God Is Greater than Your Need (5.31.19)

My Child,
I see you crying out to Me, your GOD, for help during your time of need.  Do not
be embarrassed that your need is so great, for I Am greater than your need.  I Am your Father who cares for you.  A sparrow does not fall from the sky without Me noticing, don't you know that I Am aware of your need as well? Look at how I Care for the birds.  They do not plant nor harvest or store food in barns; yet I, your Heavenly Father, feed them.
And aren't you far more valuable to Me than they are?

Look back on your life and remember the times I Extended Grace towards you.  I Have always been there during your time of need, and I Always will be.

Rejoice in the testimonies I've placed in your heart and give thanks for each of them.  The praises coming from your heart will confirm the faith you have in Me.

Now, do not worry about your need.
I Am with you and for you.
And if I Am for you, who can be
     against you?

I Am the Lord your God and I Will crush your enemies and send them fleeing in seven different ways.  I Will prepare a table for you in the presence of your enemies.  I Hear your
cry, I Love you, and I AM GREATER THAN YOUR NEED!

READ AND MEDITATE ON GOD'S WORD
Psalm 56:9 - When I cry out to You, then my enemies will turn back; this I know, because GOD is for me.

Lamentation 3:22 -23 - It is of the LORD'S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: Great is thy faithfulness.

Matthew 6:26 - Behold the fowls of the air for they sow not, neither do they reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?

Romans 8:31 - What shall we then say to these things?  If God be for us, who can be against us?

God Has Heard Your Prayers (5.30.19)

Beloved,
Your prayers for wisdom, direction, and breakthrough have come up before Me. Yes, I Heard your prayers, and I’ve answered your request.

Soon you will see your situation become more transparent, and you will understand the reason I Led you on the straight and narrow path.  I Know that
at times it was almost unbearable, but you were always in My Hands.

Stay calm and be at peace, as we
begin to work through the details of current situations.  Yes, I Will guide you as My Marvelous Plan unfolds before your eyes.
Let quiet confidence be your strength, and I Will give you the wisdom to know how to handle every problem that you face. Let nothing stop you from trusting in Me.  Continue to pray about everything and be obedient, for I Am listening to your every word.
My Child, I Am pouring into you the wisdom and revelation needed for your breakthrough; therefore, you must be ready to receive.  As things unfold, your next steps will suddenly become obvious - and an open door will be directly in front of you.

I Have heard your prayers, Beloved.

Preparing for Pentecost! The 9 Day Holy Spirit Novena (Daily Prayer) starts Fri., May 31st. Join Us!! (5.29.19)

Faith Believers,
As we approach Pentecost on June 9, we invite you to pray and share what may be new to some, but a tradition to others - The Holy Spirit Novena.   The Novena starts in 2 days on Friday, May 31st;  however we are posting the novena two days ahead of the start date, so that those who wish to participate can a) be aware and b) prepare.  If you would like to reference this online or for a downloadable version, please visit Pentecost Novena.
The history of The Holy Spirit Novena: The novena, in honor of the Holy Spirit, is the oldest of all novenas since it was first made at the direction of Our Lord Himself when He sent His apostles back to Jerusalem to await the coming of the Holy Spirit on the first Pentecost.  Addressed to the Third Person of the Blessed Trinity, it is a powerful plea for the light, strength and love so sorely needed by every Christian.

The Novena begins on the day after the Solemnity of the Ascension, Friday of the 6th Week of Easter, even if the Solemnity of the Ascension is transferred to the 7th Sunday.

FIRST DAY

(Friday, May 31, 2019 : Friday after Ascension or Friday of 6th Week of Easter)

Holy Spirit! Lord of Light! From Your clear celestial height, Your pure beaming radiance give!
The Holy Spirit
Only one thing is important -- eternal salvation. Only one thing, therefore, is to be feared--sin· Sin is the result of ignorance, weakness, and indifference The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Light, of Strength, and of Love. With His sevenfold gift He enlightens the mind, strengthens the will, and inflames the heart with love of God. To ensure our salvation we ought to invoke the Divine Spirit daily, for "The Spirit helps our infirmity. We know not what we should pray for as we ought. But the Spirit Himself asks for us."

