God Knows & Understands Everything; He is All-Powerful, Omnipotent and Sovereign (10.30.14)

Oh LORD GOD! Behold, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and by Your outstretched arm! Nothing is too difficult for You - Jeremiah 32:17

Because GOD is everywhere all of the time, know that He is omniscient.
He knows everything. This attribute of GOD should give us comfort
in knowing the Lord is forever present.
He not only knows every detail of our lives, but He knows the deep hurts
and needs of the billions of inhabitants on this earth.
As we focus on GOD and His omniscience, we can pray with a new confidence.
When we do not understand life’s circumstances, we can rest assured that He does.
That is why Proverbs 1:7 says, “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge.”

GOD knows everything, while we only know and understand in part.
But when we focus on the omniscience of GOD and revere Him,
we will then begin to know and understand life.
We will be able to pray effectively when we recognize that
only He knows and understands everything.

GOD not only knows everything all of the time in every place,
but He also is all-powerful. He is omnipotent and sovereign.

When Jesus was placed in a tomb after His death,
the demons wanted to keep Him there; but the Father raised
the Son from the dead after three days.
And Jesus said to His disciples, before ascending to heaven,
'All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.
Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations - Matthew 28:18–19'.

Powerful praying and powerful witnessing are a result of
having experienced GOD in His sovereign reign.
Power and authority do not belong to any person or thing.
Power and authority belong to GOD.
Nobody can stop the move of the Spirit of GOD.
There is nothing too difficult for GOD.
______

Omniscient, Omnipotent Father,
You are in control of the earth You created!
Surely there is nothing too difficult for You to accomplish!

Increase my faith to believe in Your ability to overcome
the darkest circumstance or bleakest situation in my life,
in my family or my church.

Because You know and understand everything,
I am able to come before Your throne to intercede
for the things that are on Your beautiful heart!

Thank You for this awesome privilege,
for it is an amazing gift of grace!

Amen

God Listens to the Prayers of His Children (10.29.14)

It all begins when we receive Christ as Savior.
Our love for GOD will grow as we long to know Him better.
His Word becomes precious, because it reveals His heart, character and will.
We read, study and memorize His Word; and express our love
for Christ by obeying His commandments.
As we obey GOD’s will, the Spirit trains us to think in terms of GOD’s will;
and He reveals Jesus and the Father to us (see John 14:21).
We increasingly learn to start thinking the thoughts He place in our spirit.

We come to understand what the will of GOD is (see Romans 12:2)
as the outcome of our prayer is revealed to us.
We will begin to pray more frequently as we understand
GOD’s will for our life.
The Holy Spirit will begin to live comfortably in us;
and through the Spirit, we will grow in understanding
the mind and will of GOD.

We begin to see life as GOD intended, according to His will.
Events and decisions are evaluated from GOD’s point of view,
and we begin to think like the Father, thinking His thoughts after Him.
We begin to understand what the Father might want in a particular situation.
The Spirit enables us to pray in terms of GOD’s thoughts.
The Father answers prayers that are in accord with His will.

The Holy Spirit develops the “Mind of Christ” in us, which explains why
true followers of Christ often pray effectively (see James 5:16).  It also
reveals what’s behind the promise, Delight yourself also in the LORD,
and He shall give you the desires of your heart - Psalm 37:4
.
True followers of Christ delight in GOD and His will.
Their lives are committed to doing GOD’s will.
They frequently pray according to GOD’s will.

GOD listens to the prayers of His obedient children.
Do you long to be heard? Become passionate about discipleship.
Obey the Fathers commandments and
He will give you the desires of your heart.
________

Father,
I want to live my life committed to doing Your will
in obedient submission.

Give me discernment, so that I may remove whatever
hindrances the enemy has placed in my life,
that keep me from fully experiencing all that You are.

Protect me from the destructive things which surround me,
and the ungodly things which continually compete for my time and attention;
so that the Holy Spirit has free reign to develop the mind of Christ in me!

In the name of your precious Son Jesus, I pray.

Amen

Trust in the Lord (10.28.14)

Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.  In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. - Proverbs 3:5-6

For the LORD shall be thy confidence, and shall keep thy foot from being taken. -  Proverbs 3:26

And he said unto Me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for My strength is made perfect in weakness.  Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in My infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon Me. - 2 Corinthians 12:9

Beloved.
You have known in your heart that you have the power.
All the power that you need is within you.

You must learn to use it.
It is up to you to use it.
Do not hold back on what I have given you.

You must learn to trust Me.
To trust what I have given you.
Hold on.  Trust and believe in the promises I have given you.  I have not left you.
I have not abandoned you.  I am leading you, hearing and answering your prayers.
I am fulfilling promises made, and will call things into alignment with My Word.
Whenever you are weak, feast in Me.
For I am Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

______

Faith Believers,
There are times when the Lord assigns certain tasks to us.
It is in those times that we need to trust in Him
for all we need, to get the job done.

We must not allow circumstances to dictate
whether or not we will obey GOD.
We must be obedient, and know that He is with us in all that we do.

He will never ask us to do anything, without the way already being made.
He would never allow us to fail.

It doesn’t matter if you don’t feel worthy enough,
for we all have fallen short to the Glory of GOD.
What matters is your willingness to the Lord.
He has already looked beyond your faults, He knows you can do it.
You must use what He has blessed you with.
You must use what is in your hands, which is His Word.

Thank GOD for what you have, trust GOD for what you need.

