#ScriptureReflection - Isaiah 52:13-53:12 (3.31.18)

The Suffering and Glory of the Servant

13 See, my servant will act wisely;
he will be raised and lifted up and highly exalted.
14 Just as there were many who were appalled at him—
his appearance was so disfigured beyond that of any human being
and his form marred beyond human likeness—
15 so he will sprinkle many nations,
and kings will shut their mouths because of him. For what they were not told, they will see,
and what they have not heard, they will understand.

53 Who has believed our message
and to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?
He grew up before him like a tender shoot,
and like a root out of dry ground.
He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him,
nothing in his appearance that we should desire him.
He was despised and rejected by mankind,
a man of suffering, and familiar with pain.
Like one from whom people hide their faces
he was despised, and we held him in low esteem.

Surely he took up our pain
    and bore our suffering,
yet we considered him punished by God,
    stricken by him, and afflicted.
But he was pierced for our transgressions,
    he was crushed for our iniquities;
the punishment that brought us peace was on him,
and by his wounds we are healed.
We all, like sheep, have gone astray,
    each of us has turned to our own way;
and the Lord has laid on him
    the iniquity of us all.

He was oppressed and afflicted,
    yet he did not open his mouth;
he was led like a lamb to the slaughter,
and as a sheep before its shearers is silent,
so he did not open his mouth.
By oppression and judgment he was taken away.
Yet who of his generation protested?
For he was cut off from the land of the living;
for the transgression of my people he was punished.
He was assigned a grave with the wicked,
and with the rich in his death,
though he had done no violence,
nor was any deceit in his mouth.

10 Yet it was the Lord’s will to crush him and cause him to suffer,
and though the Lord makes his life an offering for sin,
he will see his offspring and prolong his days,
and the will of the Lord will prosper in his hand.
11 After he has suffered,
    he will see the light of life and be satisfied;
by his knowledge my righteous servant will justify many,
and he will bear their iniquities.
12 Therefore I will give him a portion among the great,
and he will divide the spoils with the strong,
because he poured out his life unto death,
and was numbered with the transgressors.
For he bore the sin of many,
and made intercession for the transgressors.

God is Your Wisdom. Just Ask in Faith & the Door Will Open.... (3.30.18)

My Child,
The situations your facing have caused you to become
     unsettled and anxious.

However, don’t try to open that door without seeking Me
     for wisdom.

Wait on Me, and seek Me, before taking that next step. I Will most certainly give you wise counsel and bring you through this troubling time. Not only will I give you wise counsel, I Will lead you by My Spirit until the task is complete.

Never let the affairs of this life overwhelm you to the point where you cannot hear My Voice. Always keep Me first, and remember - I Am with you each day.

My Wisdom and Guidance are available to you, whenever you need it. Just ask, and I Will give you wisdom as I order your steps.

Do not step out in your flesh and try to bring resolution to these problems.  I Want you to understand what you must do in order to live triumphantly.

I Am standing at the door, eagerly waiting to give you
the direction and answers you need.

Just ask in faith and the door will open.

READ AND MEDITATE ON GOD'S WORD
Ephesians 1:17 - That the GOD of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:

James 1:5-6 - If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of GOD, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that waveth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.

Proverbs 2:6-7 - For the LORD giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding. He layeth up sound wisdom for the righteous: He is a buckler to them that walk uprightly.

Proverbs 3:5-6 - Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

God Has not Given You the Spirit of Fear; but of Power, Love, and a Sound Mind (3.29.18)

Never fear what you hear, My child.
The only one you are to fear is Me.

You have been listening to others, and to things that have
caused fear to enter into your heart.

You are to allow nothing to enter into you that will cause
     you to fear.

Every word, or thought that comes into your mind, must be
     judged and discerned by you.
Cast down those things that are causing you to fear, to doubt,
to waver in your faith, and to be burdened.

Never fear any situation.
Always trust in My Word.

I have not given you the spirit of fear,
but of power, love, and a sound mind.

Faith Believers,
I'm praying for you: that the peace of GOD will flood your soul, and send any fears holding you back running, so that the vision the Lord has given you will come to pass.

You Know Who "I Am".... (3.28.18)

Faith Believers,
When you are leading a holy life, do not be surprised when the enemy comes to tempt you.  If the temptation doesn’t work, he will try to distract you and confuse you with his lies.  Don’t be deceived by his lies, and rebuke anything that does not stand on My Word.