Prayer
Almighty and eternal God, Who has vouchsafed to regenerate us by water and the Holy Spirit, and hast given us forgiveness all sins, vouchsafe to send forth from heaven upon us your sevenfold Spirit, the Spirit of Wisdom and Understanding, the Spirit of Counsel and fortitude, the Spirit of Knowledge and Piety, and fill us with the Spirit of Holy Fear. Amen

SECOND DAY

(Saturday, June 1, 2019: Saturday of 6th Week of Easter)

Come. Father of the poor. Come, treasures which endure; Come, Light of all that live!

The Gift of Fear
The gift of Fear fills us with a sovereign respect for God, and makes us dread nothing so much as to offend Him by sin. It is a fear that arises, not from the thought of hell, but from sentiments of reverence and filial submission to our heavenly Father. It is the fear that is the beginning of wisdom, detaching us from worldly pleasures that could in any way separate us from God. "They that fear the Lord will prepare their hearts, and in His sight will sanctify their souls."

Prayer
Come, O blessed Spirit of Holy Fear, penetrate my inmost heart, that I may set you, my Lord and God, before my face forever, help me to shun all things that can offend You, and make me worthy to appear before the pure eyes of Your Divine Majesty in heaven, where You live and reign in the unity of the ever Blessed Trinity, God world without end.

THIRD DAY

(Sunday, June 2, 2019: 7th Sunday of Easter or transferred Ascension)

Thou, of all consolers best, Visiting the troubled breast, Do refreshing peace bestow.

The Gift of Piety
The gift of Piety begets in our hearts a filial affection for God as our most loving Father. It inspires us to love and respect for His sake persons and things consecrated to Him, as well as those who are vested with His authority, His Blessed Mother and the Saints, the Church and its visible Head, our parents and superiors, our country and its rulers. He who is filled with the gift of Piety finds the practice of his religion, not a burdensome duty, but a delightful service. Where there is love, there is no labor.

Prayer
Come, O Blessed Spirit of Piety, possess my heart. Enkindle therein such a love for God, that I may find satisfaction only in His service, and for His sake lovingly submit to all legitimate authority.
Amen

FOURTH DAY

(Monday, June 3, 2019: Monday, 7th Week of Easter)

Thou in toil art comfort sweet, Pleasant coolness in the heat, solace in the midst of woe.

The Gift of Fortitude
By the gift of Fortitude the soul is strengthened against natural fear, and supported to the end in the performance of duty. Fortitude imparts to the will an impulse and energy which move it to under take without hesitancy the most arduous tasks, to face dangers, to trample under foot human respect, and to endure without complaint the slow martyrdom of even lifelong tribulation. "He that shall persevere unto the end, he shall be saved."

Prayer
Come, O Blessed Spirit of Fortitude, uphold my soul in time of trouble and adversity, sustain my efforts after holiness, strengthen my weakness, give me courage against all the assaults of my enemies, that I may never be overcome and separated from Thee, my God and greatest Good.
Amen

FIFTH DAY

(Tuesday, June 4, 2019: Tuesday, 7th Week of Easter)

Light immortal! Light Divine! Visit Thou these hearts of Thine, And our inmost being fill!

The Gift of Knowledge
The gift of Knowledge enables the soul to evaluate created things at their true worth--in their relation to God. Knowledge unmasks the pretense of creatures, reveals their emptiness, and points out their only true purpose as instruments in the service of God. It shows us the loving care of God even in adversity, and directs us to glorify Him in every circumstance of life. Guided by its light, we put first things first, and prize the friendship of God beyond all else. "Knowledge is a fountain of life to him that possesses it."

Prayer
Come, O Blessed Spirit of Knowledge, and grant that I may perceive the will of the Father; show me the nothingness of earthly things, that I may realize their vanity and use them only for Thy glory and my own salvation, looking ever beyond them to Thee, and Thy eternal rewards.
Amen

SIXTH DAY

(Wednesday, June 5, 2019: Wednesday, 7th Week of Easter)

If Thou take Thy grace away, nothing pure in man will stay, All his good is turned to ill.

The Gift of Understanding
Understanding, as a gift of the Holy Spirit, helps us to grasp the meaning of the truths of our holy religion BY faith we know them, but by Understanding we learn to appreciate and relish them. It enables us to penetrate the inner meaning of revealed truths and through them to be quickened to newness of life. Our faith ceases to be sterile and inactive, but inspires a mode of life that bears eloquent testimony to the faith that is in us; we begin to "walk worthy of God in all things pleasing, and increasing in the knowledge of God."

