Philippians 4:6-7 || Do Not be Anxious About Anything (10.19.15)

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to GOD. And the peace of GOD, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. - Philippians 4:6-7

Faith Believers,
Sometimes we have to make decisions in life,
and we just don't know the answer.
We don't know where to go.
We can ask everyone we rely upon for advice,
but how do we know that's the best advice for our lives?

The other day I was anxious. I had no clue what to do when faced with a certain situation. I asked others for their input, and I just couldn't come to terms with what the right thing to do, really was. All of a sudden I remembered how it important it is to go to the Lord through the Scriptures and in prayer.

And as I began reading, I came across the verse for today. This verse assures us that when we ask GOD to give us clarification in whatever situation we are facing, He will give us the wisdom to make the right choice. We don't have to worry if He will answer us or not. He even says that He will provide us with His peace!

Are you anxious wondering what to do? Find comfort in knowing that if you just ask, GOD will give you the ability to make the right choice. Take out your Bible and pray.  Before you begin reading, ask GOD to direct you to the best decision for your circumstances.

Dear Lord,
Forgive me for worrying,
when I have such a wise GOD
who will direct my steps when I ask.

Please give me wisdom to know what to do
in each and every life situation that I face.