You know who I Am.

I Am the One - who sends the rain in the dry season.
I Am the One - who will give you strength when you are weak.
I Am the One - who will give you a way out when you are
tempted, I Am your healer and deliverer.
I Will restore all that the enemy has stolen.
I Am the One who provides all your needs.

You know who I Am.

Don’t focus on what the enemy is doing; for that will only cause you anxiety and despair. Instead, keep your focus upon Me - upon Me, your help and your deliverer.  You know My Promises; they are Yes and Amen.  You know I Am the One who allows the sun to rise and the sun to set. I Am the One, who will be with you until the end.

I Am that I Am, and I Am more than able to take care of you.

Therefore, the next time the enemy comes against you, the next time trials and hardships come your way; look to Me, the great I Am.  Look to Me and expect Me to demonstrate My Faithfulness to you, amid that situation.  I cannot change.

It is impossible for Me to become unfaithful to you.
It is impossible for Me to forsake you.
I have promised that My Word won’t return void,
     and this must be.

So, do not worry about what the enemy is trying to do.
he will try, but his weapons won’t prosper against you; for
greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world,
     and .....

You know Who I AM.

READ AND MEDITATE ON GOD'S WORD:
1 Peter 4:12-13 - Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: but rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.

1 Corinthians 10:13 - There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but GOD is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

Exodus 3:14 - And GOD said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.

1 Samuel 12:22 - For the LORD will not forsake his people for his great name's sake: because it hath pleased the LORD to make you his people.

John 10:27 - My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life, and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.

1 John 4:4 - Ye are of GOD, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world.

Praise Unlocks the Door (3.27.18)

My Child,
I know there are days when you feel like quitting.
My child, don’t quit.
Please continue on the path where I have called you.

If you persist in giving Me praise, you will receive the blessings I have promised, and you will find that your endurance in other areas of life will grow. Praise Me in the midst of the storm, and praise will unlock the door.

Faithfulness in living a life of praise, at times, can be difficult. The world is a negative place filled with people who gripe and complain.

However, when you prioritize thanksgiving, you stand out from the crowd, and I Am honored.

As you continue to praise Me, I will bring your heart to a deeper understanding of My Love. You will find yourself being transformed into a more positive, hopeful, and confident person because praise will unlock the door.

In times of great pressure, it’s easy to believe that I Am not on your side, and that I Am not really changing your life. However, you know this is not the truth. Never forget, greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world.

Give Me thanks in all things.
Believe that everything I Am doing is working together
for your good because you love Me, and give Me
     the highest praise.

Praise Me for being your Rock, Fortress, and Deliverer.
Praise Me for knowing you can find refuge in Me, and that you
     don’t have to be afraid.

When life feels as though it’s too difficult, you can praise Me and take refuge in the shelter of My Wings. I Will shield you from the enemy, and I Will use the stumbling blocks in your way, to lead you to a better place.

Remember, praise unlocks the door to experiencing
     My Presence and Blessings.

READ AND MEDITATE ON GOD'S WORD
Psalm 18:46 - The LORD liveth; and blessed be my rock; and let the GOD of my salvation be exalted.

Psalm 106:1 - Praise ye the LORD. O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy endureth forever.

Romans 5:3-5 - And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; and patience, experience; and experience, hope: and hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of GOD is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.

Romans 8:28 - And we know that all things work together for good to them that love GOD, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

Hebrews 13:15 - By him, therefore, let us offer the sacrifice of praise to GOD continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.

1 Thessolonians 5:18 - In everything give thanks: for this is the will of GOD in Christ Jesus concerning you.

1 John 4:4 - Ye are of GOD, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world

#ScriptureReflection - Isaiah 61 (3.26.18)

The Year of the Lord’s Favor

61 The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me,
because the Lord has anointed me
to proclaim good news to the poor.
He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,
to proclaim freedom for the captives
and release from darkness for the prisoners,
to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor
and the day of vengeance of our God,
to comfort all who mourn,
and provide for those who grieve in Zion—
to bestow on them a crown of beauty
    instead of ashes,
the oil of joy
    instead of mourning,
and a garment of praise
instead of a spirit of despair.
They will be called oaks of righteousness,
    a planting of the Lord
for the display of his splendor.