Prayer
Come, O Spirit of Understanding, and enlighten our minds, that we may know and believe all the mysteries of salvation; and may merit at last to see the eternal light in Thy Light; and in the light of glory to have a clear vision of Thee and the Father and the Son.
Amen

SEVENTH DAY

(Thursday, June 6, 2019: Thursday, 7th Week of Easter)

Heal our wounds--our strength renew; On our dryness pour Thy dew, Wash the stains of guilt away.

The Gift of Counsel
The gift of Counsel endows the soul with supernatural prudence, enabling it to judge promptly and rightly what must be done, especially in difficult circumstances. Counsel applies the principles furnished by Knowledge and Understanding to the innumerable concrete cases that confront us in the course of our daily duty as parents, teachers, public servants, and Christian citizens. Counsel is supernatural common sense, a priceless treasure in the quest of salvation. "Above all these things, pray to the Most High, that He may direct thy way in truth."

Prayer
Come, O Spirit of Counsel, help and guide me in all my ways, that I may always do Thy holy will. Incline my heart to that which is good; turn it away from all that is evil, and direct me by the straight path of Thy commandments to that goal of eternal life for which I long.
Amen

EIGHTH DAY

(Friday, June 7, 2019: Friday, 7th Week of Easter)

Bend the stubborn heart and will, melt the frozen, warm the chill. Guide the steps that go astray!

The Gift of Wisdom
Embodying all the other gifts, as charity embraces all the other virtues, Wisdom is the most perfect of the gifts. Of wisdom it is written "all good things came to me with her, and innumerable riches through her hands." It is the gift of Wisdom that strengthens our faith, fortifies hope, perfects charity, and promotes the practice of virtue in the highest degree. Wisdom enlightens the mind to discern and relish things divine, in the appreciation of which earthly joys lose their savor, whilst the Cross of Christ yields a divine sweetness according to the words of the Savior: "Take up thy cross and follow me, for my yoke is sweet and my burden light.

Prayer
Come, O Spirit of Wisdom, and reveal to my soul the mysteries of heavenly things, their exceeding greatness, power and beauty. Teach me to love them above and beyond all the passing joys and satisfactions of earth. Help me to attain them and possess them for ever.
Amen

NINTH DAY

(Saturday, June 8, 2019: Saturday, Vigil of Pentecost)

Thou, on those who evermore Thee confess and Thee Adore, in Thy sevenfold gift, Descend; Give Them Comfort when they die; Give them Life with Thee on high; Give them joys which never end. Amen

The Fruits of the Holy Spirit
The gifts of the Holy Spirit perfect the supernatural virtues by enabling us to practice them with greater docility to divine inspiration. As we grow in the knowledge and love of God under the direction of the Holy Spirit, our service becomes more sincere and generous, the practice of virtue more perfect. Such acts of virtue leave the heart filled with joy and consolation and are known as Fruits of the Holy Spirit. These Fruits in turn render the practice of virtue more attractive and become a powerful incentive for still greater efforts in the service of God, to serve Whom is to reign.

Prayer
Come, O Divine Spirit, fill my heart with Thy heavenly fruits, Thy charity, joy, peace, patience, benignity, goodness, faith, mildness, and temperance, that I may never weary in the service of God, but by continued faithful submission to Thy inspiration may merit to be united eternally with Thee in the love of the Father and the Son.

ACT OF CONSECRATION TO THE HOLY SPIRIT
On my knees before the great multitude of heavenly witnesses I offer myself, soul and body to You, Eternal Spirit of God. I adore the brightness of Your purity, the unerring keenness of Your justice, and the might of Your love. You are the Strength and Light of my soul. In You I live and move and am.

I desire never to grieve You by unfaithfulness to grace and I pray with all my heart to be kept from the smallest sin against You. Mercifully guard my every thought and grant that I may always watch for Your light, and listen to Your voice, and follow Your gracious inspirations. I cling to You and give myself to You and ask You, by Your compassion to watch over me in my weakness.

Holding the pierced Feet of Jesus and looking at His Five Wounds, and trusting in His Precious Blood and adoring His opened Side and stricken Heart, I implore You, Adorable Spirit, Helper of my infirmity, to keep me in Your grace that I may never sin against You. Give me grace, O Holy Spirit, Spirit of the Father and the Son to say to You always and everywhere, "Speak Lord for Your servant heareth."