Putting on Your "Spiritual Warfare" Armor (10.27.14)

Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on all of GOD’s armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all the strategies of the devil. - Ephesians 6:10-11

Faith Believers,
We cannot fight in our own strength.
That is why GOD has given us spiritual armor
to defend ourselves from our enemy. (See Ephesians 6:10-18)

Here are the 6 pieces of armor you need for spiritual war.
  1. The “Belt of Truth”The belt of truth holds everything together. Jesus said, I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father , except through me. - John 14:6. Jesus is the Truth. Jesus called the Holy Spirit the “Spirit of Truth.” (See John 16:13) Jesus said the Bible is truth GOD uses to sanctify us. (See John 17:17) As we get everything that is untruthful out of our lives, we become more and more like Jesus, and safer from spiritual attack. Without Jesus, you are unclothed and unprotected during battle. Accept Jesus today so you can be ready for battle with the belt of truth.
  2. The “Breastplate of Righteousness”The breastplate of righteousness protects our heart. “This righteousness is given through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe - Romans 3:22. Jesus makes us a new person created to desire Godly things. (See Ephesians 4:22-24) But it is His righteousness, given to us, (See 2 Corinthians 5:21) that we trust in, and not our own.
  3. The “Shield of Faith”The shield of faith is our trust in the promises of Jesus. Focusing on GOD’s faithfulness can block accusations, doubts and temptations that attempt to attack us. (See Ephesians 6:16)
  4. The “Helmet of Salvation”The helmet of salvation protects our thoughts. Our enemy falsely accuses and lies to us. But let us who live in the light be clearheaded, protected by the armor of faith and love, and wearing as our helmet the confidence of our salvation - 1 Thessalonians 5:8.
  5. The “Shoes of the Gospel”The shoes of the Gospel represent the readiness given by the Gospel. It’s important to understand the truth about Jesus well enough to explain it to others. That helps you to remain standing, even after some of the worst attacks. It also makes your feet beautiful!  How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of the messenger who brings good new, the good news of peace and salvation, the goodness that GOD reigns! - Isaiah 52:7.
  6. The “Sword of the Spirit”The sword of the spirit is the Word of GOD, and our only weapon of attack. We must become skilled in using it by reading our Bible daily and spending time with our Father.

Thank GOD for what you have,
trust GOD for what you need.

The Great Power of Jesus' Love (10.26.14)

For GOD loved the world so much that he gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. - John 3:16

Beloved,
There is no greater power than that of love.
As you come to Me with your needs and cares,
do not forget that it is My love that will answer them all.
For I do not answer your prayers because I have to,
I do so because I love you.

It was My love that drove Me to the cross to save you.
When I saw you in your suffering, I reached out to save you.
When I saw you in your pain, I reached out to heal you.
When I saw you in your loneliness, I reached out to make you complete in Me.

Return to your first love, Jesus Christ.  Fall in love with Me again.
Come to Me afresh and experience this love again.
For I do not hold anything back.
My love caused Me to give up everything for you,
and this has not changed.
Many of you have yet to know the incredible power of that love,
and how much it will still change you to make you into something beautiful.
You cannot earn this love.
My love is freely given, so revel in it and receive it.

Yes, My love is a gift to you and does not come with any cost,
because the price was paid when My Father sent Me to walk amongst men..
It was a free gift from the foundation of the earth, and it has not changed.

Trust Me and come to Me.
Understand My love and when you do,
you will see that the love I have for you
will help you to overcome and conquer all.

Is there anything more that I could do to prove My love to you?
Trust Me and come to Me.
__________

1 Timothy 1:14-15 - And the grace of our Lord was exceeding abundant with faith and love which is in Christ Jesus. This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.

Spend time with God, in Prayer & Meditation, Every Day (10.25.14)

Faith Believers,
Understand, satan’s goal is to keep people from GOD.
he attacks our thoughts with lies, temptation and guilt;
so we will doubt our salvation in Jesus.
he even steals our joy.
But he can never take away your salvation, because “the One
Who lives in you, is stronger than the one who is in the world."

The enemy of your soul will send all kind of people
and things into your life to destroy you.
Some people will come as Angels of light,
and you will know them by the fruit they bear.
Some you will recognize right away because
their spirit and demeanor will reek of satan.

Most of the time people do not have to open their mouth,
for the Lord will show you who they are through the things that they do.
That's why it is important to develop a relationship
with our Father and Savior, because the devil has come
to steal, kill and destroy whatever he can.
The only thing he will respect is the Word of GOD.

Spending time with the Lord each and everyday, in prayer
and meditation, is the only way to beat the enemy at his game.
The Lord will protect those who are faithful to Him, those who love Him.

Put satan under your feet, where he belongs, by rebuking him,
in the name of Jesus, each time he rears his ugly head.
Pray for those people that the enemy is using.
The workers of satan fail to realize that he has already been defeated
and he has no power to harm a child of GOD.

Stay in prayer, and believe that you are
going to recieve the victory over all your situations.

Thank GOD for what you have, trust GOD for what you need.

In the Solitude, We are Refined, Tried, Tested & Strengthened (10.24.14)

I have heard you My child, and I know where you are.

I see all that you are going through.
You are in a place of solitude.

I have you in a place where you have never been before,
and for some of you, you're very uncomfortable.
A place where no one knows or can discern your call;
or the purpose for what you are going through.

Is it not I who have hidden you?
Is it not I who chose to put you in this place?
Is it not I who controls your life?
Yes, and it is I who chose to hide my plan and purpose of this call
from those who surround you.

Yes, no man will interfere with what I am doing in your life.

You see My child, you were called, chosen and ordained
by Me, for My purpose.
And in this place of solitude, this place of not understanding,
this place of feeling passed over - it will reveal how much you love Me.
It is in this place that you are being refined.
It is in this place that your heart is being tried and tested,
to see if you will continue to serve Me or serve man.

