There's a New Journey Opening Ahead of You (10.10.17)

My Child
Take some time to sit in My presence.

I want you to be still, so you can gain a fresh perspective of where you’ve been, and where you are
now; before I lead you out and into the next phase of your journey.

It is important for you to see your past, not as a place of defeat, but as a place of learning, a place of growth, a place of victory.

You were refined through the fire.
I know at times the heat was intense, but you were
never out of My Hands.  I was with you.

Everything I have allowed you to go through, has made you stronger and wiser.  And this wisdom and strength will serve you well in the upcoming days. What you’ve gained will undergird your confidence to overcome any challenges that come your way.

I know, at the time, you didn’t understand why I allowed you to go through the fiery situations, so allow Me to explain. If I had not allowed you to go through those experiences, you wouldn’t be able to handle, nor appreciate, the blessings that are to come.

So, do not neglect this next important step of your journey.
Take some time to sit in My presence, for there’s a new journey
     opening ahead of you.

Read and Meditate on God's Word:
Deuteronomy 8:2 - And thou shalt remember all the way which the LORD thy God led thee these forty years in the wilderness, to humble thee, and to prove thee, to know what was in thine heart, whether thou wouldest keep his commandments, or no.

Ecclesiastics 7:19 - Wisdom strengtheneth the wise more than ten mighty men which are in the city.

1 Peter 1:7 - That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:

Forgiveness Tips to Open the Way for Healing (10.9.17)

Faith Believers,
Forgiveness can be gut-wrenching, hard work. It is also a process that can take time, especially if the wounds are deep. But forgiveness opens the way for you to be healed. Sometimes, it even restores the broken relationship.

If you know you need to forgive, but you also know that your heart is not ready, please read below.
  1. Identify the offense.
It’s hard for us to forgive something that isn't clear to us.
  2. Take this pain to GOD in prayer.
GOD will listen and He surely understands. This the most powerful part of healing. Praying to GOD and opening up to Him, as you bring your hurt to the altar, is a very effective way to address the issue.
  3. Let yourself feel the pain.
We all want to skip this part. Even Jesus prayed to the Father, asking to skip the cross (
Matthew 26:39). Yet the pain Jesus endured because of our sin was part of GOD’s plan. Often, we prefer to be angry because we think it will hurt less. However, forgiveness requires allowing ourselves to feel and express the pain caused by others’ actions.
  4. Know that some of your feelings will be ugly.
It doesn’t help to tell yourself that you “shouldn’t feel that way.” The fact is you do feel that way. Facing the truth before GOD is the beginning of freedom (
    John 8:32).
  5. Make an honest assessment of your reaction(s) to the harm done to you.
Often our reactions are as sinful as the offense against us. This awareness will help you keep a realistic perspective as you wade through your feelings and take responsibility for how you may have hurt others too.

  6. Decide whether you want to confront the offender.
The rule of thumb I use is simple. If it’s a relationship I want to preserve, I make the effort. If not, I let it go. We all have finite amounts of emotional energy. It isn’t wise to invest it in unprofitable places. Asking GOD to show you what to do will help clarify your decision.
  7. Understand that forgiveness takes time.
Sometimes it takes years. Starting out, it may be a daily battle not to accuse the other person over and over in your mind, but as you persevere and seek GOD's help, forgiveness will become easier and you will find joy and freedom.

We all need forgiveness,
     especially forgiveness from GOD.

If you're not sure whether or not you are totally forgiven by GOD, you can be sure today. Ask GOD to come into your heart today and cleanse you of all un-forgiveness.

Release It All & Rest, for "All is Well" (10.8.17)

My Child,
Release everything that is keeping your mind working overtime.

Now is the time to release everything to Me.

When you rest, your spirit will become calm and then you shall hear from Me. Now is the time for you to rest, beloved. Do not climb another mountain until you take time to rest. When you rest in Me, I Can give you wisdom and direction for the rest of your journey.

Resting will help you make it to the mountaintop.

Let Me carry your load as you rest and
     read My Word daily.
There is so much spiritual energy just waiting
     to be poured into you.
Take time to rest and allow My Words to renew
     and strengthen you.

You’ve done all you can, now release it all and lay it all upon My Shoulders.

Let Me work everything out for you. I want you to get to a place within yourself where you fully rely on Me, resting as you say the words "All is well."

Do you love Me enough to know "All is well," when you
place your troubles in My Hands?

Rest and remember that although it may seem like you are not making any progress, actually you are.  You are being obedient to Me, and obedience is better than anything you can sacrifice.

My Child, right now, I need you to place your heart and mind completely in My Care; that I may continue to do a powerful work within you.

Read and Meditate on God's Word:
Psalm 37:7 - Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him:

Matthew 11:28-30 - Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light

Philippians 1:6 - Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:

Hebrews 4:9-10 - There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of GOD. For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as GOD did from his.

Just as David Did, Rise Up & Encourage Yourself in the Lord (10.6.17)

My Child,
I Am leading you out of this wilderness season.
I know this wilderness experience has been hard for you.
Many of My People have been wounded, lost hope,
and some have even lost faith.