Amen
PRAYER FOR THE SEVEN GIFTS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

O Lord Jesus Christ,
Who, before ascending into heaven, did promise to send the Holy Spirit to finish Your work in the souls of Your Apostles and Disciples, deign to grant the same Holy Spirit to me that He may perfect in my soul, the work of Your grace and Your love.

Grant me the Spirit of Wisdom that I may despise the perishable things of this world and aspire only after the things that are eternal, the Spirit of Understanding to enlighten my mind with the light of Your divine truth, the Spirit of Counsel that I may ever choose the surest way of pleasing God and gaining heaven, the Spirit of Fortitude that I may bear my cross with You and that I may overcome with courage all the obstacles that oppose my salvation, the Spirit of Knowledge that I may know God and know myself and grow perfect in the science of the Saints, the Spirit of Piety that I may find the service of God sweet and amiable, and the Spirit of Fear that I may be filled with a loving reverence towards God and may dread in any way to displease Him.

Mark me, dear Lord, with the sign of Your true disciples and animate me in all things with Your Spirit.

Amen

God Sees Your Victory, Can You?? (5.28.19)

My Child,
I Saw your victory last night, when you refused to close your tired eyes until you knelt on weary knees to give Me thanks.

I Saw your victory this morning, when you struggled out of bed for a few moments with Me in prayer.

I Saw your victory when you forgave that person who was cruel to you, without just cause.

I Saw your victory when you asked Me for strength to do the right thing when your employer treated you unfairly.

I Saw your victory when you yielded to Me, resisted temptation and remembered your body is a dwelling place of the Holy Spirit.

I Saw your victory when you gave Me praise, even when everything around you was falling apart.

And I Saw your victory when those around you didn’t understand what I Was doing in your life, and walked away. You could have walked away too, but you chose to stand firm in your faith -- and follow Me.

I Saw your victory, because deep within your heart you know Who I Am.

I Am your VICTORY.

Every time you choose Me, you choose victory.
So, if I Can see your victory
, why can’t you?

Start today and claim victory over the enemy,
and you too will see what I See… VICTORY!!

Never Forget, Always Remember, Your Faith (5.27.19)

My Child,
Remember when you walked with Me in complete faith,
and fear was not a part of your life?

Well, let Me take you back to the beginning; lest you forget the way it was, the way it has been, and the way it will be. In the beginning, there was darkness, and My Holy Spirit hovered over the places of the deep. I Spoke and there was light. I AM the one who breathed life into this world. Remember, I AM the one who took nothing, and made it into something.

Remember, I AM He who sees a barren womb and speaks life.
I AM He who sees sickness and speaks health.
I AM He who opens the eyes of the blind.
I AM He who causes the lame to walk,
and I AM who sees a closed door and can open it.

You see there is no task too small or too unimportant to Me. I AM
the One who holds your future in My Hands. I AM the Creator of all things.

Remember, I told you to let not your heart
be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
Remember, I told you to fear not, for I have not given you a Spirit of fear, but I Have given you a Spirit of power of love and of a sound mind.
I Said to My Children, in all things come to Me. In all things take time to pray. I hear the prayers that you whisper, the prayers that you sing, and I even hear the prayers that you weep. Oh yes, I hear those too.

Remember the promises I made. They are yes, and amen. Why have you forgotten them so soon? Why have you allowed fear to hold your hand and lead you into this place of oppression? And why My Child, are you walking by sight, instead of by faith?
It is time to remember faith. How you ask? Remember faith by lifting your head to the hills from whence cometh your help, and filling your heart and your mouth with My Words. Oh, My Child, remember how you walked with Me in faith before?

Now, walk with Me again.
I want you to leave fear behind you, and walk the path that I chose for you, the faith path. Do not turn to the left, nor to the right, but walk the straight and narrow. And as you walk you will hear My Voice behind you, saying, “This is the way, walk ye in it."

Yes, I know it is narrow, but this is the path of faith,
and it will bring you truth and life.

Once more, I tell you to remember. Remember that I Have promised to supply all your needs according to My Riches in Glory. Not some, but all of your needs.

Now, come to Me, just as you are - tired, weary, and heavy-laden. Come to Me and ask, and I Will not withhold any good thing from you. I Will not turn you away, but I Will hold you and comfort you.

Come now, into My Arms and
     you will find perfect peace.

You will find rest.