I want you to be strong My child, for I am with you.
I want you to humble yourself before Me,
as I destroy the spirit of pride that exists in your life.
I know, you did not know that it was there, but I did.
And I want you to continue to draw nearer to Me, as I crucify your flesh.
And painful as it may be, it is a process that we cannot avoid.

I say "we," because I will be with you until the end.
Remember, I promised never to leave you, nor forsake you.
Together, we will make it through.
And you will begin to confess over and over, even in your sleep,
“It is no longer I that live, but Christ that lives in me. Christ and I are one.
Surely I have been crucified with Christ.”

So once more I say to you, be strong and
be not discouraged while in this place that no man knows.
But rejoice, for You are in My Perfect Will,
and I shall bring you forth in due season.

Know beyond the shadow of a doubt that I will never
leave you, nor forsake you.
I have you in My hands.

You have been found faithful and have touched My Heart;
you are My Child, and I KNOW WHERE YOU ARE.

Fear Not!! (10.23.14)

My Child,
Why do you fear? I have proven Myself over and over.
The delay does not mean that your blessing has been denied.
I am only giving you more time to pray, more time to minister before Me
and more time to seek My Face.

Cast that spirit which is troubling you, off of you, for it does not belong to Me.
I never gave you a spirit of fear.
I gave you a spirit of power, use it.
Stand strong, resist the enemy and he will flee.

Yes, I know you are under pressure, but remember, I Am always with you.
I will not allow the waters to overtake you.
They shall not overflow. When the heat is on,
you will not be burned; neither shall flames come nigh thee.

Fear not, and command that which is troubling you, to leave.
Rise up in the authority which I have given you.
Know that I Am with thee.
Even when you are weak, I will be there to strengthen you.
I will keep you lifted with My hand of righteousness.

Fear not, My Child!
Fear not!
______

Isaiah 41:10 - Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy GOD: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

Isaiah 43:2 - When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

2 Timothy 1:7 - For GOD hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

Everything You are Going Through is Working Out for Your Good. Rejoice! (10.22.14)

We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed: We are perplexed, but not in despair; Persecuted, but not forsaken; Cast down, but not destroyed. - 2 Corinthians 4:8-9

Beloved,
Just as Paul suffered in his ministry, and I suffered in mine,
so shall you suffer in the walk you have chosen.
After all you have chosen to follow Me.
Yet, I want you to be just as faithful as
My servant Paul, he didn’t give up.
Trouble surrounded him many times,
but he knew at all times I could see him through.
Why?  Because, Paul knew that trouble doesn’t last forever.

I must allow you to suffer as My Father allowed Me to suffer.
I never said it was going to be easy, but I always promised
you that I would be with you.
Remember, I told you I would never forsake you,
nor leave you.  My Words are true.
I am always watching over you.

My prayer in the garden wasn’t just for Me,
it was for all of My sheep.
I cried out in the garden; I cried out to My Father three times.
It was there I told My Father, nevertheless. Say it with Me.
NEVERTHELESS. NEVERTHELESS.
That is your word, your breakthrough word, use it with My name.
My name is JESUS.

Now press your way through Beloved.
Each test has a purpose, and each test will make you
wiser and stronger. I want you to be more like Me.
Everything you are going through is working out for your good.
Yes, it hurts. I know you want to give up,
but you can’t, because trouble won't last forever.

Think it not strange when a fiery trial comes upon you,
as though some strange thing has happened. It isn’t strange.
Look at how My disciples suffered, and how they were changed.
Oh, look at how suffering changed Job. Rejoice!
Push your way through the storm. Rejoice I say rejoice!
Trouble won’t last forever.

Again, I know it’s hard, but you have to know that I am with you;
and guiding you through the storm.
Think of how bad it would be if I wasn’t with you,
in the midst of the storm, holding back the winds and the waves of the sea.

Stop looking at the situations and the circumstances
of this life, and focus on My glory.
Yes focus on Me, because I am the only one
that can change your situation.

Lift your eyes up and look unto the hills
from whence cometh your help, because trouble won’t last always.

You should know, that at the end of the storm will be your blessing.
Yes, there is a Lily in the Valley,
and it is as bright as the MORNING STAR.
There is a ROSE OF SHARON springing up
in the midst of your desert,
because your breakthrough is HERE.
Your deliverance is HERE.

The time has come for you to be blessed.

~ Prayer ~
Heavenly Father,
I am so grateful that trouble won’t last forever.
I know, that as long as I have You in my life,
I will always be victorious.

I am so grateful for your amazing Grace,
and even though things sometimes seem to be unstable,
I will rejoice in your Holy Name, in spite of.

I know you are with me because Your Word said,
You will never leave me nor forsake me.

Thank you Lord God for all trials,
because I know I will overcome them all,
in Your name.

I offer this prayer in Your Son Jesus' name,
Amen

Release Past Issues; Embrace a Life of New Season & New Changes (10.21.14)

My Child,
In this season, I am going to open many doors before you.
But in order to embrace what I am about to open and reveal to you,
you must shut the doors of your past that have held you in bondage.
Release those issues and people that have held you back for so long.

I have brought people and situations into your life for a reason.
The season has arrived where I will remove those things
that are not in line with My Will for your life.
So embrace the new change which is about to take place.
I have promised to bless those who love Me and obey My Word.

Philippians 3:13-14 - Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of GOD in Christ Jesus.

Faith Believers,
I pray your day is blessed,
Always thank GOD for what you have,
and trust GOD for what you need.