They will rebuild the ancient ruins
    and restore the places long devastated;
they will renew the ruined cities
that have been devastated for generations.
Strangers will shepherd your flocks;
foreigners will work your fields and vineyards.
And you will be called priests of the Lord,
you will be named ministers of our God.
You will feed on the wealth of nations,
and in their riches you will boast.

Instead of your shame
you will receive a double portion,
and instead of disgrace
you will rejoice in your inheritance.
And so you will inherit a double portion in your land,
and everlasting joy will be yours.

“For I, the Lord, love justice;
    I hate robbery and wrongdoing.
In my faithfulness I will reward my people
and make an everlasting covenant with them.
Their descendants will be known among the nations
and their offspring among the peoples.
All who see them will acknowledge
that they are a people the Lord has blessed.”

10 I delight greatly in the Lord;
my soul rejoices in my God.
For he has clothed me with garments of salvation
and arrayed me in a robe of his righteousness,
as a bridegroom adorns his head like a priest,
and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.
11 For as the soil makes the sprout come up
and a garden causes seeds to grow,
so the Sovereign Lord will make righteousness
and praise spring up before all nations.

What Do We Spend Our Time "Seeking?" (3.25.18)

Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart. I will be found by you, says the Lord. - Jeremiah 29:12–14

Faith Believers,
It takes practice to become good at anything, and we must practice pursuing GOD’s presence, seeking Him every day, until pursuing Him becomes the norm for our lives. Seeking GOD is key to times when we face trials and tribulations.

It would do us all good to pause and examine our lives, to see what we really spend our time seeking after. J. Vernon McGee said, “What is your ambition in life today? Is it to get rich? Is it to make a name for yourself? Is it even to do some wonderful thing for GOD?"

Believers, the highest desire that should possess any human heart is a longing to see GOD. Many people seek the wrong things and then want to add GOD to the end of their list. People seek comfort and convenience, but not Christ. They seek pleasure and pastimes, but not a personal relationship with Christ. Most people look for a church that has the right appeal, good music, children’s and youth programs. They seek the church with all the answers to their problems or needs.

For many, they confuse this with seeking GOD and this is not the same thing. Many have been led to believe they can seek GOD at their own convenience, but you cannot. Many believers have been hurt or gotten angry with the church, or GOD, and gave up seeking the Lord entirely.

Others have remained in the church but are filled with bitterness.
They refuse to examine their lives in light of the Word of GOD,
nor do they heed the Word of GOD.
Instead of turning to GOD, they have turned to the world.
After weeks, months, or even years of not seeking GOD, a crisis comes, an emergency, and then they expect a dead faith to work during their time of need. It does not work this way.

We are commanded in Scripture (Jeremiah 29:12–14) to seek after the Lord diligently, urgently and most of all with all of our heart. When we seek GOD it means we must humble ourselves before Him.

~ Prayer ~
Heavenly Father,
Search me and know me, O Lord!
Help me to seek Christ with all of my heart.

May I denounce all idols that are keeping me
     from Your Presence.

Help me to examine my life in light of the Word,
and to yield to the power of Your Holy Spirit.

Father, increase my faith, fill me with the humility
of Jesus and allow me to lay my life down
     for Your purposes.

In the matchless Name of Jesus I pray.

Amen

#ScriptureReflection - 2 Peter 1:1-11 (3.24.18)

Simon Peter, a servant and apostle of Jesus Christ,
To those who through the righteousness of our God and Savior Jesus Christ have received a faith as precious as ours:
Grace and peace be yours in abundance through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord.

Confirming One’s Calling and Election

His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness. Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature, having escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.
For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; and to godliness, mutual affection; and to mutual affection, love. For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. But whoever does not have them is nearsighted and blind, forgetting that they have been cleansed from their past sins.

10
Therefore, my brothers and sisters, make every effort to confirm your calling and election. For if you do these things, you will never stumble,
11 and you will receive a rich welcome into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

A "Thankful for the Indwelling Presence of the Holy Spirit & Forgiveness Plea" Prayer (3.23.18)

How I thank You Father,
For the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit.

Thank You for bringing me, by the Blood of the Lord Jesus, from death to life; and from being under the law to being under Your Grace. May Your Great Love and tenderness compel and mold me into greater obedience.