~ My Prayer Confession ~
Heavenly Father,
Thank you for reminding me to count my blessings.

And if I focus on counting my blessing,
     and all You have done for me;
then I will not have time to worry
     about anything else.

Amen.

READ AND MEDITATE ON GOD'S WORD
Mark 11:22 - And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in GOD.

Romans 10:17 - So then faith
cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of GOD.

2 Corinthians 5:7 - (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)

Hebrews 10:23 - Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)

Hebrews 11:6 - But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that
cometh
to GOD must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Praise God at All Times (5.26.19)

My Child,
It is time that you release all that has been holding you down,
     and enter
into a season of praise.

Lift
up your voice to Me, for I inhabit your praises.
Put on a garment of praise for the
spirit of heaviness.

Yes, when My people praise Me, I Am there, in their midst. Your praise is a sweet-smelling aroma to Me; and when you
begin to praise Me, it will change the atmosphere.

Your sacrifice of praise will cause things to move.

When My People give Me a sacrifice of praise, especially in times of trials and tribulation; I Will strengthen them to press their way through.

Praise will bring you through every stronghold of the enemy.
Praise is one
of the keys to victory, for the enemy is scattered
     when you lift
up My Name in praise.
He hates to hear the sound of praise and worship being given
     to Me, in the
midst of the storm.

Praise Me, My Child, Praise Me.

When you enter your prayer closet to pray, and if you don't feel My Presence, begin to praise and worship Me anyway.

Just because you may not feel My Presence, does not mean that I Am not there. I Am there with you, listening to your heartfelt cry filled with praise. You capture My Heart with your praises, and your praises cause things to happen in the Spirit realm.

When praises go up, blessings come down;
so praise Me in every situation.
When you are discouraged and don’t know what to pray, sing a song of praise. Learning to praise Me is how David made it through his trials. David encouraged himself by praising Me.

It worked for David and it will work for you.

Oh My Child, you seem to have forgotten the power of praise so let Me remind you again. Yes, your praise brings delight to Me, but when you lift
up your voice in praise, you also strengthen yourself.

Praise will strengthen and enable you to resist
     the
enemy and cause him to flee.
Praise will remove the spirit of heaviness and
cover you with the garment of praise.
Praise will remind you that
you serve a mighty GOD,
and praise will draw you closer to Me.

Oh praise Me, so I can show you another aspect of My Glory.

Come now and lift
up My Name in praise.
Let everything that has breath praise the Lord!

Read and Meditate on God's Word:
Job 13:15 - Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him.

Psalm 56:4 - In GOD I will praise his word, in GOD I have put my trust; I will not fear what flesh can do unto me.

Psalm 145:2 - Every day will I bless thee and I will praise thy name forever and ever.

Habakkuk 3:17-18 - Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labour of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls:  Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the GOD of my salvation.

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 - Rejoice evermore. Pray without ceasing. In everything give thanks: for this is the will of GOD in Christ Jesus concerning you.

#ScriptureReflection - Romans 22 (5.25.19)

Then the angel showed me the river of life-giving water, sparkling like crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb down the middle of its street. On either side of the river grew the tree of life that produces fruit twelve times a year, once each month; the leaves of the trees serve as medicine for the nations. Nothing accursed will be found there anymore. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it, and his servants will worship him. They will look upon his face, and his name will be on their foreheads. Night will be no more, nor will they need light from lamp or sun, for the Lord God shall give them light, and they shall reign forever and ever.

VII. Epilogue

And he said to me, “These words are trustworthy and true, and the Lord, the God of prophetic spirits, sent his angel to show his servants what must happen soon.” 7 “Behold, I am coming soon.” Blessed is the one who keeps the prophetic message of this book.

It is I, John, who heard and saw these things, and when I heard and saw them I fell down to worship at the feet of the angel who showed them to me. But he said to me, “Don’t! I am a fellow servant of yours and of your brothers the prophets and of those who keep the message of this book. Worship God.”

10
Then he said to me, “Do not seal up the prophetic words of this book, for the appointed time is near.
11 Let the wicked still act wickedly, and the filthy still be filthy. The righteous must still do right, and the holy still be holy.”

12 “Behold, I am coming soon. I bring with me the recompense I will give to each according to his deeds. 13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end.”
14 Blessed are they who wash their robes so as to have the right to the tree of life and enter the city through its gates. 15 Outside are the dogs, the sorcerers, the unchaste, the murderers, the idol-worshipers, and all who love and practice deceit.