God Loves a Humble Heart (10.20.14)

If we claim we have no sin, we are only fooling ourselves and not living in the truth. But if we confess our sins to Him, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness - I John 1:8-9

Imagine that a well-known preacher has just spoken at your church service.
The preacher is wearing nice clothes and people are crowding around him
so they can shake his hand.  Then just a few feet away, you spot a criminal
who has recently been released from prison. He is poorly dressed,
smells worse than he looks, and no one wants to go near him or talk to him.

As the preacher talks to his admirers, you are surprised to hear him say things
such as: “I am a really good person, because I preach really good messages
and never break any of GOD’s rules” - or - “People should follow my example.
I do not break the law, like that bad criminal over there.”

As you draw closer, you notice the criminal is crying.
He buries his face in his hands and falls to his knees.
He cries out to GOD and says, “Lord, please forgive me for all I have done!
I am a terrible sinner, and I need You to change my life.”

Who would you rather be like? The preacher who showed up
to GOD’s House bragging about his own goodness?
Or the humble criminal who knew he was unworthy,
and desperately needed GOD’s forgiveness?

Remember, “The sacrifices of GOD are a broken spirit;
a broken and contrite heart…” (See Psalm 51:17.)

GOD loves a humble heart.

If you want to repent, the first thing you must do
is recognize your sin. After you recognize your sin,
humbly confess your sin to GOD and agree with Him
about how serious it is.

The last step to repentance is to thank GOD for His forgiveness,
and ask Him for the Holy Spirit’s power to turn away from that sin.

• Confess your sins to GOD, so He will forgive and cleanse you.
• Give thanks to GOD for His forgiveness of your sins.
• Ask GOD to change your life so that it pleases Him.
• Ask GOD to humble your heart as you seek His forgiveness.
• Allow GOD and not sin to rule your life.

The Goal of Prayer is to Glorify God Our Father (10.19.14)

And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Son may bring glory to the Father - John 14:13

The goal of prayer is to get what we pray for, right? Wrong.
The goal of Christian prayer is to glorify the Father through His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. GOD is glorified through the accomplishments of His will and the advancements of His Kingdom on earth. The Father is glorified by our obedience, spiritual growth and deepening relationship with Him.

Since we often ask for things outside of His Will, things that will not advance His Kingdom; we must develop our spiritual maturity and enrich our relationship with Him.  Unanswered prayer is a part of the normal Christian life. It is not an indication that GOD isn’t listening to us. Nevertheless, most of us persist in thinking, "there must be some way to get Him to give me what I ask."

More than a few are convinced that "things" such as: good works, offerings, vows, extreme discipline, praying at “holy” places, using blessing cloths, oil, icons, candles, persistence (repetition), and getting "large numbers to intercede" will incline GOD to listen to their prayers. Such ideas assume that there are "ways" to get “spiritual leverage” and apply “power” or “authority,” to facilitate receiving the answers that we “want.” There is no evidence in scripture that this is the case.

Does GOD lack, of course not.
Is He dependent on anything we might give, devote,
vow or sacrifice to and for Him? He is not.
The Bible says GOD doesn’t need anything
we promise or give to Him.

Is there any way we can obligate Him?
The Bible clearly says, we can never obligate, manipulate or control GOD.
GOD controls all things and is all powerful!!!

If you are praying for something and GOD has not answered,
it could be that what you are praying for is not His will for your life.
Our Father know what is best for us.
For from him and through him and to him are all things:
to whom be glory for ever. Amen - Romans 11:34-36, ESV
________

Awesome and Loving Father,
You don’t need anything I have to give, and yet,
You have promised to give me everything I need!
Your Word is clear, that all things are under Your control,
and that my prayers should always glorify You.

Help me to continually look for ways to bring pleasure to Your heart;
and to always be aware of  Your holy presence.

May my life be set upon the things that are upon Your heart,
attentive to whatever You call me to be
and to do in and for Your kingdom!

In the name of Your Son Jesus,
Amen

It is a Faith Walk. Whatever We Confess is What We Shall Receive (10.17.14)

Faith Believers,
GOD’s method for us to receive His blessings is found in Joshua 1:8 - This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.” In addition, in Mark 11:24, Jesus said, “Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.”

In order to receive, we must believe and confess what we read.
Our faith in GOD’s Word comes from hearing
and hearing by the word of GOD. (See Romans 10:17.)

GOD has already provided us with the key to receive what we desire from Him.
However, if we don’t use the key, the door will never open.
We will never have more than what we believe and confess.
For with the heart, we believe; and with our mouth,
confession is made unto salvation. (See Romans 10:10.)
We can’t believe beyond what we are saying out loud.
Our Lord and Savior operates on faith-filled words.
Whatever we confess is what we shall receive,
and if we choose to confess the wrong words,
we are neglecting the faith we should have in the Lord.

You may find yourself saying, “I just can’t make up my mind,
whether I will confess His Word or anything else,
however nothing seems to be working.”
Well, the Lord said in His Word that He knows you,
He knows your works, and He would rather you make a choice.
However, you don’t know if you want to be on fire
with His Living Word, or cold and dead.
That’s ok, because the Lord will decide for you.
He has said that because you are lukewarm and straddling the fence.
He doesn’t want anything lukewarm in His mouth,
therefore, He chooses to spit you out of His mouth. (See Revelations 3:15-16.)

Just as your negative confession will bring negative results,
a neutral confession, which is not a confession at all,
produces the same as a negative confession.

GOD operates on Faith Words.
If we want to experience the blessings of healing
and the abundant life that Jesus hung, bled and died on the cross
to give us, then we must repent and renew ourselves
with the divine plan that GOD has established for us
to receive His blessings.
Now, we know what we should be doing;
therefore, let us start confessing His Word out loud, daily.