I ask, Father, that You forgive me for the ways that I have allowed sin to continue to reign in my life; and for attitudes that I have nurtured that are full of self, and detrimental to my relationship with You and others.

Forgive me for focusing on the darkness of this world, instead of the Light of Your Presence. May my mind and attitudes be controlled by the Spirit and produce life and peace.

Forgive me for habits in my life that are not Christ like - forgive me, Lord.

Crush the walls of excuses that I have erected, that keep these sins so firmly in place! O GOD, may Your Word dwell in me richly; and may whatever I do or say be done in Your Name, so that You will receive all glory and praise.

Make me to be, I pray, a slave to righteousness and lead me toward holiness!

Help me to live under the law of the Holy Spirit; to live and move and have my very being in You alone, Lord. Make me alive in Your Spirit that I will be like a tree planted by the water, and never fail to bear fruit. May I live by the Spirit so that I will not gratify the desires of my sinful nature, as I stay in step with what the Holy Spirit is doing. May the fruit of the Spirit be born into my life in ever-increasing measures.

May love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control be evident in my words, actions, and reactions.

Conform me, I pray, to the image of Your Son, Jesus; for I ask these things in the Name that is above all Names, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Amen

#ScriptureReflection - John 8:31-42 (3.22.18)

Jesus said to those Jews who believed in him,
"If you remain in my word, you will truly be my disciples,
and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."
They answered him, "We are descendants of Abraham
and have never been enslaved to anyone.
How can you say, 'You will become free'?"
Jesus answered them, "Amen, amen, I say to you,
everyone who commits sin is a slave of sin.
A slave does not remain in a household forever,
but a son always remains.
So if the Son frees you, then you will truly be free.
I know that you are descendants of Abraham.
But you are trying to kill me,
because my word has no room among you.
I tell you what I have seen in the Father's presence;
then do what you have heard from the Father."

They answered and said to him, "Our father is Abraham."
Jesus said to them, "If you were Abraham's children,
you would be doing the works of Abraham.
But now you are trying to kill me,
a man who has told you the truth that I heard from God;
Abraham did not do this.
You are doing the works of your father!"
So they said to him, "We were not born of fornication.
We have one Father, God."
Jesus said to them, "If God were your Father, you would love me,
for I came from God and am here;
I did not come on my own, but he sent me."

Turn Your Panic into Praise (3.21.18)

My Child,
My Son is the Resurrection and the Life. Allow Him to take your broken dreams and replace them with new dreams. When you feel discouraged about your dreams, Praise Me, that I Am the
Hope Giver.

Do not let fear hold you captive.
Be strong and courageous.
I Will be with you, no matter what you face.
I Am holding you in My Strong and Almighty Hands.
My Presence will comfort you; and I Will strengthen
and help you, as you face this day.

When you feel sad or depressed, look to Me as the One who brings beauty out of the ashes. As you exalt Me, you will find refuge in Me. When you worship Me, even though you are walking through trials, it makes My heart sing, and I pour out blessing on your life.

No matter what difficulties you encounter, My Love
     and faithfulness will surround you.
So, turn your panic into praise today.

Yes, I know at times it may feel like I Am not listening to the desires of your heart. Trust Me, My child. I Am listening, and at the perfect time, I Will give you what you ask.

Therefore, bring Me your praise, even when you don’t feel like it. Praise Me, and as you lift My Name - courage and peace will rise in your heart.

The chains of worry and fear will be broken, and by faith, you will see that the plans I have for your life are far beyond what you can imagine.

Turn your panic into praise.
Then watch and see what I Will do.

READ AND MEDITATE ON GOD'S WORD
Isaiah 41:10 - Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy GOD: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

Psalm 30:11-12 - You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; you have loosed my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness, that my glory may sing your praise and not be silent. O LORD my GOD, I will give thanks to you forever!

Habakkuk 2:3 - For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end, it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

Matthew 6:25 - Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?

Matthew 6:31-34 - Therefore do not be anxious, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all. But seek first the kingdom of GOD and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.  “Therefore, do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.

Hebrews 13:15 - Through him then let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to GOD, that is, the fruit of lips that acknowledge his name.
James 1:12 - Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which GOD has promised to those who love him.

Blessed are They That Wait on the Lord (3.20.18)

My Child,
I understand how hard it is for you to wait; therefore, I ask you to begin this day waiting in My Presence, with praise.