16 “I, Jesus, sent my angel to give you this testimony for the churches. I am the root and offspring of David, the bright morning star.”

17 The Spirit and the bride say, “Come.” Let the hearer say, “Come.” Let the one who thirsts come forward, and the one who wants it receive the gift of life-giving water.

18 I warn everyone who hears the prophetic words in this book: if anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book, 19 and if anyone takes away from the words in this prophetic book, God will take away his share in the tree of life and in the holy city described in this book.

20 The one who gives this testimony says, “Yes, I am coming soon.” Amen! Come, Lord Jesus!
21 The grace of the Lord Jesus be with all.

#ScriptureReflection - John 15:9-11 (5.24.19)

Jesus said to his disciples:
"As the Father loves me, so I also love you.
Remain in my love.
If you keep my commandments, you will remain in my love,
just as I have kept my Father's commandments
and remain in his love.

"I have told you this so that
my joy might be in you and
your joy might be complete."

This Joy!! (5.23.19)

My Child,
One of the main things the enemy is after is your joy.  If he can steal your joy, he can get you in a weakened state, in the face of the things that have come against you.  Do not allow current conditions to steal your joy and keep you from praising Me.

Your praise is the very thing that will move your mountains and lift you above the storm clouds.

This joy I speak about differs from happiness.  Happiness is often contingent on circumstances. However, this joy which I give to you, transcends and overcomes every circumstance the enemy will use to bring you down to negativity and despair.  This joy is a deep well.  It comes from abiding in Me and knowing how much I Love and I Care about all your needs.

If the enemy tries to silence your joyful praise by reminding you of situations in your life that aren’t worth praising; resist him with My Word, then lift your voice in praise and let him know that your situations are in the hands of The One who heals, delivers and has set you free.

Tell the enemy to get behind you, and keep believing in Me.

When you do this, it will cause you to walk in deep abiding joy.  This joy will strengthen your faith to move every mountain and overcome any circumstances standing in your way.

I've given you this joy, and no one can take it from you.

READ AND MEDITATE ON HIS WORD
Proverbs 15:23 - A man hath joy by the answer of his mouth: and a word spoken in due season, how good is it!

Psalm 51:12 - Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation, and uphold me with thy free spirit.

Psalm 126:5 - They that sow in tears shall reap in joy

John 15:10-11 - If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love. These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.

John 16:22 - And therefore you now have sorrow. But I will see you again, and your heart will rejoice, and no one will take your joy from you.

John 17:13 - And now come I to thee; and these things I speak in the world, that they might have my joy fulfilled in themselves

It Was For Your Good (5.22.19)

My Child,
Yes, I Know.  I Know that you are dealing with disappointment. You are trying to hide it because you don't want anyone to know how disappointed you really are.

It is ok.
You can say it.
I See it in your heart.

You
are disappointed.

However, you don't want to say
you are disappointed with Me.

My Child, I Understand; and I Knew this day would come.
In the midst of your pain, I hope that you will believe "all is in My Hands, and it will be alright."

You so hoped things would not be this way, but they are. Right now, you cannot see how this is a good thing or even how it can work out for your good later. You want to do something about it, but you don’t know what to do.

My Child, there is nothing for you to do, except to hold on to what you know is true. Hold on to My Word, for you know My Word is true. My Word says, “All things work together for good to those who love Me,” and I mean just that.

I Am working it out for your good.
I do not want
you to be hurt.
Please trust Me.

My Child, I Understand how you are feeling. I See your heart, and I Know the pain you are feeling. I want you to release your pain and do not allow worry to take over your Spirit any longer. I won’t leave you without hope. I Know you don’t understand why it happened this way, and it will take some time before you understand that it was for the best.

Even as we speak, I Am interceding on your behalf, doing what needs to be done to bring glory to your situation.

Now, you are in need of healing, so please allow Me to minister to you. Release this burden onto Me and rest in My Presence. Never forget My Love for you, and always remember - everything I Do is for your good.

I Love you.

Read and Meditate on God's Word
Romans 8:18 - For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the coming glory to be revealed in us.

Romans 8:27-28 - And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God. And we know that all things work together for good to them that love GOD, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

2 Corinthians 4:17-18 - For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

1 Peter 5:10 - But the GOD of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.

Luke 12:32 - Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.