One more thing, confessing His Word is not all that
we have to do to receive the blessings and benefits
that Jesus has already provided for us.
We must HOLD FAST TO OUR PROFESSION OF FAITH,
WITHOUT WAVERING, FOR HE IS FAITHFUL
THAT PROMISED. (See Hebrews 10:23.)
This means, when the blessings don’t come when we expect it;
we must not allow doubt to come into our heart and
cause us to speak flesh-filled, not spirit-filled words.

Remember, what you confess, is what you will possess;
and His Word said, “Ask in faith, nothing wavering.
Let not that person think that they shall receive anything of the Lord;
 for a double-minded, person is unstable” - James 1:6-8.
We confessed and believed in the Lord to receive salvation.
Therefore, let us confess and believe in the Lord
to receive His blessings. It’s a faith walk.

We must begin to speak what GOD has said concerning our life,
and allow Him to show us the power behind His Words;
so they will manifest in our life as reality.
Let us return and follow the plan the Lord has laid out for us, His Children.
After all, He left us with plans to prosper, to give us hope and a future.
(See Jeremiah 29:11.)

I don’t know about you, but I would rather have His plans, than mine.

Stand Firm on the Rock of Faith, Establish Your Heart & Just Believe (10.16.14)

Faith Believers,
Be reminded this day that JESUS IS OUR ROCK,
and let us STAND FIRM ON THE ROCK of our salvation.
Bless & Be Blessed,
     Marilyn Chaney

My Child,
I want you to rise above the circumstances that created a place of despair in your heart. Regardless of the attacks that have caused you to fear, I Am the Lord Your God.  And I Am still the Rock of your spiritual foundation. I Am holding you up, even when you feel you can’t even lift up your eyes.
I Will bring you through your current dilemma.

I Will give you wisdom, direction and I Will bring people
into your life that will help you through this difficulty.

Stand firm on the Rock of Faith and believe.

I want you to have faith and stand,
even when it seems that there is no place to stand.
I want you to stand when the world seems
to be crumbling around you.

Stand and rest in the assurance that I AM who I AM.

Take the time, in the days to come, to re-focus and
turn your concentration - from 'stressing over what you feel you can’t do,'
to the victory that comes through obedience, to finally trusting in My Word.

Establish your heart in absolute faith and do not doubt.

Turn your heart towards the Rock and pray in faith for My intervention.
I will hear your cry.  And I will answer.

Isaiah 65:24 - It shall come to pass that before they call, I will answer; and while they are still speaking, I will hear

Psalm 62:2 - He only is my rock and my salvation; he is my defence; I shall not be greatly moved.

I Will Lift Up Mine Eyes unto the Hills - Psalm 121:1 (10.15.14)

My Child,
You have seen others that are blessed beyond measure
in the natural, and you sit and wonder why not me?

Those same people being blessed in the natural,
are looking at others, wondering the same thing
about their spiritual blessing.

Remember, My rain falls on the unjust and the just.

Therefore, make every effort to keep yourself
set apart from jealousy and envy.
Please do not compare yourself with
what others possess or have attained.
Keep your eyes focused on Me,
and in due time you will reap in the natural
just as you have in the spiritual.

I want you to invest your time, money
and all that you are in Me.
My ways are not your ways,
however My ways are always what is best for you.

So, lift up your head to My hill, for I AM
where your help comes from, and I will
supply all that you need.

Psalms 121:1-2 - I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.  My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth."

Matthew 5:45 - That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.

God's Grace is Bigger than any Failure, Move Back into His Presence & Open Your Heart to Him (10.14.14)

My Child,
Before you were formed in your mother's womb, I knew you.
I chose you and I brought you into this earth.
I have held you in the palms of my hand
from the beginning of time, and I have never let you go.

If you feel frustrated, and you feel that I am miles away from you;
My Child, it is not I who moved.
I have been there all along and I have watched over you
from the beginning. You have moved.
If you desire to feel My closeness, all you have to do is reach out.

Let go of everything that is stressing you out and drawing you
away from Me; and just reach out and touch My hand yet again.
As you come to Me in faith, I will meet you.
As you reach out to Me in hunger, I will fill you with every good thing.
You are so very precious to Me.
I have planned your path, every step of the way,
and even if you take a wrong turn sometimes,
My Grace is bigger than any failure.

I love you and I delight in being there for you.
Even if you have sinned and you are full of the flesh,
My arms stand wide open to you.

I want to help you break free and put you on a new path.
A path that will lead you to victory and blessing.
I do not intend for you to crawl along in life, and just make it!
I want you to live in abundance.

So grab my hand afresh and open your heart to Me,
so that I can do what I desire to do.
I want to bring healing.
I want to set you free from bondage.
I want to meet the desires of your heart.

I love you dearly, child.

Move back into my presence now,
and I will begin a work that will result in
a vessel more beautiful than the world has seen before,
says our Lord.

Put Your Trust & Hope in the Lord Our God; Have Faith & Believe. (10.13.14)

My Child,
Put your trust in Me and you will not be affected
by what you see going on around you.

Put your hope in Me and I will give you the desires of your heart.

Know and understand that My ways are high above the ways of man. I will make a way, when man says there is no way. Come to Me, all who are heavy laden, and I will give you rest from the storms that trouble you.

I, the Lord your GOD, am faithful to keep My promises.
So, let your hope be in Me.
Trust Me to provide your every need.

Have faith and know that I am GOD,
and that I hold all power in My hands.

