Heavenly Father,
As we prepare to celebrate Fathe'rs Day today,
bless all men in this world whom you have allowed to be Fathers.
Guide them to be good role models and loving to all their children.
Help them to be a Father like You are.
Give them grace and patience to handle situations in a loving way.
Bless those fathers who, for some reason,
were not a part of their child's life, but wanted to be.
Bless those fathers who chose not to be a part of their child's life,
You know what circumstances brought that about
and I pray they will come to You,
and lay their issues at the Cross for you to resolve.
I know you created fathers to be special,
just as you created mothers to be special,
because without either of them,
we would not be in this world.
Bless all fathers today in a special way,
and I pray that their relationship with their children
will be strengthen and blessed in the name of Jesus.