Nevertheless, I say unto you rise up,
for you are coming into a new season.

In this new season, you shall recover all that was lost, and you shall see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. All that has been stolen or lost to the enemy shall be restored.  This I declare.

I will bring blessings to you, to demonstrate not only My Goodness; but it shall be a sign that what I have spoken to you is true and shall come to pass. However, you must rise up and begin to encourage yourself in the LORD, as David did.

Encourage yourself.
Encourage yourself!

You will overrun the enemy’s camp if you dare to believe and rise up in faith.

Forget those things that are behind you. Get ready for the great crossing-over, for you are about to cross over into a new level of anointing, power, and glory.  All that is required of you is for you to rise up in faith and say, "This is my SEASON. THIS is my TIME. I am going to cross over into the goodness of the Lord."

My Child, I Am more powerful than all the works of the enemy. As you delight yourself in Me, I Will give you the desire of your heart and strengthen you.

Only believe and rise up in faith.

Now, encourage yourself
and I will give you the victory.

Read and Meditate on God's Word:
1 Samuel 30:6;8 - And David was greatly distressed; for the people spake of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters: but David encouraged himself in the LORD his GOD.  And David enquired at the LORD, saying, Shall I pursue after this troop? Shall I overtake them? And he answered him, Pursue: for thou shalt surely overtake them, and without fail recover all.

Mark 5:36 - As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, he saith unto the ruler of the synagogue, Be not afraid, only believe.

2 Corinthians 4:8-9 - We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed;

You've Been Uprooted & Replanted..... A Time of Change is Here (10.5.17)

My Child,
Behold, I Am opening new doors for you,
doors that will take you to big places.

Just hold on and do not become discouraged,
for you are too close now.

Keep your faith and hope in Me.

Do not worry about the darkness you’ve been experiencing, it is only an illusion. I’ve chosen not to reveal everything to you at this time.  Just keep the faith & trust that your life is in My Hands.  There will be nothing missing or lacking.

I Am opening new doors of ministry for you
     that were not open before.
You will move by My Spirit, preaching the Gospel
     and converting many.
My Hand is securely upon you to prosper in the Work
     I’ve called you to do.

Look forward with great expectation, for many will be blessed.
I Am doing this.
My people have been crying out to Me for change,
     and I have heard them.

A time of change is here.
You’ve been uprooted and replanted.
I have chosen your new path.
I Am moving and shaking, making a way for new things.

Things have been rearranged for My Purposes and Plans.
Things have taken place in the Spiritual realm that
will suddenly affect the natural realm.
Stand on My Word Beloved, as your belief in My Promises
will be the key to unlocking everything.

I have never forsaken you, and I never will.

I Am as close to you as ever before.
I Am your comfort.
I Am your strong tower.
I have chosen you to be one of My Children.

You are special.

You are amazing.
And I love you.

Your name is before Me always.

Read and Meditate on God's Word:
Job 14:15 - Thou shalt call and I will answer thee: thou wilt have a desire to the work of thine hands.

Psalm 1:3 - And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither, and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

Isaiah 48:3 - I have declared the former things from the beginning, and they went forth out of my mouth, and I shewed them; I did them suddenly, and they came to pass.

Isaiah 43:19 - Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.

Luke 4:18-19 - The Spirit of the Lord is upon me because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.

Walk in the Spirit and Follow where God Leads (10.4.17)

My Child,
The work that I've placed before you may seem daunting and beyond your scope.  However, if you put your trust in Me, I will make the seemingly impossible, not only possible, but plausible.

I will go before you to remove every hindrance and pave the way for you to achieve all that I have called you to do.  I will strengthen you and give you the vision to accomplish more than you could have imagined or believed. Just put one foot in front of the other as you take things one step at a time.

Do not be afraid, for I Am on the journey with you.
Walk in the Spirit and follow where I lead.

Let Me lead you on this path, for I will do so skillfully.  Your job on this journey will be to walk in the Spirit, and to refuse to allow worry to undermine your faith or cloud your judgment.

Keep your thoughts under control and your faith active.

Trust Me to interact with you in all things
and to work on your behalf.
Stay focused and keep your priorities in order
so that nothing can steer you off course.

Beloved, I will allow you to walk in the Spirit more completely and more consistently.  To do this you must stay in the Word and refuse to be derailed by allowing your emotions to rule.

Dwell in My presence and stay positive; and in turn, despair cannot undermine your faith or determination to reach your goal.

Remember, you belong to Me, and I created you for good works.

Therefore, walk in the Spirit, have faith in Me
     and nothing shall be impossible.

Read and Meditate on His Word:
Deuteronomy 31:8 - And the LORD, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed.

Isaiah 45:2 - I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight: I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron:

Mark 10:27 - And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with GOD: for with GOD all things are possible.

John 4:24 - GOD is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

Galatians 5:16 - This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.

Galatians 5:25 - If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

Ephesians 2:10 - For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which GOD prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

Mark 9:23 - Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.

