people around you who love you and truly care for you. Sometimes it's hard for you to recognize this, because you are so busy caring for them. You've always felt more comfortable giving than receiving. You feel strange and tend to resist when someone is trying to show their love for you. My child, I Am opening your eyes, so you can see how much you are cared for and loved.

Yes, I know it is more blessed to give than to receive, but right now, you need to learn to receive. I want you to experience what you have given to others. Do not worry, I Will not allow you to become prideful.

Learning to receive is an area
     in which you need to grow.

Yes, it will feel strange at first, but do not turn away from it. How can others receive their blessings, if you don’t allow them to bless you?

Don’t block their blessings.
Receive their love.

It’s time for you to learn to receive.
For there are many stored up blessings of love coming
     from those who love you, including Me.

Luke 6:38 - Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal, it shall be measured to you again.