You’re too anxious for certain things to happen.  You long for Me to move more quickly and to answer your prayers immediately.  However, I ask you to be patient and let patience do a Perfect Work in your life. Praising Me will help quiet the apprehension you feel and will bless you as you wait.

When you feel irritated and annoyed because things are not moving fast enough for you, take time to praise Me. Be still in My Presence, and wait patiently for Me to act.

I Am fully aware of your longings and desires.
Praise Me for My Timing in each of those circumstances,
     for My Timing is perfect.
You will be blessed if you wait, so do not be tempted to
take matters into your own hands.

My ways are not your ways.

One day is with the Lord as a thousand years and a thousand years as one day. I Am not slack concerning My Promises, and I Will move on your behalf at precisely the right moment in time.

Thank Me that I Am using this time to shape and change you.
Often the longer you wait for something, the more deeply you
     appreciate it.

Declare your trust in My Timing.
Wait for Me and Praise Me for the work that I Am
     doing on your behalf.

Be strong in the Lord and wait.
Choose to believe that I Am on time in your life, and as
you exalt Me, I Will strengthen you to wait with grace.

Delight yourself in Me as you wait, and you will receive
     the desires of your heart.
Do not be anxious about anything - pray and wait.

Blessed are those who wait on the Lord.

READ AND MEDITATE ON GOD'S WORD:
Psalm 37:7 - Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass

Isaiah 30:18 - And therefore will the LORD wait, that he may be gracious unto you, and therefore will he be exalted, that he may have mercy upon you: for the LORD is a GOD of judgment: blessed are all they that wait for him.

Isaiah 40:31 - But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary and they shall walk, and not faint.

Lamentations 3:25 - The LORD is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him.

Philippians 4:6 - Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to GOD.

2 Peter 3:8-9 - But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years and a thousand years as one day. The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is long suffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

James 1:3-4 - Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.

Choosing Between Fearing Humans or Fearing God (3.19.18)

Faith Believers,
The one fear that separates humans from all other fears, is the fear of GOD. When this fear is rightly understood and lived by, we need not fear anything else.

Every day we must choose between the fear
of humans or the fear of GOD.

When we fear GOD, it shows in how we live. To fear GOD means to cherish an awesome sense of His Greatness, His Power, and His Excellence.  We will be held accountable to seek GOD and honor Him with all our being.

Some people serve GOD with their mouths, but it is natural human instinct to act on what is in our heart.

It is a persons' actions that proves whether or not they truly fear the LORD. When we fear GOD - we reverence, respect, and honor Him. We will seek Him.

This sense of GOD’s presence will have a controlling effect
because we know He is with us and watching.
He sees and hears everything we do.
He has promised, through His Word, that we will be held
accountable for every word spoken, and each deed rendered,
regardless if it's good or bad.

Beloveds, seek the Lord and all His Glory this day!!

I Just Want to Thank You, Lord (3.18.18)

Before you begin, sit quietly before the Lord. Ask to be given a “willing spirit” — willing to repent, to change, to listen, to obey.
  -  Marilyn

Father God,
Thank You for the promise of Your Word, that those who hope in You, will renew their strength. You alone are the source of all strength, for You are the ruler of all things; and in Your Hands are the strength and power to exalt and give strength to me.

Strengthen me to stand firm, to stand for righteousness, to stand for Your kingdom! Like Daniel, may my life be characterized by integrity and “above-reproach conduct.” Even in the midst of injustice, may I be one who turns to You in worship and thanksgiving. May I always run toward You and not grow weary.
Empower me, I pray, to walk and not faint.

Help me to not fear or be dismayed, regardless of the situations that I am in, or the condition of the world around me — for You are GOD and You hold all things together.

Hold me together, I pray!
Strengthen me and help me.

Uphold me with Your righteous right hand and with power through Your Spirit in my inner being, so that Christ may dwell in my heart in all of His Fullness — in all His Fullness!

Have mercy on me, Father and help me to lean on You and find my strength in You alone for my spirit is willing but my flesh is so weak and I confess to You, Lord, the weakness of my faith and flesh . . . O Lord, have mercy!

Renew and strengthen my mind by Your Word!
Wash me Lord and cleanse me.
I will turn from a spirit of fear and trust in Your Name!

Increase my faith Lord.

