Take Time to Praise the Lord (2.15.17)

Faith Believers,

I woke up this day saying, “Thank you Jesus” over and over, giving GOD the glory for just allowing me to open my eyes. This is the day the Lord has made, so let us lift up His Name in praise this day!!! Regardless of what you went through yesterday, that was yesterday.

Today is a new day, it’s filled with GOD’s new mercy and His loving grace. Do not waste it on worrying about what happened yesterday, or what you have to face tomorrow. Yesterday is gone and tomorrow is not promised.

Therefore, we should be thanking the Lord and giving Him praise for THIS day.

Let this day be about Him (not about what’s going on in this world) because Jesus already conquered this world for us. Focus, this day, on keeping your mind on Him, praise His Holy Name, and He will keep you in perfect peace.  

If you think you don’t have anything to be thankful for, because perhaps you believe that He has not answered your prayers, let me help you out:

If you have food to eat… PRAISE THE LORD!
If you have a place to lay your head… PRAISE THE LORD!
If you have shoes to put on your feet… PRAISE THE LORD!
If you have clothes to wear… PRAISE THE LORD!
If you have eyes to see, ears to hear, feet to walk, hands to feel…. PRAISE THE LORD!!!!

Don’t stop there, keep on PRAISING THE LORD!!!

Oh, and one more thing,
your prayers have been answered. 

You just don’t believe it,
because you cannot see it.

Start walking by faith, not by sight. 

Praise the Lord this day and the Lord
will allow you to see what can only be seen
through the eyes of faith...
THE ANSWER TO YOUR PRAYERS

I don’t know about you, but I am going to get my praise on this day!  Let us praise the Lord, for He is worthy to be praised!

Psalm 146: 1-6
Praise the LORD! Let all that I am praise the LORD. I will praise the LORD as long as I live. I will sing praises to my GOD with my dying breath. Don’t put your confidence in powerful people; there is no help for you there. When they breathe their last, they return to the earth, and all their plans die with them. But joyful are those who have the GOD of Israel as their helper, whose hope is in the LORD their GOD. He made heaven and earth, the sea, and everything in them. He keeps every promise forever.

Praise the LORD! Praise the LORD from the heavens! Praise him from the skies! Praise him, all his angels! Praise him, all the armies of heaven! Praise him, sun and moon! Praise him, all you twinkling stars! Praise him, skies above! Praise him, vapors high above the clouds! Let every created thing give praise to the LORD, for he issued his command, and they came into being. He set them in place forever and ever. His decree will never be revoked.

Praise the LORD! Praise GOD in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heaven!  Praise him for his mighty works; praise his unequaled greatness! Praise him with a blast of the ram’s horn; praise him with the lyre and harp! Praise him with the tambourine and dancing; praise him with strings and flutes! Praise him with a clash of cymbals; praise him with loud clanging cymbals. Let everything that breathes sing praises to the LORD! Praise the LORD!