When you trust and believe in Me,
I will bless you by giving you the desires of your heart.

Learning Faith Lessons from the Apostle Paul (10.12.14)

Faith Believers,
Scripture states that our chief enemy is satan. “For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms”- Ephesians 6:12. Therefore, we should recognize that behind our flesh and blood enemies ultimately satan is at work.

The Apostle Paul probably understood this concept more fully than any of the disciples or other believers. At one time, he persecuted the followers of Jesus, even casting his vote to have many put to death, while he watched in approval. A case could certainly be made that Paul considered all believers to be his enemies, and vice versa.

But when GOD got Paul’s attention on the road to Damascus, which ultimately led to Paul's salvation through Jesus, Paul grasped for the first time, the mercy of the Lord. He understood that the followers of Jesus were not his enemies, and at that moment, GOD gave Paul tremendous insight about the real enemy – satan.

Paul went from being an enemy of GOD, to a child of GOD; through a personal encounter with Jesus. Paul described the difference, from personal experience to the Philippian church: “For, as I have often told you before and now say again even with tears, many live as enemies of the cross of Christ. Their destiny is destruction, their god is their stomach, and their glory is in their shame. Their mind is on earthly things. But our citizenship is in heaven” - Philippians 3:18-20a.

It is also important to remember that, like Paul, each of us was at one time an enemy of GOD: “Since we now have been justified by His blood, how much more shall we be saved from GOD’s wrath through Him! For if, when we were GOD’s enemies, we were reconciled to Him through the death of His Son, how much more, having been reconciled shall we be saved through His life? Not only is this so, but we also rejoice in GOD through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received reconciliation” - Romans 5:9-11.

Because we have experienced the mercy of GOD,
should we not also extend it to others?

Bless & Be Blessed,
     Marilyn Chaney

Merciful Father,
My life is whole and new, since I began a relationship with Jesus,
even when I go through disappointments and struggles.

There are so many who believe You to be their enemy,
when satan is the one who is making their lives
miserable and dysfunctional.

Please use me to bring Your light and mercy
into the lives of those around me
who are in the midst of difficult circumstances.

In the name of Your Son Jesus,
Father I pray.
Amen

It Is Time to Remember Your Faith & Walk "The Faith Path." All Your Needs will be Supplied. (10.11.14)

My Child,
Remember when you walked with Me in complete faith,
and fear was not a part of your life?
Well, let Me take you back to the beginning,
lest you forget the way it was, the way it has been
and the way it should be.

In the beginning, there was darkness, and My Spirit hovered over the places of the deep. I spoke and there was light. I AM the one who breathed life into this world. Remember, I AM the one who took nothing, and made it into something.

Remember, I AM He who sees a barren womb and speaks life into it.
I AM He who sees sickness and speaks health.
I AM He who opens the eyes of the blind.
I AM He who causes the lame to walk.
I AM He who sees a closed door and can open it.
You see there is no task too small or too unimportant to Me.
I AM the One who holds your future in My hands.
I AM the creator of all things.

Remember I told you, 'let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid'. Remember I told you 'fear not, for I have not given you a spirit of fear, but a spirit of power of love and of a sound mind'. I said 'in all things come to Me and in all things take time to pray'. I hear the prayers you whisper, the prayers you sing, and I even hear the prayers you weep. Oh yes, I hear those too.

Remember the promises I made? They are yes, and amen. Why have you forgotten them so soon? Why have you allowed fear to hold your hand and lead you into this place of oppression? And why My child, are you walking by sight, instead of by faith?

It is time to remember faith. How, you ask?
Remember faith by lifting your head to the hills
from whence cometh your help,
and by filling your heart and your mouth
with My Words.

Oh, My child, remember how you walked with Me in faith before? Now, walk with Me again. I want you to leave fear behind you and walk the path that I chose for you, the faith path. Do not turn to the left, nor to the right; but walk the straight and narrow. And as you walk, you will hear My voice behind you saying, “This is the way, walk ye in it." Yes, I know it is narrow, but this is the path of faith and it will bring you truth and life.

Once more, I tell you to remember.
Remember that I have promised to supply all your needs
according to My riches in Glory.
Not some, but all of your needs will be supplied.
Now, come to Me just as you are, tired, weary, and heavy-laden.
Come to Me and ask, and I will not withhold any good thing from you.
I will not turn you away, but I will hold you and comfort you.
Come now, into My arms and you will find peace and rest.
Remember beloved, without faith it is impossible to please Me.
I want you to know that I have power over everything that is happening in your life.
Nothing catches me by surprise so trust me.
And walk with Me in faith.

~ My Prayer Confession ~
Heavenly Father,
Thank you for reminding me to have faith
in your word and to count my blessings.

When I focus on counting my blessings
and all that You have done for me;
I will not have time to worry about anything else.

Help me to stay focused on you Lord.

In Your Son Jesus' Name,
Amen

Shake Thyself Loose, Fear Not nor be Dismayed; for God is our Strength & Help in Every Situation (10.10.14)

My Child,
I see the things that are looming before you, that have you overwhelmed.
I know you are doing your best to be strong and to overcome,
but you feel weak and unable to cope.
There’s a cloud of gloom and sorrow covering you,
and your heart is troubled.
However, I say to you - shake thyself loose,
fear not, nor be dismayed;
for I am your strength and help in every situation.

Shake yourself, and stop allowing thoughts of defeat
to hinder you from hearing My voice.
You are allowing the cares of the world to continue
to pull you away from Me; when you know deep within
your heart, the answers which you seek are with Me.

And you will find these answers when you shut out the voice
of the enemy and listen to only My voice.