Destroy doubt and unbelief in my heart and mind; and empower me to live boldly. May the sphere of influence in which You’ve planted in me, resonate with the praise of Your Name.  And may the imprint of Your Son, Jesus, be left on all that I touch. For Your Name and Your Ways are the desire of my heart.

In Your Son Jesus’ powerful Name, I pray.
Amen

#ScriptureReflection - Jeremiah 11:18-20 (3.17.18)

18 Because the Lord revealed their plot to me, I knew it, for at that time he showed me what they were doing. 19 I had been like a gentle lamb led to the slaughter; I did not realize that they had plotted against me, saying,

“Let us destroy the tree and its fruit;
let us cut him off from the land of the living,
that his name be remembered no more.”
20 But you, Lord Almighty, who judge righteously
and test the heart and mind,
let me see your vengeance on them,
for to you I have committed my cause.

God is not Disappointed in You, You are a Delight to Him & He is Continuing to Work on You to Become the Person He has Created You to Be... (3.15.18)

My Child,
You are a reflection of My Beauty.
You are My one-of-a-kind masterpiece.
You are fearfully and wonderfully made in My Image.
Everything I make is good, including you.

Others may tell you that you must look a certain way, or attain a certain level of achievement to be worthwhile. Do not listen to them.  They don’t know that I Am working behind the scenes to accomplish what’s best for you.  Turn a deaf ear to the negative talk and do not worry, just praise Me; that I Am continually perfecting the work I started in you.

I know sometimes this journey can be difficult, and there are times when you feel frustrated with your weaknesses and limitations. Do not be discouraged by your weakness and do not tear yourself down; instead of feeling frustrated, exalt Me for the beauty I Am exhibiting through your life.

Whenever you feel low, immediately praise Me for My Power is perfected in your weakness.  Praising Me will destroy the anxiety you feel over your limitations, remove stumbling blocks and set you free.

My Child,  I Am not disappointed in you,
so why are you disappointed in yourself?
You are a delight to Me.

My hand is upon your life, and I Am continuing to work on you
to become the person I created you to be.

Therefore, dare to praise Me for the work that I Am doing in your life.
Praise Me and I Will hold you up in the moments when you feel
     you cannot continue.
Praise Me and My Holy Spirit will pour strength into your soul,
renew your spirit and strengthen you for the rest of the journey.

Remember, it does not matter what the enemy says.

Just praise Me, because I Am still at work in you.

READ AND MEDITATE ON GOD'S WORD:
Genesis 1:26 - Then GOD said, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over the livestock and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”

Psalm 139:14 - I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well.

Ephesians 2:10 - For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which GOD prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.

Philippians 1:6 -  Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:

1 Corinthians 2:9 - But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which GOD hath prepared for them that love him.

2 Corinthians 12:9 - And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly, therefore, will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

Guard Your Mind (3.14.18)

My Child,
Do not allow anything to enter your mind that is not of Me.

If it doesn’t bless you, it wasn’t meant for you.
When you let thoughts linger in your mind that
are
not of Me, they will cause you grief.
Therefore, do not allow doubt and unbelief to control
your thoughts - for they will hinder you from
     victorious living.

You must take your thoughts captive and turn them around to a positive statement of trust in My Word. If you trust in My Word, doubt and unbelief will leave.  Think about things that will bless and bring glory to My Name, and your spirit will be at peace.

Do not give place to the enemy in any area of your life.
If doubt has a place in your life, faith cannot operate.
Fill your mind with My Word and there won't be any room
for doubt and unbelief to work.

Faith works best when you have complete trust in Me.

Guard your mind. Declare and decree that you will trust Me, even when your back is against the wall. Keep your mind on Me, and I Will keep you in Perfect Peace. Release whatever causes you to worry, to Me. Leave it with Me and I Will fight the battle.

Meditate on My Word as you fall to sleep, and I assure you - your sleep will be peaceful and sweet. And when you rise, you will wake up victorious in My Son, Jesus!

READ AND MEDITATE ON HIS WORD
Isaiah 26:3 - Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.

Proverbs 3:24 - When thou liest down, thou shalt not be afraid: yea, thou shalt lie down, and thy sleep shall be sweet.

Proverbs 23:7 - For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he:

Romans 12:2 - And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of GOD.

2 Corinthians 10:5 - Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of GOD, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

Ephesians 4:27 - Neither give place to the devil.

Philippians 4:8 - Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