God's Power (10.3.17)

This article was written by Gail Power:

“I pray that the eyes of your heart may be opened in order that you may know … His incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is like the working of His mighty strength, which He exerted in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly realms, far above all rule and authority, power and dominion and every title that can be given…”

EPHESIANS 1:18-23

GOD’s power! What does that mean on a weekday morning as you head out the door?

When GOD exerted His mighty strength, Jesus took that historic step out of the grave! He took His position above all authority in the spiritual realm. As believers in Jesus, the presence of His Spirit in our lives allows us to, amazingly, participate in that power!

…you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you; and you will be my witnesses… - Acts 1:6-8.

GOD’s Spirit in us gives us the opportunity to display His power through us.
  • If love feels frayed, call on the power of His love to re-ignite your heart.
  • If peace has fled, ask His Spirit to bring His calm and joy as you put each concern into His hands.
  • If impatience rules, ask for GOD’s power to be exerted in your heart to give you a greater measure of kindness and gentleness.
  • Ask for His power to give you self control and a deeper faith.

Our spiritual eyes can be opened so we can actively see where we need GOD’s mighty power in us. His resurrection power can work through us as we invite His Spirit to fill us and change us.
God’s transforming power can re-order your life for His glory. This is the witness that others will see as GOD breaks through the darkness to intervene and move what is needed. It happens as we invite Him...because the power belongs to Him!

~ Prayer ~
Dear Father in Heaven,
Thank you that all power in Heaven and Earth belongs to you.
We often feel powerless in our lives as we look around our world.
Increase our faith to ask you to intervene with your power,
to transform situations and lives; so that your glory and
your love is broadcast to those around us.
In Jesus’ name I pray,
Amen

Is there a place in your life that needs transforming and re-aligning with GOD’s mighty power?

Ask GOD right now to come into that area of your life with His strength.
Ask Him to open your eyes to see Him at work in you and through you.

Reflecting on the Lord's Prayer (10.2.17)

Faith Believers,
GOD is so much more than a Father. He’s my Daddy.
When I think about the day GOD spoke into my life and saved me; and about all the blessings He’s brought into my life since then, there have often been times I wanted to write a letter to Him. I wanted to express how much He means to me.

Here is just some of what I would say:
“Yours are the arms that hold me when I’m lonely. Yours is the hand I take when I’m scared. Yours is the heart I call out to, knowing you love me for me, without limit. I love you, Daddy.”
The Lord's Prayer is a believer’s declaration to GOD, consisting of praise and honor to a loving Father from His children. While praying and meditating on it, I delight in the many and awesome promises it holds – provision, forgiveness, protection, and goodness, to name a few. It is packed with a richness that energizes my spirit.

It’s marvelous to know that something Jesus taught His disciples over 2000 years ago is still embraced today by GOD's children. The Lord's Prayer can be as personal to us as it was to the disciples when they first learned to pray it.

As believers, we can stand firm on the unchanging truths in the Lord’s Prayer and receive them from a GOD who is so much more than a Father. That is something we can be assured of whenever we pray it.
  -  Marilyn

~ Prayer ~
Thank you Heavenly Father,
For this prayer of declaration as first taught by Your Son, Jesus.

May we never take the power of this prayer for granted
or let it grow cold in our hearts.

Bring a refreshing to our spirit each time we speak
     or sing your prayer.

In Jesus’ precious name I pray,
Amen.

God is Bringing it to Pass (10.1.17)

My Child,
Not much is going on, is what you are thinking.
Those thoughts could not be further from the truth.

In the realm of what you are doing and seeing, it may be true.  However, the prayers you've prayed have come before Me and they are working with a power that you cannot see. I have heard every prayer you prayed.

You’ve been steadfast in My Word, you've been patient and didn’t try to do it your own way.  You didn’t manipulate words and actions for your benefit. Instead, you watered the Word you received from Me, with faith.  You held on and have trusted Me to bring to pass My Promises to you.

You've hoped against hope when everything was going against you.
Now, ministering Angels are moving and carrying out plans.

I want you to continue to be steadfast.
Keep your eyes on My Word.
Be steadfast, immovable, and watch with amazement
as I bring things to pass.

You’ve been faithful over the smallest things.
You've sacrificed to give and be a blessing to others,
even when the well was almost dry.

Do not stop praying, because My Angels are working on your behalf to manifest in the natural what you've prayed for.

Now, it is time for the coming of your blessings.
It will be according to your faith, and so much more.

Oh, yes, I Am bringing it to pass.

Read and Meditate on God's Word:
Isaiah 55:11 - So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.

Daniel 10:12 - Then said he unto me, Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy GOD, thy words were heard, and I
am come for thy words.

Acts 10:4 - And when he looked on him, he was afraid, and said, What is it, Lord? And he said unto him, Thy prayers and thine alms are come up for a memorial before GOD.

Romans 4:18; 20-21 - Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be.  He staggered not at the promise of GOD through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to GOD; And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.

Hebrews 1:13-14 - But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool? Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?