If you are concerned that the work I started in you
is hindered by what you are going through;
rest assured, I do not take back My promises.
My promises are yes and amen;
and the good work I have begun in you.
I will bring it to perfection.

You are not inferior,
so refuse to believe the lying accusations from the enemy
that bring condemnation.
You have been redeemed and set apart for My kingdom.
Believe this and let nothing take it away from you.

Go forth in the strength which I have provided to you.
Have faith and trust in Me; and I will cause you to
not only endure, but to succeed.

Shake yourself loose from the grips of the enemy,
and recognize with that Me, nothing is impossible.

I am your strength and your peace in the midst of the storm;
all you have to do is shake yourself loose and trust Me.

Be Bold & Courageous; Keep Praying and Trust in God's Grace (10.9.14)

My Child,
I have not forgotten you.

You cannot even begin to imagine
how much I love and care for you.
I have chosen you for such a time as this.
I know that you are weary, because you have been
stuck where you are for such a long time.

However, just as I was with Joseph in his holding place,
so am I with you.
You are where I need you to be right now,
because of the work that must be done for the Kingdom
and My grace is more than sufficient for you.

I know that you are being physically and emotionally
challenged as never before, but I tell you
that you are too close to give up now.
All that you have been confronted with,
has strengthened your faith and caused you
to be more than a survivor.

YOU ARE AN OVERCOMER!

Take a good look at yourself....
can’t you see how strong you’ve become?
Why would you even think of turning back to your old lifestyle
just because of what you are going through?

Be bold and courageous and trust in My grace.

Take control of what you are going through,
just as you did in past times, with prayer and faith in Me.

Let your prayers shake the very foundation of where you are,
and watch doors swing wide open for you.

I say unto you, keep praying and trusting in Me.
Do not turn right or left, but press on straight ahead.
Do not give up, My grace will see you through.
Yes, the times and circumstances will try your faith,
but you will pass these tests just as you did before.
My grace has always supplied all your needs,
and that has not changed, so never give up.

Keep your eyes focused on Me
and see this situation become a victory in My name.

MEDITATE ON GOD'S WORD:

Hebrews 10:38 - Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.

2 Corinthians 12:9 - And He said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness."

1 Peter 1:7 - That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ

 ~ My Prayer Confession  ~
Precious Lord,
I shall not allow the enemy to cause me to give up.
I have come this far by faith and Your amazing grace,
and I will continue to trust and stand on the word of the Lord.
I will not take back my confession of faith.
I will guard the Word You have planted in my heart
and see the vision come to pass.

In the name of Jesus, I have the victory!
Amen

Count It All as Joy, for in God You have the Victory (10.8.14)

My Child,
You are frustrated with some situations,
which to you seem impossible.
Do not allow your frustrations to turn into fear,
for there is no time for fear in your life.
The enemy wants you to become distracted.
he wants you to believe that he is winning the battle.

And if you continue to dwell on the negative circumstances,
instead of trusting in Me, then the enemy will.

You must learn to count it all in joy,
and then stand, knowing who you are in Me.
Stand remembering I created you to be more than a conqueror.

Don’t allow your flesh to take control and cause you
to give in to what you are feeling.
Rebuke and resist the enemy in My name, and he will flee.

What you are going through is temporary,
so do not allow the enemy to rob you of the promises I have made to you.

Instead, turn what seems to be impossible,
into a sacrifice of praise to Me.
Start praising Me for the victory and blessings
that will be birthed from what you are going through.
Count it all as joy that you were chosen to bring glory to My name.
Yes, count it all as joy, My child; count it all as joy,
and know that in Me, you have the victory.
_______

Romans 8:37 - Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

James 1:2-3 - My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.

James 4:7 - Submit yourselves therefore to GOD. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Learning to Receive Blessings & Love (10.7.14)

My Child,
You may think that people don't care about you,
however there are people in your life who love you,
and truly care for you.

Sometimes it's hard for you to recognize,
because you are so busy caring for them.
You've always felt more comfortable giving than receiving.

You feel strange and tend to resist when
someone is trying to show their love for you.
However, I am opening your eyes so that you can see
how much you are cared for and loved.

Yes My Child, I know it is more blessed to give than receive,
but right now, you need to receive.
I want you to experience what you have given to others.

Do not worry, I will not allow you to become prideful.
Learning to receive is an area in which you need to grow.
Yes, it will feel strange, but do not push others away
who want to bless you.

How can others receive their blessings if you
don’t allow them to bless you?
Do not block their blessings, but rather receive their love.

My Little Ones, there will be many blessings of love
coming to you from those who love you, and from Me.

Psalms 24:5 - He shall receive a blessing from the LORD And righteousness from the GOD of his salvation.

A Time to Let Go & Move Forward, With No Regrets, Forgetting All Pain & Loss (10.5.14)

My Child,
It is time for you to let go
and prepare to move forward without regret.

Distress and sorrow will only keep you bound to the past.

Now is the time to release everything that has caused you to mourn.
Once you have deliberately let go,
you will be released to rise up in the realm of My peace and joy.
I am the Lord Your God and I am speaking to those of you
who have believed the devil's lies, that there is nothing to live for
or hope for.  However, I am asking you to shake off his lies.
Put the devil where he belongs - under your feet.

Find some time to spend with Me,
and cast all that burdens you at My feet.
Come and let us fellowship together.
Allow My love to wash away the pain of the past
and renew your spirit.

My child, prepare to let go.
Let go, so you can move forward with Me.
And soon, you won’t even remember the pain or what you lost.

My child, I tell you the truth,
you can't even imagine what I have in store for you.