#ScriptureReflection - Psalm 18 (5.21.19)

Psalm 18
Thanksgiving for salvation and victory

At that time there was a violent earthquake (Revelation 11:15)
I
I love you, Lord, my strength,
my rock, my fortress, my savior.
My God is the rock where I take refuge;
my shield, my mighty help, my stronghold.

The Lord is worthy of all praise;
when I call I am saved from my foes.
The waves of death rose about me;
the torrents of destruction assailed me;
the snares of the grave entangled me;
the traps of death confronted me.

In my anguish I called to the Lord;
I cried to my God for help.
From his temple he heard my voice;
my cry came to his ears.

A I love you, Lord; you are my strength, alleluia.
A2 The Lord has saved me; he wanted me for his own, alleluia.

II
Then the earth reeled and rocked;
the mountains were shaken to their base:
they reeled at his terrible anger.
Smoke came forth from his nostrils
and scorching fire from his mouth:
coals were set ablaze by its heat.

He lowered the heavens and came down,
a black cloud under his feet.
He came enthroned on the cherubim,
he flew on the wings of the wind.

He made the darkness his covering,
the dark waters of the clouds, his tent.

A brightness shone out before him
with hailstones and flashes of fire.

The Lord thundered in the heavens;
the Most High let his voice be heard.

He shot his arrows, scattered the foe,
flashed his lightnings and put them to flight.
The bed of the ocean was revealed;
the foundations of the world were laid bare
at the thunder of your threat, O Lord,
at the blast of the breath of your anger.
From on high he reached down and seized me;
he drew me forth from the mighty waters.

He snatched me from my powerful foe,
from my enemies whose strength I could not match.
They assailed me in the day of my misfortune,
but the Lord was my support.

He brought me forth into freedom,
he saved me because he loved me.

A The Lord has saved me; he wanted me for his own, alleluia.
A3 Lord, kindle a light for my guidance and scatter my darkness, alleluia.

III
He rewarded me because I was just,
repaid me, for my hands were clean,
for I have kept the way of the Lord
and have not fallen away from my God.

For his judgments are all before me:
I have never neglected his commands.

I have always been upright before him;
I have kept myself from guilt.

He repaid me because I was just
and my hands were clean in his eyes.

You are loving with those who love you:
you show yourself perfect with the perfect.
With the sincere you show yourself sincere,
but the cunning you outdo in cunning.

For you save a humble people
but humble the eyes that are proud.

You, O Lord, are my lamp,
my God who lightens my darkness.

With you I can break through any barrier,
with my God I can scale any wall.

Psalm-prayer
Lord God, our strength and salvation, put in us the flame of your love and make our love for you grow to a perfect love which reaches to our neighbor.

A3 Lord, kindle a light for my guidance and scatter my darkness, alleluia.

Spend This Day (and Every Day) Being Thankful (5.20.19)

My Child,
Do not allow anxious thoughts to steal your joy.
Spend your day being thankful, and those
     worrisome thoughts will drift away.

I Made this day just for you, so do not let anxious thoughts steal your day.  I Understand the problems which surround you; but the
amount of time you spend worrying about them won’t change or resolve anything.

Instead, spend the time you’re tempted to worry, praising Me in advance, for the blessings which are to come.  And if you must let your mind drift, let it drift to the blessings of the past, and how I Came through for you.  Oh, so many blessed thoughts to dwell upon.

Remember to enjoy this day.  Embrace it with thanksgiving and love.  the enemy came to steal, kill, and destroy; but My Son gave His life so that you may live in abundance.

Therefore, do not allow anxious and negative thoughts about "what may happen tomorrow" steal any more of your days.  the enemy doesn’t know your future, he only knows your past.  Your past is behind you, and that is where the enemy should be.  So, speak to the enemy as My Son did when the enemy tried to tempt him.  My Son told satan to “Get thee behind Me," and satan did.

Now you say it, and say it with authority in the name of My Son, Jesus!

See how much better you feel?
Oh, this is the day that I, the Lord, have made;
rejoice and be glad, because I Hold your future.

Read and Meditate on God's Word:
Psalm 118:24 - This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.

Matthew 6:34 - Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

Luke 4:8 - And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy GOD and him only shalt thou serve.

John 15:11 - These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.

1 Thessalonians 5:18 - In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of GOD in Christ Jesus concerning you.