1 Corinthians 2:9 - But as it is written: "Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him."

Do Not Be Weary. Come into Jesus' Presence, Be Still, Release Every Burden and Just Rest (10.3.14)

Beloved,
You have been feeling tired
and your energy seems to have slipped away.

Nevertheless, I say unto you, do not be weary in well doing.

Make sure that what you are doing is according to My will and not yours alone. Such things seem good in the beginning, but after a while, they begin to take more and more energy to keep going. Come into My presence and be still. Release every burden, every disturbing thought and emotion, and just rest.

Do you remember when I went to the mountain to be alone and spend time with My Father in prayer? I did this for a time of refreshing, to stay close with My Father. This is what you need to do. As you are quiet before Me, I will comfort you, fill you to overflow with the Holy Spirit, and release healing and restoration into your entire being.

Take some time to reconnect with Me,
so you can make sure you are on the right path
and only doing the will of GOD Our Father.

No more worrying, you should just rest.
Come to be refreshed.
For I am Jesus Christ,
One who heals and delivers.
You need time to reconnect with Me.
You need time to rest with Me.

Psalm 29:11 - The LORD will give strength to His people; The LORD will bless His people with peace.

Isaiah 28:12 - To whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear.

Matthew 14:23  - And when he had sent the multitudes away, he went up into a mountain apart to pray: and when the evening was come, he was there alone.

Luke 6:12 - And it came to pass in those days, that he went out into a mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to GOD.

Serving our God with a Pure Life, a Pure Tongue, a Pure Heart, a Pure Mind and Pure Actions (10.2.14)

Woe is me, for I am ruined! Because I am a man of unclean lips, and I live among a people of unclean lips; for my eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts - Isaiah 6:5

Isaiah was specific in his confession.

There was a particular area of his life that needed
the cleansing of GOD — the sin of an impure tongue.
When he saw a holy, righteous and glorious GOD;
he could not help but ask God to purge and cleanse his lips.
The high praises of God could never come from impure lips.

Isaiah had an immensely high view of GOD.
Such a view will spotlight the impurities of our lives.

Many Christians pray, “Forgive me of my sins.”
But such praying produces little repentance.
Repentance is the forerunner of forgiveness,
and God desires to forgive and cleanse His children.
He loves us and wants to remove the burden of guilt.
But we must be specific in our confession and repentance of sin.

 ~ A Cleansing Prayer ~
Lord of Hosts,
You are holy, righteous and glorious!
Cleanse my heart, my mind and my actions before You
so that I may serve You out of a pure life.

Show me how to quickly confess anything
that grieves Your Holy Spirit,
and pour out Your forgiveness
as I name those things that keep me
from living like Jesus!

Wash me and make me new again
as I seek to honor Your Name Lord!
Amen

Take Time to Focus Your Attention on God's Greatness and Love; and Not Your Problems (10.1.14)

Faith Believers,
We sing songs about our God being an AWESOME GOD.
We praise Him for His Glory and His Power.
We talk about the 'miraculous things' He has done,
and we give thanks for His Great Love.

However, today I ask you, “Do you really believe that GOD is bigger than your problems? Do you believe, right now, that GOD can help you in your very difficult, seemingly hopeless situation? Do you believe that GOD is with you in the midst of what you are going through? Do you believe GOD when He says, “I will never leave you, nor forsake you?"

It is one thing to talk about an All-Powerful GOD,
but it is another thing to actually believe
that He is right there, with you,
and available for you today.

Do you believe GOD is bigger than your problems?

OH YES, HE IS!!!

GOD is fully capable of meeting, if not exceeding, every impossible situation or decision that we face. Doing the impossible is GOD's specialty.  We serve a GOD who looks at the impossible and says, “I Am Possible.”

However, there is a problem with seeing the impossible become possible; FAITH.  GOD said without faith, it is impossible to please GOD! So, today is our chance to please GOD. Yes, it is our time to show the Lord how much we love Him by having faith and believing in His Word.

Take time today to focus our attention on GOD, and not our problems. Right where you are, you can tell Him you love Him, and that it’s your deepest desire to 'trust Him'. Think for a moment of His greatness and remember a situation where GOD did the impossible in your life. PRAISE THE LORD! When you focus on His Greatness and His Love, and not your problems; GOD can and will do the impossible in your life.

Today, trust GOD to handle all that concerns you.
And don't tell Him how you think He should work it out;
just give it to Him and 'leave it there!'

Then truly, truly be at peace and allow Him to guide you by His Spirit as to what you need to do. Don’t be surprised if He chooses to answer you in an unexpected way, after all, “He Is an Amazing GOD.”  And do not put a time limit on GOD.  He already knows what time it is!

Let GOD be GOD and allow Him to work it out
in His time, so all will be complete and in order.
He will not fail you!

Today, are you willing to come to GOD on His terms?
Today, can you let GOD out of the box,
and believe in Him for the impossible?
Today, do you know Him and love Him enough
that you can have faith that so pleases Him?

Our GOD is a Supernatural GOD that never leaves you
and delights in showing us Who He really is!
So, can we surrender all and allow Him to have His way
and show us Who He really Is?

Oh yes, our GOD is bigger than our problems.  We just have to take our hands off our problems and have faith in His word. He loves us so much. Let’s show Him how much we love Him. Let’s please the Lord today by having faith in Him, and love Him with all of our heart. There is nothing GOD won't do for a heart that’s surrendered and filled with love for Him and that trusts in Him completely!

OH YES, OUR GOD IS AWESOME!!!

Mark 11:22 - And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in GOD.

Hebrews 11:6 - But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to GOD must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
